Rated 5 out of 5 byDaniel O from nullConnectivity and sounds quality is great. However, cheap materials and build quality are terrible. I had two headsets fall apart within 3 years. Not to mention that in both instances, I also had the software upgrade freeze my base to the point I was no longer able to use it. For the price, I expected a better product.

Otherwise, after a small set back getting my dinosaur of a phone hooked up correctly so I can answer while away from my desk.... everything is great! I love having the freedom to move around the office! I think the instructions need to have some sort of simple instruction to go along with the pictures. There also needs to be secondary instructions for if you're using the lifter. The connection is different and I had to call support to find that out!

Each time the iPhone get a notification the connection with a different device get interrupted and than re-connect. This is very disturbing so I disconnect the iPhone. The battery of the headset seem to charge forever and send a low battery message after a few minutes of use. I switched back to my old system until this new system work sufficient.
