The juice pack air is a rechargeable external battery concealed inside of a protective form-fitting case for the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS. I ended having to call Customer Support because after I got it on the phone and charged it up, my phone was not being charged from the Juice Pack. The Customer Support was excellent and they figured out why my phone was not being charged by trying different things with the Juice Pack and getting it to deliver a charge to my phone.

The weight Of the case (because of the battery) is almost same weight as the phone. The down side is that the charging port uses a micro usb—which is awkward when all your iphone cables use lighting connectors.

I have so many microUSB chargers around the house so now I feel like I will not need to buy an iphone charger for a couple years lol. I like how the case redirects the bottom speakers toward your face as well, good design. Also I bought the phone case at 70% off so that was nice. 5/5 would buy again. Also bought my dad one but have yet to hear back from him. He probably doesnt even use it right ¯\_(?)_/¯ oh well

I would recommend the Juice Pac as a helpful addition to your iPhone if battery issues are a problem for you.

Only to 50% after it charges to 50% you have to recharge the Mophie. Seems like you should get at least two charges out of it. Maybe, it’s me. I might try it out again in the near future, but as of now I am sending it back.

I also like how you can remove the case and charge the case alone like a regular battery pack. I feel like my phone's battery life is extended because of this case. The pink matches the rose gold phone exactly too. Highly recommend!

His take on it is that either the case is too small or that I jammed the case. I don’t see how I would have jammed it, but... In any case, I’ve only had the case for less than a year but I don’t think I still have the original box. I’ll look again. Otherwise, I’ll just not separate the phone and the case!

Only to 50% after it charges to 50% you have to recharge the Mophie. Seems like you should get at least two charges out of it. Maybe, it’s me. I might try it out again in the near future, but as of now I am sending it back.

This one has worked intermittently on only a couple of occasions and charging the phone. I have tried this on a couple of different phones along with the other one I purchased, it’s not the phone that is having issues. I intend to send this one back. I am optimistic about the other one.

I wish it would just charge my phone all the time. I don’t like having to turn it on and off. Also it’s too big and it uses USB instead of Lightning. On the upside I got a good deal on it.

I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t even send me a return label. Sure, I’m going to go to the post office during a PANDEMIC in NYC. Disappointing. I didn’t like the way the phone snapped in and in less than a year, the battery packed swelled and had to be replaced. I purchased the Zagg Juice Pack Air and it has been working great! I will stick with Zagg for future phone charging cases.

Often, my phone still runs low on battery and when I push the button on the back to allow it to charge the phone back up, it shows no power. Other times it does great. Not sure what I am doing wrong when the battery pack doesn’t charge.

Perfect timing for me. I’ve used Mophie’s battery cases before and this one has lived up to the Mophie reputation of quality and robustness. The ONLY downside to this battery case is the micro-USB connector instead of a lightning connector they went to in subsequent models.

But the Replacement one that I originally got under the warrantee was broken from the beginning because the new one I got is altogether different on turning on the Juice pack so the way I see it the replacement was damage from the The day I got it and The instructions are not very clear.

I’m ok with a regular charger cord, but my car is not Bluetooth equipped so I had been using my aux cable to listen to Spotify in the car. I have not been able to find a connector that allows me to continue using my aux cable. I’ll likely just pick up a Bluetooth speaker for the car. Otherwise love the case.

One night it was non responsive but worked the next day. Lately When I’m down to 30-50% on my phone and turn on mophie it vibrates on/off indefinitely until I turn my iPhone off and it seems to then work. But this is a huge pain. It also runs hot. I regret this purchase and may return for a new one.

It did come with an instruction booklet but you needed a magnifying glass to read it ... Could not figure out how to start and stop it .. Finally Googled it and lo and behold an answer .. Hold down the button on the back for 3 seconds to start and hold the button down for 3 seconds to turn it off .. Worked like a charm ..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it !! Ordered 2 for Iphone 8 and 8 Plus ... Was concerned that there was no on/off slider switch on the back .. It did come with an instruction booklet but you needed a magnifying glass to read it ... Could not figure out how to start and stop it .. Finally Googled it and lo and behold an answer .. Hold down the button on the back for 3 seconds to start and hold the button down for 3 seconds to turn it off .. Worked like a charm ..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely extra juice. This so helpful for people who are on their phones a lot. I do wish I got the black one but it was sold out. Paying $40 instead of $100 a good deal. The red is still nice but you can see finger prints on the back of the case. It also charges the phone well and as for the case it charges fast. A representative also me to get a 2.4A adapter charging brick that bricks that are below 2a like apple (1a) will damage the charging case and it's true I had bought a couple cases in the past for other iphones and the cases died in 4 months. 2.4a is wonderful. Thanks for the tip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product fails to charge the phone Product fails to charge the phone. I Purchased two of these, the other one works perfectly and as expected. This one has worked intermittently on only a couple of occasions and charging the phone. I have tried this on a couple of different phones along with the other one I purchased, it’s not the phone that is having issues. I intend to send this one back. I am optimistic about the other one.

Zagg explained that the case was out of warranty (by about three years) but they were very generous in offering me a discount on a new one. I'm extremely pleased with the customer service that I received. The juice pack air is a great charging case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product This is the second Mophie juice pack that I’ve had! It works great to keep my phone charged all day. I work long hours and am not able to plug my phone in at work and my phone has never fully lost charge ever and my phone is 3 yrs old now! The new product is slightly rubber like construction that cushions those accidental drops! Great buy for great product and zagg warranty and customer service is the best!!
