Good tv
Bought this a few weeks ago and it has served me well for what I got it for. I like how the image is sharp and colors are good but one complaint is sometimes the os gets laggy but its nothing major, usually only happens when first powering on.

Awful customer service/shipping
Do not recommend buying a tv online. If it arrives a day later than expected, and you are on your way out the door for an extended vacation, if the screen was cracked in shipment, LG will not exchange it or refund your money, and you are out nearly $400. I tried to keep all of my new appliance purchases as LG, but I will avoid the brand now.

A Wonderful TV
This TV is great! My wife loves it, I bought for our bedroom the picture is magnificent. The TV is easy to use, great colors. For the price I paid for it I might be buying another one or a little larger one. LOL

Lousy customer service!
Product is ok but very poor customer service. I tried to schedule a FREE tv stand set up and they gave you the
run around after exasperating phone calls! All empty promises.
I would never buy from them again.
