LG OLED65G2PUA G2 Series - 65" Class (64.5" viewable) OLED TV - OLED evo Ga is rated 3.30 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG replaced dead OLED with WARPED & RIPPLED screen Nice picture but LG will replace your very expensive TV screen with pure garbabe when it breaks. I bought this 11 months ago. The OLED died at 11 months. LG warranty replaced with a new OLED screen that has a horrible ripple in the screen making the replacement glass distorted. It looks like a fun house mirror. I was told this is "normal" while it absolutely did not exist on the model I purchased new for ~$2,000. I will be pursuing further action. I would love to include an image of the replacement screen they feel is acceptable, but it will not let me add the images, wonder why?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good TV But needs quality Control The Product is good I almost love it exept on the first panel it had dead pixels in less then a year use, and a pink tint on the screen and then I had the panel replaced 3 time and still have the panel with pink tint and this time the motherboard is going out, so their has just been a bunch of isses with this tv, when it works it can be great the colors are great around the pink its an oled, but to be honest LG should have th best OLED panels sinve they been around for the longest time. I hope this last panel I get is the one so I can keep it long term.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG Support is a Complete Mess On my second G2 after vertical lines appeared on my first. Crutchfield promptly replaced due to being within the first 60 days. Unfortunately, a stuck pixel now exists and LG support has been absolutely abyssmal. I am now on my third CN (Case Number) and only one of them are actually showing in my LG Profile. The whole LG profile infrastructure is a mess. The app doesn't align with the web and every method of contacting LG support requires completely separate verification of issue even when CN is provided.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love our new OLED G2! Just upgraded from a 2017 OLED C series to a 2022 OLED G series we bought on closeout. The picture is brighter than the older model and it has many new features such as ability to reduce the intensity of fixed news channel banners to avoid burn-in (which happened with our 2017). In addition, the sound and picture are gorgeous and we love the way the G2 mounts right up next to the wall for the "gallery" look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dumb Smart TV I think the picture and sound is excellent, but the “smart” features are annoying, for example if I am in conversation around the tv, sometimes it turns on and starts listening and responding as if we are voice controlling it, but we aren’t! The other super annoying feature is the auto screensaver, I want to be able to use the Spotify app without the screensaver turning on. Sometimes I like to keep it on for the lyrics to play on the screen, but the screensaver starts after like 2 minutes! And there’s no way to turn it off. I really don’t need the AI features, in fact I wish there were ways to turn all that stuff off, but I guess I need to get used to all my technology products listening and probably recording everything we say… I just want a regular tv with the updated color/sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Black lines Had this tv for less than one year and all of a sudden I got a black line running vertically down the screen. I called LG customer service which told me they would replace the screen and I would have to pay for labor. They sent me 3 techs and 2 were outside of my state and the third was impossible to work with because he was the meanest person I ever met in my life. Finally after struggling for so long with LG I gave up. Now after 1 1/2 years the tv is finally fully dead. I spent over $3,000 for a tv for 1 1/2 years. Way to go LG

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture terrible customer service Purchased on a deal as it was end of model year, unfortunately the tv I received came with a defective. It would randomly switch units and not output sound from e-arc. Called lg customer service went through 45 minutes of trouble shooting, then scheduled a service repair. The repair partner did not show up, so they tried to reassign a new one. They could not find a different provider in my area so they said the only thing they could do was pick up my TV and I would have to buy one from there site. They do not have this model anymore so to get a comparable size oled it would cost me an additional $2,000 add the new model is much more expensive. They said that it the only thing yet can do. So after 3 weeks of dealing with there customer service ( I only owned the tv 3 days before i called them) they did nothing but two me they have no one to repair tvs and if I want a comparable tv I'll have to pay l.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not so hot, costs a lot ! I have had my TV for 8 mo.'s and am not very happy with it. When it works it has a very good picture but the sound is below par. I have also had to call for service several times and they never were able to fix it, just saying that I would have to just live with it. This is with a "Best Buy" membership and a purchased extended warrantee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the hassles! Pros: OLED77G2PUA was well-boxed and secured, and no missing pixels when first turned on. Very high-resolution picture using antenna, true black color is excellent. Sporting events and 4K movies look superb on this set, no fracturing or blending of pixels from what I can tell, the set keeps up with the video feed. Good audio without use of sound bar or surround-sound system if you don't have one. Excellent upscaling of video signal when not true 4K input. Wall-mount kit is flush mount and scissors-type, which allows me to pull the TV away from the wall about 6-8" for cable changes if needed. Definitely do a software update when you first turn it on, it helped eliminate a lot of the common bugs that were posted by other users Cons: Don't like the streaming app services offered with this set, they all have targeting commercials and popups. I decided to turn it all off, use local audio-video inputs only, and have my PC input streaming apps to the set. Still trying to figure out how to scroll through antenna channels one at a time using the scroll wheel on the remote, it tends to highlight and select only the top-level digital channels (7-1, 12-1, etc.). Don't like the wand/pointer functions, trying to figure out how to turn that stuff off. I may switch to a a universal remote that I can program to my tastes. The set is thin and trim, no doubt, but man, it is heavy. You definitely need another person to help you attach it to the wall-mount and you better make sure that the mount is well-secured to the wall. I was lucky, my basement media room wall is finished on one side only, I was able to put in some cross-braces between the studs on the other side for a full-on stud-fastening of the wall-mount. All is forgiven, though, when you turn on the set, catch a live NFL game or Top Gun: Maverick with the surround-sound system on, and the wife gives you two thumbs-up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture quality We love our new TV. The clarity and color of the picture are amazing, especially when you watch you tube that was filmed in 4k UHD. But we were not surprised by the quality because this set replaced a 65 inch LG OLED curved screen that was still working,We love the LG oled tv so much we also own a 55 in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features, and that it OLED its bright enough I bought it from Best Buy and I came like the same day. I love how it’s great as soon as you open the box with easy instructions to install, and easiest setup I’ve ever had on a tv!
