The reason I’m ranking this one star, is that the protective outer case when used with the screen protection, pushes against the screen protection and lifts it in one corner. You’d think that these two products would be compatible since I purchased both from Otter Box, but they’re not!

Silky smooth
I wish I’d done a better job of centering this screen protector but that’s entirely my fault. The tools included to provide great success in application are exceptional. Part of my day job involves applying screen protectors on expensive film production monitors. I generally suck at it. Off-center or not, I can see that my screen is well protected. And it feels smooth as silk.

This screen does not work with the defender case. Even though the screen was bubble free when I put it on, once it is put in the case it pushes the screen so you get air bubbles.

When service and Quality matter
Installed easy, allows phone to work the same as not having a protector. Down side is i broke mine the first week, dropped phone and caught it between my knee and a concrete box. Screen protector broke but phone was fine. Otterbox is replacing under warranty, you cant ask for better service or quality.

Very disappointed with this screen protector. It did not adhere correctly, even though I followed the directions perfectly. I couldn't get the air bubbles out and it seems to have specks that look like flaws. Not what I expected for the price.

I bought this screen protector and within a week dust and other particles have somehow managed to get under the glass and when I had to remove it to clean the screen it wouldn’t work anymore trying to place it back

Not the best--is it better than nothing?
I have had the glass protector for a bit over a month and it is a dust magnet-dust gets under the glass, consequently, the image does not have the clarity expected on iphone. I have pulled the glass protector off but there does not seem to be a way to clean the underside, the part that is sticking to the Iphone. I put the cover back on but I will continue to shop for a better cover.

Bought for a new iPhone 13. The application process was easy however, after applying I discovered dust/ particles on my phone screen that was on the sticky side of the screen (manufacturing error). I've also noticed the edges peeling up/ not sticking. I bought Otterbox since products before have been very reliable, not sure about this one.

Alignment tool was a breeze to use. The flexible screen fits my iPhone 13 perfectly. I’m only giving this product three stars because after paying $40 I can’t get it to lay flat on my phone. I’ve tried numerous times to get the air bubbles out, but unsuccessful.

Cracked screen within a week!
I put this screen on my phone and not even a week later, I dropped my phone like I usually do because I’m clumsy which is why I choose Otterbox and my protector screen is already cracked. It did it’s job by not cracking my actual screen but I didn’t think it would crack so easily.

Hard to install and no second chances
I bought the screen protector together with an Otter Box Defender case. I love Otter Box cases. When I installed the screen protector it looked perfect, but when I put the phone in the case it must have squeezed something just enough or applied just enough pressure that there were now large bubbles under two corners of the screen protector. When I removed the case the bubbles went away, but when I put the phone back in the case the bubbles came back. No amount of pressing and scraping got rid of them, and lifting up the corner of the screen to try to re-attach it only made things worse. I finally gave up and bought a 2-pack at Best Buy for much less money. They give you two screen protectors in case you mess up the first one. Otter Box charges a lot more money and only gives you one. An extra sheet of plastic would cost them almost nothing. I'll keep buying OB cases but not screen protectors.

Less than two weeks and not adhering to screen
Purchased on 10-14-21 and today is 10-26-21, noticed a few days ago that it was not adhering to upper right corner. It has continued and now about 1/3 is loose. Yes it would be covered by warranty, but they charge $6.99 S&H to replace it. I purchased it to use with the Otterbox Defender case.

Very Disappointed in Ottorbox
At the suggestion of Otterbox, i purchased the Alpha glass. I carefully followed the instructions and the glass adhered to the iPhone 13 perfectly with no bubbles.....or so i thought. The minute i put the iPhone 13 with the glass installed into the new defender case, 2 mid-sized bubbles appeared on the edges. When i removed the Defender, they disappeared. I contacted Ottorbox and they were useless. No suggestions on how to fix. They assumed i made an error in the installation(i didn't) and would not even accept my suggestion that the Defender case was too tight and thereby creating stresses on the attached glass. As an Aerospace engineer, this is a very plausible answer. All Otterbox did was offer a replacement. When i asked for a refund, the wanted to charge me $5 shipping to send the glass back to them.I have been at otter box customer since they began making the Defender for iPhones. I am sad to say, they have lost me as a customer. Please take m concern seriously. You had a great product and a great reputation......until you started cheapening your product and ignoring customer feedback.

Bubbles up within a month
After less than a month of use the screen protector bubbled up. Contacted customer support and they put in an order for a new one but has yet to ship. I hope the new one will last longer than this one. Sad to see that they no longer offer the defender series with an integrated screen protector like they have for the older iPhone models, those lasted me for years.

New case for a new phone. Glass and defender case ordered together, I applied the glass in the phone store when I had my service transferred. Nice to have a coach, but wouldn’t be hard to do on my own. Getting the tiniest specks of lint off is no joke, though.

Worst Screen Protector
I bought this for my new phone, and on day one of using my new phone, it slipped off my lap while sitting in a chair onto a wooden floor (<2ft drop and cracked in 3+ places. Luckily my screen was intact and my phone was unscratched (I stand by Otterbox cases, always) but this screen protector was the worst purchase. I have bought many glass screen protectors for cheaper online and never had an issue, so at this price, my protector should not be broken on day 1 after a small fall. Unfortunately my only option is to submit a warranty claim and pay to have a new protector shipped to me, but I don't want to pay shipping to get another poor quality protector. I love Otterbox cases, but this screen protector was a bad purchase.

Years of being part of the case. Why change it?
It was a pain for me to put on and get it straight. I can’t get all the air bubbles out. I’ve used OtterBox cases on every iPhone I’ve ever owed and loved them all until now. The screen protector has always been a part of the case. I rather it not be a separate part but I still feel it’s necessary to have to protect my iPhone as much as possible because it’s with me every minute of my workday. I always use the Defender Series case. I’m not happy with this one but I will still use it.

Unfortunately the product did not hold up on my new iPhone 13. My phone just fell forward from being propped up. (NOT Dropped from a high distance or flown out of something. Since its under warranty its getting replaced.

IPhone 13 Pro Alpha Glass
I have been a customer of Otter Box for many years. The Alpha Glass I purchased fit too tightly for the Otter Box case and immediately developed a bubble to the side that has grown to cover 1/3rd of the screen after less than 1 month of using the product. While I paid for the warranty service replacement, I am doubtful that a replacement of the same screen will fix the issue.

Alignment tool is awful
Seems like the alignment tool was designed to fit multiple size phones and as such, is awful. Unless you hold it in the clamped "aligned" position with both hands the phone wiggles, and you need to you a third hand to install the protector. Mine moved and stuck on non-straight. Ruined the screen protector while trying to remove it for realignment. Clarity of the screen protector was great, but alignment tool sucks.

What happened?
This product worked great for about a year. Until i dropped it on a rocky surface, nothing sorry to worry about because it has happened before. I picked up my phone and there was small crack with lots of tiny lines around it. I took off the screen protector after I realized my front camera was cracked, only to be in shock as the screen protector took no damage.

Protector causes issues with phone usage
The Glass Screen Protector provides the privacy I desire; however, I have noticed that due to the additional thickness, it has caused some issues when receiving calls and using the number pad.

My phone was on my kitchen counter and a metal object fell from the wall and shattered both my screen saver and phone screen. We contacted Otterbox and within days, I received a screen replacement for the cost of shipping and a technician came to my place of work and replaced the shattered phone screen for no charge within an hour.

Hard to install. I had bubbles under the protector due to my installation skills. The protector covered the majority of the screen except for a small portion where the camera is located. I wanted full coverage. I returned the case and received a refund. Customer service at OtterBox is great.

Sits flat on the phone, doesn't rip or shatter easily at all. Installation has improved a lot from past products... SO much easier to install and goes on easily without bubbles. As a parent, this is a must have to be able to trust my kids with my phone.

I bought this product thinking maybe if I spent some more money then it would work better than the less expensive ones I buy. Same old problem. Still had a bubble the next day and then I noticed it did have a spec. So I removed the glass and within seconds the whole thing had dust particles all over. I ended up throwing it all out in the trash. The shipping took too long and the product is too expensive.
