Sometimes I have some problem in conversation with people who calls me via GSM network while I'm on call in Skype. This calls go to mobile phone speakers instead of headset. Maybe this problem should be addressed to Google with their Android OS, but this is my overall experience using Jabra headset with Google Nexus mobile phone. Anyway, thank you for this good product. It's really worth money I paid for it.

As you can imagine it could be easy to lay this down and forget where you put it but the Jabra App helps you locate the last place you were on google maps when you turned it off, I use this daily at work for Voice over IP, Streaming audio and talking on my iPhone it switches back and forth seamlessly.

Not acceptable as this causes me to ask my participants on a business call to hold on while I sort out my bluetooth headset issues all the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null After using it for a week, I could hear incoming calls but persons Im calling cannot hear me. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times but the problem is still there. Btw, Im using it on an iPhone 6 and a Samsung Note 5 with the same result.

Connecting it to a computer and using it for a soft phone has a down side as well. It gets interference and a lot of static is produced when being used.

The problem I have found is when the S6 is out of range or off, the iPhone connection to Bluetooth becomes intermittent and switches between phone and headset for a while. Also, the audio gets warbly and difficult to hear the other person at times even when the phone and earpiece are next to each other.

Bought it in Dublin Airport Dixons as was going abroad to drive back. Never heard of this make before but it looked compact and stylish and the only other option cost €20 and didn't impress me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Excellent quality of sound.. Only 2 things need to be addressed 1. The earplugs should fit more securely without the ring when inserted in the ear and 2. The voice does not announce the name of the caller only the number which cannot be identified but us since we doe not memorize the numbers. It does announce the name but when switched off and on again do not know how to adjust back to the announcement mode.

Finally the recharging circuit works so well I can go all day without having to recharge and I'm in sales making calls on it all day long.

B)call volume adjust on phone and have good quality. C)nice cancelling work fine except some situation like ,very strong wind And hands-free have one minus IMHO: system volume is very low, VERY low. Jabra - can you increase system volume in 30-40% or add any button combination for this?

Music sounds great in device. Only issue i have is 5 minutes into a call . The incoming voice has static sometimes and it last consistently for 2 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Luv this earbud. Long charge life and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Quality of incoming and outgoing audio is Fantastic! I recently loaded Java Assist app, which reads out my incoming texts. Downside is the app seems to complicate connection and using the earbud periodically. I may just remove the app from smartphone.

New software realky needed for this to be more user friendly. Otherwise very clear voice and very good filtration of backgrounf noise. Battery life is amazing.

It is very difficult to hear the prompts especially in a noisy locations. I would recommend this device to my friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Connects via Bluetooth very fast every time with my iPhone 7Plus. The earpieces allow a adequate fit to my ear allowing me to hear fairly well. The microphone provides adequate pickup of my voice for people on other side to hear me well with noise cancellation working well to filter extraneous noise out. I am pleased with its performance!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I like the size and clear sound. The voice commands work great with my iPhone 6. The one earbud didn't fit well and had to order additional assessories. Waiting on arrival. The plastic ear hook is not adjustable so the unit sits far off my cheek and not seated in my ear when I tried to use it.

The only yet biggest issue I have had is that there are random times of static while talking. The static sounds like radio or electrical interference. Always possible from the Chrysler or Honda yet I haven't ever had this issue with any other Bluetooth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Works well and pretty comfortable, however. Sound is almost crystal clear. Will disconnect from the phone for no reason every hour or so. If I'm on a call for more than 20 minutes it will get a lot of static for a minute or so. Charge port is in a ridiculous spot, with a ridiculous cover.

Voice commands was good surprise but I didn't choose because of them. NFC feature works difficult. It is not easy to find NFC zone of phone.

There are currently no other BT devices in my neighbourhood. Also with the ear pads I have some trouble to find the right fitting one. Overall it works good and I am satisfied with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null The sound quality/audio as far as me hearing the caller is okay. As far as the other caller hearing me they keep saying they can't hear me and I have to disconnect the Bluetooth which is defeating the purpose. There's no volume control on the Bluetooth itself.

It feels a bit delicate compared to the extreme 2 I was using earlier. Some times, even if it is connected to the phone I have to select bluetooth instead of the default phone speaker while making or receiving a call.

Love the voice activation feature for answering calls and reading texts. Music sounds awesome. People say I sound clearer. I've had several bluetooths over the years and this is by far the best.

The charge lasts for days. I only wish it had a volume control other than the automatic built-in volume control, but even that hasn't been much of an irritant. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Adequate for me in 90% of life's circumstances. Volume control only through the phone. None on the ear piece.

I find them comfortable to wear and the sound quality is more than good enough. The only thing i struggle with is knowing how much battery life i have left which sometimes leads to dead batteries on longer runs.

Sometimes, there is click sound when speak on the Skype. But it was ignorable.

I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a manual but wasn't helpful. So I'm stuck with not one but 2 Jabra that I purchased, one for my phone and another for my car. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE JABRA ANYTHING
