Well made product. It charges our IPhones 100%. One px has a Lifeproof case & the other has a rugged Otterbox case. Charger is a little sensitive to placement of px’s on device in order to charge.

Great product, Great Look- just have to make sure you center your devices in order for it to charge correctly. It’s actually a 3 in 1 with iPhone/AirPods on the pad and due to the extra port that allows me to connect my Apple Watch charger. Recommended

Love the wireless charging pad. Only thing I found is my phone gets pretty hot. I have a Samsung note 9 that's 1.5yrs old, so not sure if it's the pad. Or my battery is getting old?! I have a wireless charging pad from Samsung and my phone doesnt get hot.

Fantastic equipment
I've had the device for just under a month now and it's worked perfectly as advertised. Very rarely do I have to reset the position, they could add some LED lights to show it's giving a charge in a future version.

Nice build and materials makes fast charging and alignment easy. Only drawback is phone hangs over front end where LED light is to confirm charging status. LED would be better on top between both charging contact points for easier visibility

Works great through a life proof case. You have to center the phone properly or it doesn't charge. A better way to secure the extra cord would be incredibly valuable. Perhaps a cord recess on the back?

Unfortunately charger is not powerful enough to charge phone(s) that are in their cases... Certainly inconvenient to have to remove phone from case each time it needs charging - might as well plug the thing in!?... Performance is fine charging two “naked” phones...
Sorry, but I have no use for wireless charger that cannot charge phone that is in its protective case...

This is a very useful. The duel charger pad with USB port is convenient for keeping the devices in one place. Nice discount as well. Do wish that the I phone watch charging cord came in a shorter length but that doesn’t reduce the charging capabilities of the unit. No regrets on this purchase

We love our charging pad. It works for all our wireless charging items and it’s super convenient. The only issue I have is sometimes you have to set down a device once or twice for it start charging. It doesn’t do it immediately. But that’s okay for us.

It works well with iPhones and the like...but;
It doesn’t work that well with some of my wireless earbud cases, and I also use an lg phone that has wireless charging capabilities, but it needs to be placed a certain way/direction/angle before it works, so it isn’t totally foolproof with some of my gadgets. But when it does work, it works well. It looks well made though, and is light in weight and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Solid attempt with a a minor hiccup. Thank you Zagg.

Something I never thought about but now need
With three phone users in the house, never really thought about charging except when I couldn't find the cord. With this new charging pad no more looking around or asking whos got the cord. The pad is always there, drop a phone on it, and boom, it's charged and ready to go when I am. Awesome.

Unable to charge while in phone case
The Dual Wireless Charging Pad looks nice, works great with the exception below, and was exactly what we had been looking for. It has the ability to charge two phones on top and his FitBit watch by using the USB plug in the back.
Unfortunately, we found that the charging pad was not strong enough to charge our phones (or tablets) while in their cases. We tried three cases, in three different styles, and it wasn't able to penetrate any of them. While the cases were off, it worked beautifully. We are not willing to remove our cases every night, so this was a return for us.
I know that wireless charging stations that are able to penetrate cases do exist, because I have one, I wanted one of these for my husband; it just didn't work out.

Very hard to charge an iphone
I had to return because it is way too hard to locate the correct placement on the pad to engage charging. I even had my phone on it charging and came back and it had evidently shifted lightly (possibly floor vibration) and it was not charging. great idea but technology not there yet in my opinion.

Love the how you can just put your phone down without looking for a charger wire and love the extra USB port in back. Don’t believe the claim that it will charge your phone in a case that is less than 3 mm because it won’t charge one of our phones in a Otterbox Defender case that is 2 mm thick.

It's my fist time using a wireless phone charger. You have to move the iphone up and down to find the exact location where the charging engages. It's not so quick sometimes. Also, my wife's otter box defender doesn't work very well with this dual charger but works with the singles 15 w charger.

I returned this item after a day because trying to always find the right placement for my iPhone to charge was more of a hassle than I wanted. Great idea, but just didn’t like having to try for 3 mins each time finding the perfect spot for it to start charging. Sometimes, I thought I’d place it perfect and still wouldn’t charge.

Convenience was the biggest factor in trying Zagg charging pads and I have been disappointed. Using my iPhone 13 and a Zagg wireless charging case, it takes all sort of fiddling around to get the charger to connect with the phone. I can get in done in a tenth of the time using a wired lightening connector. So big on the”cool” factor, but low on “convenience."
