In order to get it working properly you have to turn Airplane mode on and off and then the case starts charging the phone. Even requested a replacement and got the same issue.

But overall user experience is quite good, the build quality is excellent, and the protection it seems to offer is quite robust.

Mophie products are high quality & a brand I trust with my ridiculously expensive iPhone. I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying an iPhone without a Mophie battery case. It has normalized the weight distribution of the phone. Without the case, the phone is top heavy due to the camera. It was not comfortable to hold in one hand. The battery in this case distributes the weight perfectly for holding the phone in one hand. 3. It's great having an extended battery life.

Well now that I am an Apple user I thought I would get one for my iphone and every iphone I had, I had a mophie and it worked great! Well, I got the mophie for my iphone 11 and it doesn't charge as much as what I am used to. It also dies alot quicker too. I mean it serves its purpose as long as you have a way of charging the case once you've drained it charging your phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad advertising I got the wrong size case for the phone I ordered it for. The box reads it’s the correct charging case for my phone but the case itself doesn’t fit. That fact in particular makes me think that I got a refurbished model that was stored in a mismatched box. This is the first time I’ve ordered from zagg brands website and I gotta say this is the most embarrassing service I have received in a long time. If you’re going to scam people by selling used products as new, at least make it so I don’t find out until after warranty period is over. I still want the correct case because it’s a good deal so Will try my luck by ordering another one.

Zagg processed the order and deducted my credit card fast but getting the order shipped was a mess. My opinion on the design is poor. I realized that the case is not designed as a protection type case, but Mophie was not thinking about the bottom of the phone is not protected from either dropping it, bumping it into something or the elements in the air (dust an sand) This device has two charging ports which is a BIG downside to the product You will need two types of chargers, one to charge your device and one to charge your phone. Unless you have a wireless charger which will charge both. In the past Mophie and other brands have usually only needed 1 port and one type of charger to charge both phone and charger at the same time. In my opinion, these things I pointed out is the reason why I'm returning the device.

But this one just isn’t as good, the battery seems to not be as strong as older models and not really a fan of new shape. Also it’s so big and heavy I can’t use any holders. But the charge is what’s the worst and will make me not recommend.

This newest one however, for my iPhone 11, does not have the normal amount of "juice". When I need to activate the pack, it only charges for about 1 hour and adds less than 20% life to my iPhone battery. Sad but true.

Easy access and use of all buttons and ports. The slightly raised corners i was hoping for more protection for the front of my phone. Not the case, screen cracked with first drop luckily I had a screen protector on my phone. There was no damage to the back glass. To charge up the case completely takes a little longer than expected and off a fully charged case I can get roughly maybe an extra 40% Battery life. Which isn’t bad but I expected more. Overall, case was a little disappointing, I was able to get it on Sale so I don’t feel as bad about my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mophie your case is coming apart during use I have been a mophie customer since the I phone 4 and every time I upgrade my phone I get a new mophie for it. The battery back up has saved me many times when I needed my phone was almost out of power and did not have the ability to recharge it. But my most recent purchase has left me disappointed in the product. After a few months of use the case started to come apart when removing it from my pocket and really would not stay together while using the phone. The top was loose and while raising the phone to answer a call quickly the top part of my mophie flew off. So out of fear of losing the top part of my case I glued the case together around my phone. I have had this problem with my I phone 6 but the I phone 7 case was much better and I was expecting the same from the iPhone XR case but like I stated earlier the case was separating after just 3 months of use. I wish I could include a photo to show you what I’m telling you but in order to keep the case intact I glued the top to the bottom of my case where they connect with crazy glue and I can’t undo it. The case does its job of charging and recharging my phone and protecting it from falls but in my opinion the top and bottom connection of the case was a poor design and wore down quickly. I hope for the next model you can correct this error in design.

The only thing I don’t like is that the case is a little heavy and will weigh down my pocket. And is a little slippery to hold. But the battery life is amazing!

We are a farm family and it is a pain to try to plug your phone in on all the different vehicles we are in during the day. The juice pack keeps us powered up all day I will say that we are older and don’t listen to music on our phones.

I especially like the upgrade from micro USB to USB C - That’s a way better standard Dash and of course it still leaves you access to your phones lightning port if you want to use that too. The other think I like is the ability to charge the phone and the pack at same time.

I had one for my iPhone 6 and my phone would be at 20% and the case would fully charge it, but with my new iPhone 11 could be at 20% and when I turn on the charger it will get up to 70-80%. I’m not very impressed with it at this point.

I have also used several Zagg products and have been extremely pleased with their quality and durability. I know about the high quality of Mophie products and decided to purchase one for the first time. Unfortunately I did not understand the very small battery capacity for the Juice Pack. I found that a fully charged iPhone and Juice Pack ran out of “Juice” before end of the day.When I inquired about this I was told that I needed to have an external power station to recharge the Juice Pack during the day. I have returned the juice pack and had to pay for return shipping

This new design for Apple X and later is easy to use and provides great protection and the security of the reserve battery. Some minor issues with wireless charging and the new cables not being interchangeable with the old ones are definitely no big deal.

I’m 68 yrs young and have COPD and cannot go out by pulmonologist order and we have COVID19 in the condo building. I have to pay someone to get special foods and yet telling the person all this during a pandemic made no difference. Cold response to me that I works not be reimbursed until I returned it ADHDs ITV has to be in 30 days. I cannot tell you how my heart sank. My 3 tenants all lost jobs and my income to live is based in that so I’ve got some big problems going on. So your all the time 5 star ratings I’ve given has gone to 1 star only because there so zero. I hate to be so negative but I was treated with total disregard five what ours works us dealing with. It’s not like I was making up some lame story. I also can get a letter from my doctor saying um unable to go out to get a ups label to ship. I am not thinking anyone will read this or respond. Dr Margaret Duke

Unusual configuration with USB-C to charge to Mophie and the lightning can be used to charge the iPhone. The battery wirelessly chargers in mobile use. I think I can charge them both wirelessly with most of my Q1 chargers. (some work better than others) Bottom line is it works as advertised and got great deal buying directly from them. Have yet t6o to test the magnetic back.

Otherwise, the machine battery just drops, and the phone never really comes back up. This keeps me without a phone, when I could just go grab a charger, and at least have the phone to work on,.

It always gave me well over a full 100% charge. I work in the film industry and there isn’t always somewhere to charge your phone especially out on location so having a charging case is great. But this is just a waste of money. It’s a good thing it was on sale for $30 instead of the normal $80. Still will end of getting rid of it for a better option.

The battery only charges my iPhone 11 up to 40%, but it's not a big deal. I use the case as an emergency backup if my phone battery is near dead and I can't charge. The price was hard to beat as well! No regrets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 Stars with an Exception I buy a new Juice Pack every time I upgrade my phone so this is the 5th one I have bought. Each one has been a great product and if I've had any issues, Mophie's customer service has been exceptional. This time, however, I have a problem. Along with the Juice Pack, I bought a Charge Stream+ wireless charging pad, which I was told would work with my iPhone 11. It worked fine the first night, and the second night required some coaxing but it finally started charging. It has not worked since then. I contacted Mophie, which is now owned by Zagg, and after troubleshooting they offered me a warranty replacement. Much to my dismay, when I received the warranty replacement for my brand new unit, they had sent me a certified refurbished unit. I sent an email indicating that this is not acceptable and I am still waiting for a response. I know that many of us, myself included, are working from home due to the current situation, but I cannot understand why that should have an affect on the level of service. Their phones are not answering, and their chat is not online. Today, their website says they are down for maintenance and they're offering a discount code for when they come back. I'm curious to see how they respond to my email and that might change this review rating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice juice pack, good fit I have had several juice packs in the past and this is definitely the best one for the iPhone 11. It charges wirelessly and the fit is excellent. I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because it does add a bit of weight to the phone. I wish it wasn’t quite as bulky. But if you don’t mind the bulk you get about an extra 12 to 15 hrs of use without recharging. I do recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful I received the item and wasn’t happy; I called CS and got in touch with Neil who did some troubleshooting with me and determined the unit hadn’t been completely plugged in when charged causing it to take an extreme amount of time to charge and it discharged very quickly. Once this had been corrected the unit has properly charged and properly worked, sadly sometimes an issue is user error and I’m grateful I had a pleasant CS rep to help determine this issue and get me on the right road. Thank you Neil for the EXCELLENT customer service and patience with user error issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great case I’ve had several other battery cases from maker that rhymes with Supersonics. This mophie case is much better made, great feel. Any battery case adds some bulk/weight but this one isn’t bad at all. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love My Mophie Juice Pack! My first Mophie Juice Pack lasted me through 2 or 3 phones (and each phone had a good long life!) Now I have an iPhone 11 and bought this new Access Juice Pack. It’s beautiful, adds elegance to my phone and is proving to be equally as protective and wonderful at charging and keeping the phone powered up through extended periods of heavy use (like work all day followed by hours of Door Dashing)! Love Zagg, too! Great product, fast delivery, great price, and warranty!

Second, it does not have a problem when putting on an iPhone or take it out of an iPhone -- very smooth. Third, if the battery was very low and I turn it on to charge it. . .it does not charge really fast. It was disappointing. Two weeks later, the on/off button for that juice pack case fell off. That is a big waste of money.

With the price of having and how clumsy we can be we need to protect our investment, communicator, library of information. I feel confident of the protection and power needs juice pack gives me and I will always dress my phone in their well executed products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hi! i bought it and Hi! i bought it and thanks to zagg that it was sent so fast. i liked it but i missed the detail that it was 22oo mah it s charging only 40% but not problem incase of emergency. the thing is that when u are using the case to charge it, it make some weird sound and it is cont. and phone is getting hot therefore i did not like this. it can be charged witelessly ( as described )

Only complaint is poor description of operation of button and LEDs for monitoring and charging. Explanation from telephone agent at Mophie. Good latest product in my long line of Mophie iPhone battery cases.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely mediocre Battery build quality is really nice. Material is slippery bit overall it's great. My main issues are with charging and it's capacity. In theory it should charge 50% of iphone. It does not. It can only give my battery a whooping boost of..... 37%. Not bad but should be higher. In addition it is charging really slowly. To the point that while using my phone gained 1% in 10 minutes. This has to be a joke. And don't you dare telling me that I was using heavy apps that drained a lot of power. I was browsing settings. So the charge should be way better. I am keeping this crap because I often need battery boost while working outside of the office and it is simply more convenient than powerbank. But don't waste your money. Please don't. I bet that aliexpress might give you more value for less.

I was buying this for the purpose of my phone(which has a short life battery unfortunately) to charge AT LEAST halfway when im on the go. It barely got up to 30% so this is more for people who arent looking for much of anything, just a quick juice pump and thats it. dont expect much out of this. I even charged it for 7+ hours when i got it out of the box just to be sure i gave it a full charge. Im really disappointed this did not work because I really do need something to charge my phone to at least halfway and even more would be better. Oh well.

I have also used several Zagg products and have been extremely pleased with their quality and durability. I know about the high quality of Mophie products and decided to purchase one for the first time. Unfortunately I did not understand the very small battery capacity for the Juice Pack. I found that a fully charged iPhone and Juice Pack ran out of “Juice” before end of the day.When I inquired about this I was told that I needed to have an external power station to recharge the Juice Pack during the day. I have returned the juice pack and had to pay for return shipping

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed in product I had expected, due to precious years of purchasing Mophie IPhone power case, that thus product would be as useful as before. The explanation given to me was that the iPhone 11 has a more powerful battery and due to this there was no need to make a more efficient Mophie battery case available for this cell phone due to size. If my phone is depleted down to 20 or so percent the battery case barely makes it charge back up to 90%. The battery case at that time is totally without any usable charge. That is the total opposite of multiples cases of purchase for my iPhone 8. Not happy with my current product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Average it does the job it’s needed to do, but you guys don’t buy new products unless it is for the newest apple phone...i waited months for you to get the red iPhone 11 case and it continued to say out of stock forever, so once u dropped the price, i settled for another black one. ya missed out on extra purchases and sales cuz i would have recommended this site to my 5 siblings, parents and 8 cousins who look to me for Tech Merch. oh well, nice product.
