Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, awesome picture, great smart features. I have had the TV for about 3 weeks and I could not be happier. Amazing picture and the smart features are awesome. TV gets very bright and is good with lots of light during the day and also amazing in a dark room. Amazing HDR and Dolby picture and standard picture is great as well. I use the expert dark room setting for standard and have tweaked the settings per info I found on line. I use the Sport mode for sports but I have toned down the settings, kind of a compromise between my expert dark room and the factory Sport settings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent I bought this by recommendation of sales person. It is decent but I bought a 240HZ tv over 12 years ago that has a clearer picture but this LG is better in other areas. Close up views are okay but everything else pretty much blurry.

Considered the OLED but ultimately chose the QNED for a bit of saving and nearly equivalent performance for my old eyes. Once I went through some of the picture setups I’m very pleased with my purchase and would recommend. I also love the smart features and performance of the streaming services as I was using a gaming system with my older non-smart TV. Definitely an upgrade.

We finally sprung for the 85” mini-led and our family movie nights have just transcended to the next level! We mounted it- and now have to find the right console to go under. A little annoying that the LG platform doesn’t have an app for Fox News.

I have tried to find how to change it but the fix on your site tells me to go to sound than AV settings but I can't find it so that I can change the delay with either the sound or video.

I spent quite a bit of time watching different viewing sources DVDs streaming PlayStation, and I can tell you that it is quite an amazing picture. Immediately out of the box I said it to the cinema mode and was very pleased with the black levels and then I took it to the next level and began the calibration process. This TV will allow you to have a calibration level set for each input.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV hasn't worked since i received it Took it out of the box and got only a blue screen. LG sent a repait tech. Replaced board and still nothing. Next step is for them to take to shop and do major overhaul. Not thrilled to have a refurbished tv. Hope it works out.

As such the QNED 85's brightness and wide viewing angle were what sold me on it. While it is bright, the blacks are inky good too. I have found Web OS and the Magic Remote to be easy to use as well.

We love that no matter your position on the couch, you have a clear and huge shot of the tv. Our family loves it and couldn't be happier.

Lots of options in picture settings so a little over whelming getting it dialed in but it looks great once you do. For watching movies Filmmaker mode is great. Blacks are really good….perhaps not oled level but close. If you’re looking for a mini led you can’t beat it in this price range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 4.5 stars Great top of the midlevel TVs out there. Bought this TV on a Black Friday deal and I'm very pleased with it. Definitely the best bang for the money. I was debating between this 75" and a 65" OLED for similar price and I decided on this because the 75" display is just awesome. We watch a lot of streaming movies, shows, and tons of animated (kids) shows. The clarity and color is phenomenal. It does take a little while to get the setting just right for your room, but it's worth it. I've got all my setting setup to watch super smooth sports, super detailed animation, and eye pleasing shows. Plus the Dolby atmos and vision are unmatched and you don't have to worry about the setting. For most movies we set it on Filmmaker mode. The only thing it's lacking is a more expansive app store.

The best thing about this set is how clear and sharp the image is. I had it hung on the wall and it’s a heavy tv weight is 198 lbs. What lead to my decision to buy this LG TV was because last year I purchased the LG QLED 49”. I was so impressed with the image and the features of the gallery art app. I knew right than and there I was sold.! I told myself if and when I upgraded to a big screen the LG ThinQ would be my choice,and brother am so pleased that I made that choice!

The picture is a great improvement over the older tv. The new functionality makes the tv much easier to use. I almost stuck with the 55" as it was plenty. I had a 75" previously and really didn't see the difference. Picture and audio quality is excellent. Set up is very easy.

There is no instruction book to refer to answer questions everything is online. I am a senior woman that has not kept up with technology so until I have had it for a time, I may be able to figure it out.

The 55 screen is so realistic and a 3 D like look when viewing. The price was exceptional as was the remote it came with . Enjoying it tremendously and glad I purchased an LG brand as is my other appliances.

I love being able to see numerous FREE programs on "You Tube"and the other FREE Cable Networks that are listed on my new LG television. Regular network television programs have not done it for me .... including what was offered by my cable company subscription plan .... I was really ready to drop my cable TV subscription completely and only just keep WIFI for my computer .... why? ... because there was only one program on cable TV that I watched!!! But this new LG television is the answer to my dreams!! I can watch programs of "MY CHOICE and LIKING" ... and not be stuck with boring programs offered by network TV and my cable company ... and I can watch them for FREE!!! It is so refreshing!!!

The remote takes a little to get used to and then you start loving the smart remote. The screen is well made if you touch it those wavy white lines do not appear like on other brands.

We wondered if we would need a geek to come in for tv setup with the accessory/speak hookups, but the process was pretty simple. The only complaint I have is having to scroll through the many model numbers for this review…..just let the reviewer type in their own number to save time (I never could find my model number and just picked one of the right size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent TV Bought this to replace a LG 48” tv that had quit working. So far, it seems to be a good tv. There are a couple things that I don’t understand about it. One of those things would be why when I go to select an input, it always turns on the ps5 on input 4 when I’m choosing output 1,2, or 3. Anytime I turn on my tv to watch tv I have to select input 4 and shut off the ps5. It’s getting to be a bit annoying. Picture looks good. Movies play well. Wife loves it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have owned LG Flagship levels from the beginning I bought it days ago to go with the other QNED 90 series I bought just before this one a few months back. I bought them as I put my other three Nano 90 in other rooms ( tech and gaming is my only hobby overall ). I can say there is a difference and LG is a great provider. I have usually been happy even back to my 120hz 1080p ( now 4K and 8K ). I will update this once it passes the minimum few months I need to make sure it holds up as I do with any equipment. I always here about other brands and I’m sure they are great too, LG just has something different and it makes the difference; it’s an experience one needs to see and hear. I also always purchase the LG Dolby Atmos soundbar/subwoofer packages with them, every time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Tv It so much better than that other major Korean tv manufacturer.The colors are more accurate.I like the fact it does 120hz at 4k with brightness adjustments based on the light in your room.It does Dolby vision along with hdr 10.Everything looks more detailed and alive.The back of the tv is aluminum which feels more sturdy than plastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good features but you're rolling the dice... I was excited to venture into miniLED TV's. I needed to replace my OLED from 2017 due to burn in issues. This was a good price and I had credit with Best Buy. The credit essentially allowed me to add their 5-year warranty and I am glad I did. Out of the box there was non-uniform backlighting issues. With FALD (which is a feature of this TV with high dimming zones and miniLED tech) set to low, there is bad blooming and a difference in quality when viewing from the left versus right angle. Most of the backlight bleed and issues are noticeable at start up but then when a full picture is displayed you won't notice it. The color and contrast are great. Brightness is great as well though it's never a concern where my TV resides. Depending on the movie content source sometime even a letter-boxed movie will show blooming just above the border into the black bars, depending on how bright the scene is right above that spot. Because of how difficult it was to mount the TV and how long I had to wait for delivery I am not planning on returning it or getting a replacement at least for another year. Essentially with any LCD, even brand new ones, it's a lottery and you can get one with zero issues or get one that has seemingly a lot like mine. Buy the retailer's extended plans because in 2-3 years the miniLED tech or even microLED panels will be much improved. So I'm essentially just waiting for the next few generations and then I'll get it replaced through Best Buy.

While it is a good tv, I have buyers remorse. Should've gone with the OLED tv as the blooming effect drives me insane. Maybe I received a defective unit, but anytime the TV is used for dark scenes you see the bloom. I even went into the settings to put local dimming up to high to stop this from happening, but that helps very little. If you're looking for an okay tv, get this one, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I can view a black & white movie made in the 50’s and due to the television’s AI the movie is focused perfectly. The movie makes me believe that I’m watching a new release. My LG 4K tv really shines when I watch a 4K movie streamed to the tv by one of my streaming services like Netflix or Prime Video. When the tv receives a 4K signal the tv’s picture quality is the finest that I’ve seen even tv’s on display at the electronics stores. I will enjoy this LG 4K tv for years

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good 2 weeks in. Two weeks of use, ti's nice. Good brightness and the picture quality is outstanding. Smart features are, eh, I mean they're good but the interface needs some work, it likes to insist upon itself. The sound is a LOT better than I thought it would be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oled Alternative I am amateur 4k HD snob.Replaced 60" LG sj8000.65" is perfect size for my room.The picture for cable tv and streaming is perfect on standard setting.I have tried movies on directors setting and seems a little dark to me.I do not have all the picture settings fine tuned yet.,but have tried all the presets and still testing..The sound is much better than my old LG.My favorite picture settings are standard,daytime,and dark room .Rtings is currently testing this tv and will post calibration setting when completed.Stay Tuned!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent picture, smart tv, sound could be better I have had this for 3 weeks, The TV is much smarter than my old TV. I can use a phone app to control it. It communicates with my Xbox so when I adjust volume on Xbox it controls the TV. If I use TV remote it can control Xbox. Picture quality with a few setting changes is top notch. Sound is great with built in Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. But back panel of TV rattles a little with loud bass parts. Even though my TV is mounted I installed the feet stand so that it locks the back panel down tighter. But overall TV is so much better than my old 55inch TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic TV for the Price My family purchased this TV in November 2022. We had spent a month researching brands and television technology. We purchased the QNED TV due to its fantastic picture but cheaper price compared to an OLED set. The television is in a bright room with lots of windows and the picture is outstanding. Easy setup and configuration as well.
