Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI love to use my photos to make personalized greeting cards for friends and family. Using the soft-gloss paper gives my photos a more artistic look and the cards are much nicer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Batch?I recently purchased this paper at a local store and was not pleased with the print quality at all. I have been using this paper for many years with great results and was very surprised by the poor quality. The prints were fuzzy and black areas printed more grey than black. I was hoping that there was possibly a poor batch made or the wrong grade of paper was packaged in the Premium boxes?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will not work in 2 of my HP printersLast winter when HP went to a different size 4 x 6 photo paper than the one they used to have I have not been able to use the photo paper in either the HP 1510 or the HP C4680. The 4x6 used to measure 4 x 6 3/8 and now it is just enough smaller that it will not feed in the printer without jamming. I have tried several settings and doesn't matter.I have had Staples order me some and also from the HP factory and nothing works. I am disappointed that I cannot print a photo with the 4 x 6 photo paper no matter which kind it is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor print qualityI've been using premium plus soft-gloss paper (white box) for years, with fantastic results. The latest batch I was shipped (black box) gives washed out, fuzzy prints. HP - please bring back the quality! Certainly do not recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This photo paper is the best!!I take and print a lot of pictures at home! This soft gloss (formally considered to be Matte) photo paper is amazing!! This paper enhances the look of my photos. If I print a picture I want to frame the soft gloss finish does not stick to the glass like shiny glossy pictures do. I LOVE this product and the only place I can find it is through HP on line. Please NEVER discontinue this soft gloss photo paper!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New and Improved Premium PlusI HATE the new and improved Premium Plus Paper. I know if you have a photo printer purchased before 2011 there are special settings to use. I do not find the new settings any better. I have a HP Photosmart 8250 which is probably 6 or 7 years old. A dinosaur, I know, but still works great. That is until the new paper came out. Now, unless I find a photo paper that will print nice and crisp again, my HP 8250 will probably be junk. Before the new paper, my photos were beautiful. I just sat down and cried when I realized what was going on. If I do have to get a new printer, probably won't be a HP. That makes me sad because I have always been a HP purchaser. So bummed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First TimeThis was the first time I used HP Premium Plus Photo Paper, soft gloss. I was impressed with the results. If you want a change from the glossy pictures, this is a pleasant change. Plus the pics don't stick to glass.I would reccommend this to a friend.
