Worst mophie I’ve had
Bought this for my new iPhone XS Max I had shipped next day straight from Verizon. From the start it only provides about a 30% charge. Every other mophie I’ve had (10 or so) have charged 80-120% depending on model. And I paid for next day shipping on a Thursday evening and they didn’t send it until the next week so had to buy a case at store to get me by for 3 days. I may try another brand battery case next time.

Not what they used to be.
I’ve always bought a juice pack for my iPhones since the iPhone 4. They had a nice rubber grip around the edges and also had a soft rubber coating, this case slips right out of your hand all the time.
Also, the extra charge on the older cases would charge your battery to 100%, this case only charges about 30-40%. Glad I only paid $30 instead of the regular price of $99. It’s barely worth $30.

This juice pack air is great. Love the look and how it protects my phone. The only bad thing is that you can’t connect your Apple earphones. But the rest is ok.

Good fit but slippery.
The phone itself is already big so the case doesn't really add too much to it. Which is good. The fit design has improved. It is light but slippery. I noticed the material is different so it doesnt get magnetized to my mophie Charge Force Desk Mount. Very sad about that. :(
