Rated 5 out of 5 by from Less than desiredThis is very difficult unit to set up and keep settings. Took several calls to HP and long hours with our IT consultant. The scanner keep losing the pathway to my computer. Colro printing is too dark. have tried to adjust settings but still to dark.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We are extremely disappointed with this printer. This product is touted as an "enterprise printer." Therefore, we expected easy and seemless wifi connection along with reliable performance. We got neither. The wifi connectivity is HP homebrew (it's also an add-on that costs addition $$), meaning that you cannot simply wifi connect as you would with printer that costs 1/10th as much. To connect, you must tap into HP's own wifi solution. Ridiculous and impractical. The printer often reboots itself; worse, it can take as much as five minutes to reboot! On the positive side, printing is fast, but that benefit does not outweigh all of the negatives, not to mention and extremely high price. Very disappointed with this product and with HP for offering such a flawed product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Throughly dissappointedPrint quality is absolutely terrible even with adjusted settings. User interface not user friendly. For the price, not worth it. $50 printers do a better job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great PrinterAlthough I can't figure out how to scan, I really like our new printer. I haven't had a lot of chance to research scanning. For the price we paid I would think it's a no brainer.
