I sent the laptop in to get repaired and its almost been 2 months and they still cant even tell me when it's going to be ready. I spent a lot of money on this laptop and I cant even use it. Not worth the trouble if there's an issue with yours.

At my office we use Dell - so I was a little hesitant but my buddy liked his and recommended it. Checked out some online reviews and decided to buy on for my wife. I ordered the week before Christmas - and received next day (Yes next day) - I ordered the Gold model with a 1 terabyte drive. The box it comes in reminds me of a Apple product - top notch packaging. All I can say - this is a really nice product. I then purchased the Dell 2-1 (through my office) for myself a couple weeks later - and wished I purchased another Lenovo - the jury is still out but I still might switch it out.

Rated 5 out of 5 bydcrisp from pretty goodI've had it for about a month, and I like it a lot. The 4K screen is unnecessary and beautiful, I love it. The keyboard is fine, I got used to it pretty quick, though there were a few keys that were a bit defective (don't have the same action as the others, but they work fine otherwise). My biggest issue is that the up/down arrows are half the size of a normal key, and this throws me off more than anything.. it's the only key I have to look down at when typing/coding. The battery life is great, but not quite what you hear about in reviews. I'd say roughly 5-7 hours, though I haven't really timed it. The aluminum can smudge a bit, but it doesn't bother me much. I'm not quite sure I've gotten used to writing on the touch screen, but I think its pressure sensitivity is really neat. If your reading this, the 13'' Amazon Basics felt computer sleeve is only about $12 and fits very well. Overall very pleased! Would make the same decision if I had to do it over again. Rated 5 out of 5 byScreentime from Overall Nice.Lightweight and the Display is very nice. Needs at least one more USB and an SD card slot. Edges of the laptop need to be beveled or rounded. They are too sharp and uncomfortable on the heel of the hands when typing.
