The most important factor was the incredible picture quality, visibly superior to many comparable models we considered. On top of that, we love the features and the flexibility of setup to completely meet our expectations for video, audio and content. We are early in but so far, we love the entire experience!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture but disappointed overall Even those we have it set to open up directly to the home screen when powering on, it doesn't. It opens to instead to live tv, lg channel or antenna. Even the Geek Squad couldn't get it to power on directly to home screen. Also this newer version doesn't allow you to remove lg channels or several other apps to the trash. Very disappointing.

I was initially a bit overwhelmed by all the options for programming that are easily available, but now I’m just loving it. This is a very, very good TV at a good price.

Even on a bright day with window shades open I can see the tv clearly with no glare. Pictures Pop. Not so happy with the sound.. But I have a Sonos home theater hooked up.

My second LG TV, I have a 55 inch set about 10 years old that still works good. I hope this one will last too.

The technologies that come with it are excellent. Everything can be done with just one remote plus whole lots of wireless connections. I think it is well worth the technologies that come with it. I can do much more electronic connections with this TV. I am well pleased with it.

Weeks of research go in before making a purchase, especially when the cost of the product its high. I've been a fan of LG tv's since forever, tried all of them and nothing beats an LG in my opinion. In the same price range LG offers the best displays out of all the manufactures. On top of that, quality of the build it's 10 out of 10. Yes, it could be a bit more responsive and webOS needs some improvements. Also, sound could be better, but I know that I got the B series instead of C, which has better sound. Was not a decisional factor since it is paired with ... *drum rolls* ... you guessed it, an LG soundbar. But when you turn it on, either you want to watch a movie or pair it with your favorite console, you forget about everything. It's impressive! Verry happy with the purchase!

I decided to stretch the budget from a normal UHF TV to OLED and is not regretting the decision at all. I wanted to buy a 65” but the space in the room didn’t allow me to go for a bigger one and settled down for 55”, especially with my kid watching cartoons too close to the TV. I loved watching Avatar and Marvel movies and the TV gave me a different viewing experience. The images are a treat to the eyes. Highly recommended.

LG has their own channel lineup that is substandard and has priority over the YouTube TV I added and prefer. You have access to both but the remote button is for LG channels. Otherwise I am very happy with the tv.

This TV is fantastic for experience theatre at home, which provides excellent picture quality. In the dark room, I am enjoying the crystal clear image of an OLED panel with perfect black. The filmmaker mode is an excellent addition of the TV. The sound quality is perfect enough for a home. Watching HDR content in this TV is a memorable experiecne. Also, the TV automatically upslaces the SDR content. The sports and vivid modes are bright enough for watching sports during daytime at a bright room. I love LG's game optimizer mode which provides lower input lage for the 4k @120 Hz, when my Xbox Series X is connected.

Looking at the different levels of models LG offers in its oled lineup, I was thinking to decide between B2 vs C2 and I went with B2. Very nice UI WebOs, and the picture clarity is outright awesome. I use PS5 and it is a pretty decent tv for gaming too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great introduction to the power of oled I spent over a year convincing my significant other that we should make the upgrade to a larger and better quality tv. I did all the researching to figure out what would suit our needs and (price). The C2 being an amazing oled especially for gaming was essentially my baseline of what i knew i wanted from a tv. However i found the B2 to be $400 less than the C2 but the picture quality was nearly indistinguishable to either of us. Outside picture quality of the tv nearly always prompts comments from our guests on how unreal it looks being so thin. The remote provides a convenient experience with the pointer and the smart tv user interface is not laggy like ive seen from other smart tvs. The only flaw ive found from the tv is horizontal banding that can appear when the screen is displaying a dark gray color. From when i seen online this is a common issue for oleds in general and not specific to this model. 99.9% of the time its not noticeable on the screen, but in those edge case senarios where it happens it can be very annoying.

Possibly with professional calibration, it would be excellent. Even without a sound bar, the quality of sound is fine. We do not have the best internet service so I cannot comment on the overall quality of all that it offers. I believe the regular user will find that it more than meets the need of the average household.

The blacks are really black, not washed out grey. We have a home theater system with Polk Audio speakers but the TV sound is quite good for a Tv. I’m impressed. My wife particularly loves the way it aggregates the different inputs from streaming, antenna/cable and presents it in the guide.

The clarity of the picture and vibrancy of the colors makes you feel sometimes that you're actually part of the program you're watching, particularly sporting events. Easy to navigate Light and thin. Easy to mount over mantle. Every input/output I could want Just happened to be in Target store when two of these were put in the floor at “Black Friday” sale price. So many features I’m learning about a new one or two everyday. If I had to do it over, I would buy it again.

Screen is bright, 120hz refresh rate makes for smooth gaming, viewing angles are crazy, contrast is nice, the blacks are black, the colors are bright. If you're looking for maximum value then maybe get QLED or LED is way cheaper, but if you're looking to maximize quality then the B2 OLED is a great buy, I'm happy with my choice and I'm enjoying my experience. Plus I like LG channels, 100+ channels included on the TV it's like free basic cable.

Easily worth the extra money over the Hisense. The only downside is getting used to the cursor and the new operating system that LG uses.

The only regret I had is it like most electronics it does not come with a user guide so I printed one. It has so many features available that I printed 134 pages for the complete guide. It was worth it.

However, there are a couple of annoying things. Sometimes TV decides that there is no movement on and dims the entire screen. I could not figure out how to turn this behavior off. The settings UI in general seems pretty restrictive. Sometimes the only way to make the screen bright again is to reboot the TV.

I’m not sure if it is a common problem but my tv will glitch out frequently and the screen Will jump in and out and it will power on and off by itself and switch inputs by itself. Tried using customer support chat and it would just exit or the chat would end every time.

I plan to hook it up for gaming.. l am 70 years old. My last gaming experience was with Atar. I AM SURE this new TV will be an unbelievable upgrade. I did setup the basics functions of this new TV without a manual even though there is an on board guide. I recommend printing a user guide from the web site for more detail. As reminder only print out the language you speak to Save printout paper. I. Am pleases so far with this selection and look forward to utilizing many more of it's numerous features.

So we needed a bigger one, a BETTER one and the ability to stream, along with a high quality soundbar. Buying this TV was worth it, 100%. When streaming shows started to use 4K, the quality and detail was utterly amazing. We watch a LOT of football, and we've loved doing so on this television. It's even a beautiful piece as part of our living room with it being INCREDIBLY thin and stylish.

My only problem so far is no matter how many times i tried i cannot sync my directv box to the magic remote, so i have to use both. I have a cx model and that one sync fine. The brightness and clarity are unmatched. Gaming is unreal. The same video games I played on my old LED tv are made new again. Right out of the box the tv is amazing but I would definitely recommend you tweak the settings to your liking. It may take a little bit to get it dialed in but it is worth it. The OS is not as bad as some other reviewers say. If it is a problem for you then rectify it with a streaming stick/dongle.

She personally owned this TV and was blown away by it. The added bonus was that the rep was also a die hard gaming addict and used the TV for gaming as well as streaming television. Let's say that LG and the Best Buy rep did not disappoint. This is an excellent television and passes all of my picky visual aspects. Colors stand out and blacks are deep blacks. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and it was money very well spent!

Because the two TV's are very similar I just assumed the ARC HDMI was on the side HDMI1 as it was on my old TV. It turns out the ARC HDMI is actually HDMI3 on the back. Because this TV didn't include an actual manual with a diagram of the port layout and functions, it took me a while to figure out where the ARC HDMI was because of where the TV was mounted.

Minor issues: - Some reds flicker. For some reason, some of the reds seem to flicker and move. - Every so often, it turns off by itself. It's happened 3X since we bought it. This TV has absolutely the best off-axis picture quality of any tv on the market. There is no noticeable shift until you are about 70 degrees off axis. The reflection handling is great as well for bright rooms.

I was very concern about the quality of visual display, sound and setup, especially to wireless network when I bought this LG TV. But to my surprise everything went smooth setting up the TV, even registering was quick using a phone. Impressive display colors, which I still didn't have to adjust since turning on TV. Only two things I noticed, 1) sometimes the sound seems go up when changing application like Prime to HBOMAX, but turning volume down was a snap. 2) With the type of TV stand a sound-bar may not fit perfectly in-front of TV, however, this will not be problem for me because it will fit on the shelf below the top of my TV stand. Overall this TV is fantastic in multiple capacity and the sound quality is great so no rush to buy a sound-bar!

I was impressed with what I read on the OLED55C2AUA write up so I ordered it online July 1, 2022. Was easy to unpack following directions plus was able to hook up and install everything. My husband help me carefully lift and insert the tv in place. The 55 in is the largest we can put in the cabinet space. We love it! The colors, lightness & dark contrast is so vibrant and so perfect for everything especially movies and sports. Did I say we love it.

Perhaps a slight difference between LG and the super expensive one. I am surprised at the sound quality with the built in speakers, but I still connected my surround sound system. A word of caution. The LG did not like the HDMI cable I used from my sound system to the sec port. Randomly it would change inputs and I would lose sound even on the internal speakers. On a hunch, I swapped the HDMI cable for new 2.1 and have had zero problems. The old set up worked fine with a different brand tv. Overall I am very satisfied with my choice.

The WebOS interface is nice although a little slow when you compare it to certain popular streaming devices. That said, WebOS is a little slow and the LG App Store doesn’t have a few of the most popular streaming apps available. The magic remote is cool but the voice commands get some getting used to. The scroll wheel is a brilliant idea but many of the apps have limited compatibility with the remotes features. Point to scroll and the scroll wheel for instance don’t cross over smoothly in some apps. All in all though I’m very happy with the TV but still use my streaming stick for many of my daily use. It’s taken my content from mediocre 4K sharpness and color to stunningly beautiful.

It is fairly complex... a lot of settings can be made to tailor it to you taste. We have set the display to Standard mode as the other visual modes don't seem as clear. Maybe we are missing something about those settings - perhaps they need additional adjustments to look nice. We like that the sound bar syncs with the tv and doesn't have to be turned on or operated with a separate remote. The pointer on the remote is tricky to use; it's very sensitive and can easily move to a slightly different location as you are clicking it.

I have to say that this LG B2 65” is the best purchase I have ever made in the entertainment category! The picture is superior in all light situations and it is feature rich for content and even gaming! The sound quality is also respectable! I have a sound bar and I switched back and forth from the LG to the sound bar and found I prefer the LG acoustics over the sound bar. Overall this is an excellent purchase and if you buy one and don’t like it, call me and I will buy it!!

The last time I bought a TV was over 20 years ago and it was one of the first "smart" TVs. It served me well, but it was time for a new one. Of course, all the technology and terminology had drastically changed in the past two decades, but the OLED model was just what I was looking for. Plus, I love LG products (I currently use a LG computer). I love the quality of the picture and the sound. It is easy to navigate between cable and streaming services and the remote makes it very simple to give commands.

Did not accept all - not sure what I signed up for. No cable, no over-the-air channels, no gaming just streaming, haven't use my Blue-Ray yet. Primarily depend on Roku device apps. Eventually figured out how to operate HDMI Roku from the primary remote. All this standing in the way of me saying GREAT TV, GREAT PICTURE, good sound (I'm not an audiophile). No difference in picture quality no matter what angle you view from. Very different experience depending on video source. Truly shameful 100s of free tv looks better than over priced cable content. I do wish oled was a little brighter but it's a worthy sacrifice. 4k hdr/ Dolby vision is stunning. However, I purchased it based on how amazing the picture looked in the store showroom, and I don't feel I have the same experience at home. The picture, while much better than what I had with my old TV, is not as clear/sharp as what I expected based on the in store experience. All in all, I'd say it's mostly good, but I'm mildly disappointed based on the picture quality.

Once I got this set up with my system, the difference was - as an understatement - noticeable. The best way I can describe it is when you're looking at a frame, it looks like a physical tangible picture - one that you would print out from film, as opposed to an image you're seeing from a monitor.

That being said, dolby vision content causes a black flicker randomly. I'm really hoping this is fixable in firmware, there are multiple B2 users reporting this. Replacing for a new TV currently doesn't fix it. If they fix this issue in updates, this review would be 5 stars

It stopped working after two months, simply shut off for no reason while watching a few times and then the final time would not turn back on at all. I have contacted LG for repair and am still without the TV and will be for at least two more weeks. It is now 4/6/23. I am very disappointed. When it did work, the picture was nice and the sound good but if it does not turn on, none of it matters.

I do find the remote slightly annoying. The ball which is equal to “select” button on most TVs is temperamental and thee is a pointer function much like a mouse that it so sensitive I scream from time to time. Over all I’m happy and have no regrets purchasing the TV. One last thing, the lack of a better owners manual is sad.

Tv arrived and my concern was unpacking and placing it on top of my dresser..the old tv I took off was heavy..yes I’m old ..and the thought of doing all this stressed me a bit..BUT ! It couldn’t have been easier..the box was a great design you don’t lift the tv just pick up the well designed box and the outer box comes off revealing the tv ..the rest get even easier attach the base screw in four screws and that’s that..pick it up with help with wife who’s 5/4 120 pounds and on the dresser it went..easy easy..attach your cable plug in and turn it on BINGO.. I felt so proud I did it.NOW there isn’t much of a to do book it’s but all available on line and you tube so read and learn or watch and learn..the magic remote has a learning cove and my problem being ancient the hands have a bit of a shake I personally would of liked the older type but that’s me..the only reason I didn’t give the tv a 5 plus was the remote..I love the color the clarity and sound and couldn’t have been happier I would definitely recommend the lg tv 100%..

There is a YouTube TCM app, but that's not what we're looking for. The other complaint is selection / roller button. By combining these, someone with less-than-precise motor function, such as my husband, accidentally rolls when pressing, so shoots off to some other function instead of selecting what he wanted. The pointer is too sensitive, so we keep having to get it back to click-navigation mode. Maybe we'll get used to this, but we'd rather just turn off that Wii-like pointer.

The build is nice, the remote is fine. The software is OK, although the ads and notifications annoy me. My one hesitation about this TV is the way it handles motion. I understand OLED is prone to stutter, but what I have experienced on and off is more like buffering/ artifacting. I'm not certain what it is, and I've tried a lot of different clarity/motion settings. For the most part the motion is as expected, I just get the occasional sequence where the TV is really chopy and inconsistent. I wonder if this is a challenge on the B2 which would not be present on the C2 with its stronger processor?

For a 77" TV the box was light enough that I was able to drag it up from my basement on Christmas Eve. Unboxing the unit was extremely easy and set up was a breeze with only entering my zip code and picking my cable provider. It also connected to my home wireless WIFI effortlessly. I am extremely happy with this TV's clarity as well as the sound from the built-in speakers. The OLED is more expensive then QLED or any backlit LED TV but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for".

But the remote and the menu are not user-friendly at all. 1. It's annoying to press the main button in the control and activate the pointer. You have to be very cautious not to trigger it. 2. I liked the fireworks screensaver, but as soon as I entered my zip code the fireworks screensaver switched to a clock. I don't like it and there is no option to switch it back. 3. There is no option to set the weather units in Celsius. 4. The home screen is not intuitive at all. I mostly use apps (Netflix, Disney+, etc) and these apps are buried down and occupy a tiny portion of the screen. The user should have more freedom on how to arrange the home screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must-have TV for today After much contemplating, I bought this TV and have it for 2 weeks now. Overall, the TV is fantastic, very feature driven. My earlier TV was an LCD from 2008, so of course a lot has changed since then, but let me summarize some of my experiences for the key pointers that everyone looks for in a TV: 1. Picture quality: Crystal clear and so crisp that I was amazed looking at the skin stubbles clarity in the pictures. The features stand out so well, that you can’t miss it. We watch the Harry Potter movie series every year during the Christmas Holidays and this year around, there was so much clarity in the movies that we observed, which we missed all the previous years around. Truly outstanding. 2. Sound: Pretty decent coming from a TV that has a paper thin screen. I assume the speaker is in the bottom somewhere. Of course, not a home theater sound experience, but decent enough. I had a soundbar from my previous TV, but have not hooked it up to this new TV yet. And we have watched a lot of movies and serials already! 3. Colors and contrast: See point 1. No critical feedback here. The TV is placed in my living room where during the day hours, the sunlight lands indirectly through the Windows and we have no issues watching the screen. During the night we absolutely love the screen. I have my TV in “cinema” mode and that works perfectly well for movies. I don’t know if the TV performs its own upscaling of the pictures to 4K HD, however I am connected via an HDMI to my Roku device and use streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime movies. 4. Weight: I purchased the 77” B2 OLED, so it’s pretty large and requires 2 people to handle. From a weight perspective, it’s pretty manageable and doesn’t weigh a ton, like the older TVs of the day 5. Remote Control: The RC is smart and is able to control my Roku device on its own, which means I don’t need to have a separate RC for the Roku device. The RC also has a built in mouse like button, which provides a mouse like cursor on the screen to move around. This cursor feature is cumbersome in my opinion and a little clumsy for selection on the menu. The RC also lacks a voice control feature, such as the one on my Roku; which would have been nice and a default standard to have on the RCs in today’s age. Overall, I am very happy with this TV and I should have bought this TV earlier! Just wish the remote control would have more features that I would consider standard for today’s day. Probably can look to pair up the TV with another universal remote with those features, but I’ll need to buy that separately. That’s the only reason I have one star less on my overall rating.

The 120hz makes a big difference in gaming and with it paired to my ps5, the games look amazing. I spent a lot of time searching around and ended up with this one with a very good price and everything I was going to need from it. We watch a lot of movies and we love how good they look. The Home Screen is very smooth and doesn’t overwhelm you; making it very clean and simple. We absolutely love this tv and would recommend it

I’m not a gamer and enjoy sports, movies and live TV. It’s important that the WiFi connection is strong as the LAN port only allows for a maximum wired speed of 100 Mbps. I wish LG had provided gigabit lan ports or some way to enhance the wired connection above 100 Mbps. That’s the only issue that I have thus far. The TV images are stunning.

The colors, the black levels, the brightness. They are all perfect for my setup. When watching animated movies like: The book of love or TV shows like: Emily in Paris, I can’t get over how beautiful the contrast is between light and dark areas of the image. It’s 100% eye candy and puts a smile on my face. A lot of reviewers knock it because it’s not as bright as the C2 but to be honest, that’s not even close to what I’ve experienced. Once you get this TV you know what they mean by you get true black .Would be nice to have better speakers in the unit but I run mine through my surround sound system so it really is not an issue for me. The TV I replaced was an LG and it held up for almost 20 years and I have two other LG sets so I am confident that I will get years of use out of this set.

Almost 3D So first off.. i aint never had such a beautifully slim, light weight, an advanced tv like this before.. but ill tell you what.. if your a gamer.. and like to watch movies at home vs the theaters.. you must get this tv! It will ruin your theater experience forever! All i want to do is buy blu ray 4k movies an watch them straight at home. I absolutely love the self oled pixel cleaning care! That was the newest thing for me. It helps prevent screen burn ins. And for me i need that to prolong its longevity. Since it came home i have yet to turn it off other than for pixel cleaning care. Thats literally the only fear that i have with any tv "screen burn ins" and the pixel care handles that perfectly! I will definitely be a returning customer! Qaulity quality qaulity!!!

The software is easy to navigate and the remote makes entering text effortless. My only reservation is with brightness, even though video looks amazing it's a little on the dark side, if it wasn't for the great dynamic range it would be a problem, I can see clearly even the smallest details in the darkest parts of the image.

My previous 60 inch plasma weighed over 100lbs and consumed over 240 watts average. This 77 inch 4k TV is much lighter, slimmer and the power consumption is very low. The brightness is also excellent. This is not the latest C series model but, since it was $700 cheaper and included extended 5 year warranty from Costco's, I cannot complain. My only complaint about this TV is that the built in tuner for conventional over the air transmissions is very poor receiving very few over the air broadcasts in my area. Using the same antenna setup, my old LG TV and other TVs in my house, I can receive far more OTA channels. Also, the sound quality is not that great but that is the case with most slim panel TVs these days. It is best to use an external hi-fi sound system or sound bar. I also wish it had a Bluetooth transmitter built-in which allow me to listen using wireless headphones.

I have hours long youtubes of mountain lakes and streams. Whereas my parents had painted stills--I have what looks like a window into the moutains. Beautiful sceneries where birds fly, insects buzz, water rustles, trees move with the breeze. Clouds pass above mountain tops. Sometimes, I'll play long drives in the mountains or the deserts or seashores. Great vistas open up in my living room. None of this would be possible without LG picture quality. Many Thanks.

At the time, we had a 55" OLED C8 which I loved. So I decided to get her (us!) one for Christmas. The 77" television is amazing. It must upscale the 1080i cable signal, because even that looks great. I do like the older Magic Remote better, but that may change as I use the new one more. I still wish there was FORWARD/REVERSE buttons on it which is why I am leaving the 4 star instead of the 5. The TV gets a 5 ? though!

Also you would think it would have a sleep function but can’t seem to find it. I recommend using a cow please box . The box my oled was in ( original box) the bottom wasn’t attached and was being held together by tape ( again for 1500) tv you expect better.

One feature I didn't know I would get is Clear Voice on the speaker settings. I have a hearing loss and wear hearing aids. Wirh this setting the speech is so easy to understand. To be honest this was not the TV I was looking to buy but my wife convinced me to go with LG she has an older LG TV in her craft room and loves it and a LG vacuum. Anyway I am glad I listened because this TV is incredible, the picture is so clear and it's like the people and animals are in the room with you. It was fairly easy to set up although it was a little scary getting it out the box and onto the stand because it's so thin and not many places to grip. The sound quality is also amazing we have surround sound but haven't even used it since getting this TV. I also want to add it takes my gaming to a whole new level. We both highly recommend it, you won't regret purchasing this one.

It turns out my old Verizon equipment needed updating, and I got a new router, plugged it in, and the ethernet is working perfectly, There is a vast array of programming options, and the picture quality is intense! The room also has lots of windows and can go from very bright to dark. ITS screens didn’t Handel the brightness as well as the LG OLED which checks all the boxes unique to our situation. LG support was somewhat of a pain because every time I would start a chat with mandatory information (name/phone number) no one knew my name or issue I was returning for, which seems to mean they don't save notes and having to explain the situation over and over became a challenge. Because the tv is still under warranty, they eventually were able to understand it wasn't about resetting/unplugging things but a bigger issue. Once the tv was repaired, it has worked well with quality picture.

And even has great brightness in a bright room. If there is a minus, it's the U.I, I'm not a fan of it it can be laggy, I wish they would integrate Google tv, then it would the best tv in the world!

We were replacing a 65” LGOLED from three years ago because we wanted the larger screen. Set up was simple to follow onscreen instructions and only required minimal connections to our sound system ! All previous info immediately transferred from our old connections and made setup so easy! Picture quality was stellar from the beginning! I would highly recommend this LG model to those who inquire!

The picture and sound quality are outstanding (but I use a soundbar, anyway, because it has a subwoofer which strengthens the bass sounds). The OLED technology is something to see. We chose this TV in the Best Buy showroom mostly because of its excellent picture. The remote control is one of the most fun and practical I’ve ever used on a TV or any device. There is a button that brings up a mouse pointer on the screen which moves around as you wave the remote around and point it at whatever you want on the screen. No more having to repeatedly push the left/right or up/down buttons to move around in menus, of which there can be many. Rather, you move the mouse pointer right to what you want and press the button on the remove, just like you would with a mouse on a computer screen. Who cares about the picture, right? I would buy this TV just for this feature of the remote control! Like many TVs, this is a “smart” one, which means it connectcs to the internet, and it comes with many streaming services already loaded, and you can add more. We already have two other streaming devices that we use, but the techs who installed this TV recommended that we use the apps that are already on the TV because then you can get the better quality picture (4K, if offered by your streaming service) and sound (Dolby Atmos, again, if offered by your streaming service). The techs did a demonstration of these features as part of the installation, and I was impressed to say the least. After the nifty remote, these picture and sound quality abilities are another reason to buy this TV. We have this TV mounted above the fireplace, where it fits perfectly. We have had this TV for about three weeks now, and I look forward to many years of never leaving the living room!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice TV, but Dolby Vision is broken. Bad updates. I bought this TV a month ago, and it's performed great, except for the Dolby Vision issue. Whenever I start a game on the Xbox that has Dolby Vision, then exit the game to the home menu (SDR), then start another game with Dolby Vision, the TV corrupts the picture by making it very washed out and tinted red and green. I have verified that this is a TV issue and not an Xbox issue since the Xbox is outputting picture properly to another TV when the issue occurs. The only way I could get the TV working again was a power cycle. However, the latest TV update now broke the power off sequence and the TV is always going into standby mode instead of powering off completely, thus not resetting the Dolby Vision issue. I now have to unplug the TV. LG really needs to fix Dolby Vision and add a reboot feature into the TV settings. For this TV price, all this should be working.

It is very thin as well. Yes, I would buy it again and recommend it as well. I am not big on recommending to others since we all have different tastes but this TV I would. Good job LG!

So to set my baseline, I'm a individual that understands tech, but I don't into the weeds about electronics, I base my decision by entertainment value, ease of use, bang for buck in value and my overall decision in my purchase. The TV visual is gorgeous, both in regular TV and movies, with so many options and settings that I doubt I will ever get to explore them all, the smart side is easy to use and their is a lot of content online and on youtube to assist you if your looking for something specific. The video game side is the same, incredible graphics and visually stimulating. Sports games are the same, incredible to watch on the screen. The basic sound package in the unit is good for what you need in a daily use, if your looking for more dynamic options, I recommend you purchase a sound system to upgrade your overall entertainment. I use the TV daily for everyday news and programing and to this date I've not had any issues. The price is fair for this type of tech to give you the entertainment you want. Every person that has visited me in the last four months has commented on my TV and now we watch a majority of our sports games at my house now. This TV will fulfill your needs for a couple years down the road and is well worth the price, enjoy!!!

It goes (turns) off while we are watching at different times of the day. Just sitting there while watching and it goes off. Maybe better luck with the replacement!!

When I first got it the picture was not great but after a couple of updates it has gotten much better . It still doesn't have the life like depth I would like but perhaps if there are more over the air tweaking it will improve.

The only complaint I have is that when tv is off or the pic is black, I see a little wavy towards bottom of panel on tv. It annoys me a lot. And also when I turn tv on it doesn’t go to satellite tv. I always have to use tv remote to go to right hdmi input. Maybe I’m doing something wrong?

The colors are vivid and the new OLED technology can turn off individual diodes which makes life-like dark blacks. The only downside is that when the screen goes black in a dark room, you cannot be eating spaghetti; otherwise, you risk dropping a meatball on your lap because you cannot see.

Decided to go with the 55" B2 model after reading reviews. The difference in the B and C series wasn't that great base on price levels. Will be looking to up grade my main TV in basement. My be looking at C series in 65" or 77".

I was put off with 1) the number of legal acceptances they wanted upon initial install, 2) the (I'll call it) "point-n-click" cursor that sometimes appears on the screen...it seems to cause more miss selections than ease-of-use, 3) as a longtime Roku user, I'd be just as happy to select from Roku stacked menu rather than LG bottom of main screen horizontal menu...and not all Roku channels seem to be available on the LG app menu. The LG remote can work with the Roku stacked menu but often needs to be re-initalized. Despite all this, my wife says "I love our TV".

I set this television up originaly to display my directv on startup. After a week it has now decided on it's own to NOT display my startup page correctly. I'm not able to find the correct setting it displayed originally. Now I can do every action on my directv remote except at startup, requiring a two remote operation. I would use the LG remote but the functions are not clear on it either. Frustrating

We’ve had low end competitor TVs in the past that we’re slow, clunky and the picture quality was so so. This TV is a huge step up and we’re thrilled with it. The ultra thin screen is also nice so it doesn’t look massive next to the wall. The sound is better than most, but still needs a separate speaker to hear dialogue well without overpowering everything else.

The picture on this is great, but so would anything over my 14 year old TV. I can't seem to figure out how to add apps to the home screen but at least have my Roku and everything is there that I need. I spent a lot of money and can't figure out how to use most functions.
