Not Reliable
The traditional USB port and wireless charging capabilities are not reliable and only function part of the time. I thought it had a defective one but sent it back for another that has the same issues. The USB C port will charge your device fine, but you can find and buy an external battery that is a fraction of the cost of this one that is 100% more reliable. Do not buy this.

Looks great, but not as great to use
The fabric and plastic casing looks and feels great, and it seems like it would survive a drop better than the older Charge Force Powerstation I was upgrading from. The led lights are also dimmer, which I appreciate. Unfortunately the usability suffers because you need to press the side button any time you want to charge something, even if it was just charging a minute ago. On the older Powerstation I mentioned, you still had to press the button to charge things, but if you were already charging it a moment ago or you placed a device on it to charge while it was plugged in it would simply start charging, which this one doesn’t do

Not What I Expected From Mophie
I bought this unit because my old Mophie stopped working. This unit is slow to charge, and has a cumbersome way to turn on the charger. I would not purchase this again and will probably look for another charger other than Mophie for the next block charger. Sorry, but I’m just being honest.

Okay, not great!
The first one I received was defective and replaced under warranty by Zagg. The replacement works fine but the charging is slow and the placement of the phone on the battery is crucial. I am not sure I would ever buy another one from any manufacturer.

Gorgeous protection
I hated the idea of buying screen protection but my iPhone 12 is a fragile little beast that was scratched literally coming out of the box it came in. Having used this screen protector for about a month now, I couldn’t be happier. It looks like the normal glass but feels better and doesn’t get filthy. I’ve taken it camping, confidently thrown my phone into bags, and even my cat decided to help me with product testing (it can survive falls without a flaw).

Not as good as my previous wireless powerstation
I upgraded to this from another mophie xl powerstation wireless with the lightning charge port. But with my iPad now using usb c I thought I’d give the lightning battery away and get this instead. I think the wireless charger is more exact position then the old battery. And even when it’s plugged in to charge in order to use the wireless charger I need to press the button to wake it up to the fact there’s a device on it even after that I havv be e to lift the device and put it back down before it starts charging

Solid wireless charger, and the
Solid wireless charger, and the battery capacity is substantial enough to handle 2-3 charges of my devices from 25% or less to full. Also love that I can use this while it is plugged in and charging overnight.
Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I’d like it to have a stronger indication that the charger has been engaged, as there have been times when I felt uncertain if I had turned the charger on or if it just wasn’t lining up correctly with the receiver on my device.

This charger is ok but don't waste your money. It doesn't chatter wirely unless you keep hitting the power button and keep moving your phone. If you plug the phone into the charger it works, but why pay all that money for wireless? Plus the display for amount of charge is so dim you can barely see it. Disappointed and Frustrated.

Heavyweight charger in a tiny package!
This little guy is awesome. Not only does it look nice sitting on a desk but it fits in a pocket and has enough juice to charge all of my usb devices. This comes especially in handy when I need to escape the office and use my phone’s hotspot. Great product.

I like the wireless charger but to bulking and wireless charger on top is not very convenient, the phone has to be steady.
It’s not my personal favorite and I use all type of wireless chargers for work. Wish it was slim and the wireless charger would work better. It’s an okay purchase in my opinion.

It’s a good size, portable but if you want to charge your phone it has to be laying flat. I thought it would be magnetized. Hopefully they will make one for the iPhone 12 that is a charging case like in previous models.

Great wireless charging station
This is a great charger. I was looking for something to allow charging but not require a cord between it and my phone. This power station fits the bill perfectly. The fabric top is a nice touch and its really well made.
