With the added weight of the battery the case easily slips through my hands and falls a lot. I wish it had a rubbery like texture or grip spots so it would be easy to keep in my hand.

While it does increase the weight of your phone by a good amount (like knock a glass of water over kinda heavy ??), it is the perfect item for someone who has to use their phone a lot throughout the day. I totally recommend this item!

I wouldn’t recommend this juice pack to anyone. I ended up getting another power pack from a different company which does support Apple CarPlay and one that does charge my phone to 100% when I need it to. The Juice pack air is just full of Air no Juice.

This case is great for traveling, long days at work, or a weekend adventure that want/need enough battery life to capture everything. The only thing that would make this case even better is if the charging port also work with the standard iPhone headphones, that's the only deal breaker other that the wireless charging and battery life is great!!

The case is heavy (even though it’s the lighter version of the cases) and very slippery. The slippery case and the fact that the instructions do not clearly detail how the charger actually works is why I reviewed the case as a 4 out of 5. Mophie a great brand however, they could make some improvements.

It does provide 5-6 hours of additional juice, but don't expect it to give you an extra day. Also, takes quite a bit of time to get fully charged.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t drop it on concrete! Pros - It’s sleek and looks classy. The extra battery life it provides is a game changer! Cons - It’s heavy for someone who has arm/wrist issues. I ended up putting a pop socket on it which interferes with the wireless charging (bummer!) in order to continue using it. After having it only a few days, my phone slipped from my cart in Sam’s Club. It landed face down on the concrete floor. Thankfully, my phone was protected and the battery pack still works just fine. However, the front bottom right corner of the case didn’t survive the fall and broke off. Right now, the unattractive appearance and heaviness is being trumped by the usefulness of the battery pack and the fact that I want to get my money out of this case!

I’ve tried 3 of them with the same results. I’m not sure why all of the rave reviews. So disappointed. I thought it was going to be the best thing since sliced bread when it comes to phones. It’s also terrible when it comes to drops. I normally have my ZAGG screen protector forever with no worries issues even after drops. 2 days after I placed them both on I dropped my phone The screen protector has several cracks and the case, it’s all cracked up and serves no protection. Oh well. Luckily I just recvd a casemate case and will warranty a new protector. Mophies will be returned!

It will keep your cellphone battery charged for the majority of the day ( depending on your cell use). Pros: you can charge your device and the battery pack without plugging in ( you can use the plug as well). The battery pack isn’t too bulky, your battery pack will drain first before your phones battery does, and when charging your cell will charge first before your battery does, and last excellent warranty. Cons: The battery pack does add weight to the phone put it’s not that bad, the battery pack is a bit slippery and can cause you to drop your phone, and if you drop it this unit will protect your phone it the unit it self could chip or break, the air charging doesn’t always catch right away, sometimes you have to ajuste the placement of your phone, for the iPhone if you have wired earphones with the lightning plug adapter it doesn’t work using this device only Bluetooth works, and if you like belt clips it doesn’t come with one at least not for the Apple one I ordered. Overall it’s a great product but like I said it needs improvements.

Customer Service has been great we’re going to try the red one and see what happens, apparently the rose gold one is weaker. ??????? It does charge your phone a little if it’s at 20% it’ll bring it to 70% the case will die before it’s able to provide a full charge to your phone so then you have to charge the case again which in turn charges your phone while being plugged in. However the case won’t start to charge until your phone battery is at 100%.

Doesn’t work with the mophie pad, a square card reader, & there was another huge drawback. I believe it was that I couldn’t charge it by itself. Either way, it’s back in the box. Way too much money for something that I received broken and half the time won’t charge. I thought it would be great for someone like me that is always on the go.

However I just recently bought two new cases. Mophie has definitely changed vendors for the battery, it won’t even charge my phone back up above 80% from 50%. The material for the case is different also, really slick. I don’t know why someone would want to case to be slicker. The very first day the I had this case it slide out of my pocket and cracked the case in two. My second case that I bought , which I bought for my friend is also about to fall apart because the case is so slick. I am not impressed or happy. I don’t recommend. I really don’t leave reviews however I feel like I should share my experience so that anyone looking for a good and solid case does not buy one of these thinking that this is the one. I’ve gone back to my original case and external battery pack.

I had thought for its size it would offer a full charge to my phone but it seems to only do about 30-40% sometimes it will get turned on in my pocket and I don’t notice until most of it has been used on an already full battery. The design feels nice in your hand, but you will want a good grip or some kind of pop socket to keep it from slipping out of your hands. I dropped mine within a week of getting it and the top corner of the case broke. Thankfully zagg has an awesome replacement policy and I received a replacement within a couple of days. I would buy this product again but only if I could find it at a discount.

Very disappointed in the charging case! I charge it and my phone to the max and then when I need the case to charge my phone, it charges for like 5 min and quits. I used too love mophie but not so much anymore.

When I called your customer service, I was told that the screen protector is out of stock, and I must wait until you get more in to resolve the issue. So, meanwhile, I am continuing to use the case with the built in screen protector that I have been using.

I already had the Mophie powerstation plus XL with Lightning connector (Slate) - Apple which I LOVE because it gives me 2 full charges before going dead at the phone being at 15%-20% and that costs about the same as this! Not worth the cost at all just stick to the powerstation instead for the cost

I waited to my phone was low battery about 30% it charged it to 67%. I figured it was my error this time I charged my phone when it was at about 50%, even then it still only charged my phone to 70-75%. I’m disappointed to say the least. This is not what I expected or desire. I want a 100% charge. This will be sent back!

Drains my battery instead of helping, you cannot use headphones with this case on, drained my battery and does not even provide one full charge. Provided 20 minutes of charge and was dead. Super heavy as well. Absolutely disgusted with this item!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty good. It’s a gorgeous case! A bit slippery but very good looking and low profile; you wouldn’t know it was a battery pack. Battery life is alright.. nothing to get too excited about, but the wireless charging is a nifty feature. I bought it on sale and I still feel like it’s overpriced.
