Rated 5 out of 5 byKCKP from Waste of Time and Money!This is an awful printer. I'm not sure how it has such high reviews! In order to use it from my phone or computer, I have to restart it or it goes "offline". Now it won't print in color (the test pages do!) so here I am yet again spending an hour uninstalling and reinstalling the software to print one page in color! HP, you have to make a product that functions better than this overpriced junk. So disappointed and frustrated!

The printer he suggested for my needs arrived the next day after I spoke with him which was highly unexpected. The HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer was easy to install and works great.

My 5660 never had issues connecting to all our devices such as apple phone/tablet/laptop or our kindle devices, windows based devices etc.... the new 3830 is nothing but a problem for us, it does print our Apple devises..only after spending a 1/2 - 1 hour on the phone with HP help line..each and every time!Even the 1st HP 3830 came not working at all, that was returned, another 3830 came to replace the first one. I usually purchase from a big box store, yet I called and purchased the HP 3830, using HP.com My opinion is the bottom of the barrel of the printers, was sold to me. My husband and I are beside ourselves with great sadness, frustrations and anger.Our wish is that HP call us and help us!

The only thing that I do not like about it is the quality of the items printed. Also, I do not know if its just that I haven't learned how to use some of its features, but if I want to print something back to back, I have to reload the paper myself and print it page by page. I do not print a lot of stuff so IDK how it would perform in that way.
