That said enough for me but, it got better. HP provided 3 different cable connections to have any one I might need. The big box retailer did not include any and would be an additional purchase. My monitor was ordered on Tuesday and delivered on Friday and I live in the sticks.

I bought this monitor for approximately $75 from C-D-W Then the same day it shipped to me, I found that I could get it for $60 from HP's website. I immediately contacted their customer service to see if they did a price match and got NO ANSWER... none. NOTHING..I should have sent it back and ordered it from HP, but it was too much of a hassle. So, I will do right by giving the actual product a 5-star rating. It easily hooked up to my computer and turned right on. I did not have to adjust anything. It was replacing an old "bubble-butt" monitor from 2004. I am very pleased with the monitor. I just wish I had waited and ordered it from HP, instead of C-D-W So, folks, do your research before ordering it from C-D-W

The only thing I could want is that the screen doesn't dim as much as my laptop. But I guess that would have cost more, and I didn't think to look for that feature. I needed something quickly to do homework during the pandemic lockdown, and the product arrived before I expected.
