Excellent UST Projector - worth every penny!
The picture quality is excellent, and am pleasantly surprised with the built-in speakers. The "smart" features from the apps to the settings, are very easy to use. The reason for the 5th star is the screen alignment is perfect, and we moved it several times - so simple to get exactly right! And for a UST that is saying a great deal. Again, it's worth the price

Great system. Be aware of sync issues with ATMOS
Purchased it on April 2021 and still working amazing. Fantastic image.,
Be aware that you definitely need a short throw capable screen. Projecting on a wall will yield terrible results. Also, depending on your sound setup if you want to have ATMOS, most likely you will have to purchase a UHD/HDR /Splitter like the 4K VERTEX2. This is because this projector doesn't have an Atmos capable HDMI, and therefore you can't bring the signal first to the projector and then route the sound out to your sound. If you attempt to go FIRST to your sound system and then to your projector you will end up with SYNC issues. TO avoid this, you will need to send the signal first to a splitter that can send picture and sound out and in sync to projector and sound system. If you only want 5.1 you will be fine with the HDMI out provided. These splitters are costly.

Great at first, 1 yr and 3 months later :(
It is a great 4K laser project on it's face value. It was not the cheapest option when I bought it but it has some really nice options.
Unfortunately, just barely after the warrantee expired, pixels started dying off. First one, a month later another, another month another dead pixel. These are very bright-white spots that glow like bright stars on any darker screen images. Impossible to mentally tune out especially considering the price tag on this thing.
I've looked at the repair cost, and I can buy another laser projector brand new at the cost of these repairs. I'm really disappointed in LG quality. This isn't the first LG problem I've been through. I'd thought I'd have learned my lesson by now

Great projector
I think overall this is one of the best projector, great picture quality, very good brightness. Perfect for family movie night at home. I’m reason not giving it a five star as software is buggy 9 out of 10 times complaints cannot connect to log store or update application.

Stunning Images
This projector produces amazing images right out of the box. Yes, it does require some effort to get it aligned properly to the screen, but it's an extremely high resolution, digital laser projector with an incredibly short throw, so that's to be expected. Other comments I've seen regarding focus issues at the edges of larger screens is not due to the projector, it simply requires that the screen be completely flat, also to be expected of a high performance laser like this one. The speakers are a bit weak, but I don't know anyone buying a high-end projector like this who isn't going to pair it with a comparable audio system ... all in all an absolutely amazing projector - buy it, you won't be sorry!

Great only for 5 months, disappointed :-(
I bought this on December 10.2022, after 5 months, I started seeing white dots on the display, also partial display when the device turned on, send for repair on 06/23/2023, I am not getting any updates on the status of repair, I am disappointed for two reasons, 1. No updates from service department., 2. Such a high priced Item a definite not a candidate for repair, was expecting a replace. Waiting to see..

Plays games and movie flawlessly
I purchased this right before Christmas and have no regrets! The ability to play games with instant response and watch movies on a 120 inch screen is amazing and fun!

Love the projector. Awesome picture. Unfortunately it needs to go to the repair shop already. Hopefully it will be just as awesome when we get it back repaired.

My first projector and I love it.
Been using my unit for a couple weeks. In other reviews, people talked of fan noise. I only faintly hear it very faintly before sound starts. Some things that would have been helpful before I purchased it would have been some specs as to minimum heights above the projector to the bottom of the screen. I'm missing a couple inches of picture at the bottom of my screen which is as high as I can mount it.
Overall, I'm very happy
