The first time we tried to print a few pages it printed sooo slow I was ready to box it up and return it. I contacted support via chat and my tech was able to resolve that problem and it printed like a dream (and fast!). Word of advice, before jumping to conclusions contact HP they are wonderful in helping with any problems you may have!

It takes 5 minutes to print out one side of paper and then I physically have to reinsert the paper to get 2 sided printing.This printer should not be listed under that category. On top of that when printing it skips pages in my documents. When I printed from my parents printer it prints the whole thing. . If you're in college this is not the printer for you! Will be returning to get a better model.

I got the turquoise one and the size Is perfect since I don’t have a lot of space but to scan is a nightmare since you have to use an app and like I mentioned before the connection is bad it would give you a lot of stress . I had printers before and I never had a connection problem . The copy Part is works great I don’t have a problem with that and when it get a good connection with your phone It works fine too. Personally the wireless part is a hastle for me . I have to restart The machine so many times lately .

I like the idea of being able to share the printer with my friends by providing the printer's email address and also being able to ONLY authorize my friends or family individually. The only downsize is the fact that the mobile app AiO doesn't work with facebook, tried different ways but still doesn't connect with it so you can't print pictures from your Facebook account unless you save the pictures in your computer or camera roll first. HP needs to fix this issue.

Previous printer model gave way to making another/this selection. if you are seeking a lite duty, small foot print capable machine this is the one. wish more printers came in white or color accents. thus far very happy with HP brand printers highly recommend!

It prints fine when on normal print, but is extremely slow when set to best quality print. Also, while I know this isn’t a flatbed, I haven’t had much luck getting a clear scan through the feeder. I’m hoping this is just user error and I will get better. All-in-all this printer is fine for my needs.

Lack of flatbed for scanning is a minus but can be overcome by taking a picture and printing directly from that. Printing speed is OK. Color is slow but most printers suffer from that. Had outstanding tech support in setting it up.

I love the size, the color and the price. Although I have not yet used the features of copy and scan, I am already happy with the printing. I am still figuring out how to use wireless connection between my Chromebox and the printer. Let me know if you know how.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't compare with my old HP4440 Could not tell from picture that the lid doesn't open for scanning; must feed a paper through an opening in the front, which often results in a crooked copy and doesn't allow for scanning photos or smaller items. It's also VERY slow to print after a print command. Can't copy a page from a book! Very disappointing printer for me. Will upgrade to an office printer with better features when there's a sale. I loved my old HP 4440 printer though so I'll buy from HP again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Arrived Broken I was so excited to buy this printer based on past reviews and to use the instant ink feature. To my disappointment the printer arrived broken. When I plugged it in and started to do set up it kept flashing E 3 which means paper jam. Having just taken it out of the box there was no reason for there to be a paper jam. I spent a few hours doing all of the trouble shooting tips on the HP website and with the HP tech without remedy. He decided it was a hardware malfunction. HP is replacing my $70 brand new printer (which is way more than I ever paid for any other printer and they all worked but had expensive ink) with a refurbished printer. I still don't understand why I am receiving a refurbished printer when the one I bought had a warranty, was shipped directly from HP, and had been in my possession less than a month and was still unused. I hope the instant ink subscription is worth all of this hassle.

The print quality has been very good quality for everyday jobs. There is a very convenient ink reorder program. Also, I have moderate computer skills and found set up to be intuative. However, the directions for set up are quite limited so if you are very uncomfortable with your knowledge of using computer and printer, you may find set up and use confusing at first. For example, I intuitively realized how to use the copy and scan feature on the printer. However, there were not specific instructions on how to do it. That could be itritating for first time users.

It was easy to set up & I've been retire for many years. What I'm saying is that I can do this anyone set it up. I can print from my own network or using the bluetooth from my cell phone. It's not real speedy, but as I mentioned, I'm retired. However...silly me thought all printers provided a boarder-less option. Not so. I purchased this little gem to replace my way too big color printer. I specifically wanted 4" x 6" prints. I tried every setting option that I could with no luck. I finally called HP eprint support and found out it will not print 4'x'6' full page without boarders. I'm very disappointed, but it's my own fault for not asking that specific question when I made my purchase. So I will continue to use it for other sizes, but I when I buy a photo frame that calls for a 4" x 6" photo I will have to have it printed elsewhere. Bummer

Had some trouble connecting wirelessly but got it going. The ink is reasonably priced. Makes for a great school printer or basic needs printer.

Can connect directly to the laptop with cable provided ( nice that cable is included), or via wifi. School does not allow students to use wifi to connect printer so direct connection fixes that!

I am a college student and need to print many things off and I have had this printer about six months now and only have successfully been able to print stuff off maybe a few times. I have done everything I could think of and have even contacted HP support and still nothing works.

The problem seems to be in the connection to the computer - computer can not find printer. I have tried everything, and I have connected different printers. So - this is not the first time. I tried to call or send an email to Support - no one answers any of the many number listed - and you have to have an account to send an email to support. So - being me - I did send an email to the CEO - he was kind enough to read it and reply, telling me that someone would get in touch with me. The next day someone did call from HP Support - the phone dropped the call before I could answer it - but I do have the voicemail. I tried to call that same number back and have not been able to get anyone to talk to. I was hoping they would call again, but so far nothing. I now have been sitting here with this useless printer for about four weeks - I guess I will trash it or give it away and eat the price of it. I am really disappointed, since I also have an HP Computer that I bought last year. I guess maybe the virus has something to do with the Support, but if you have a brand new item, there should be at least a different number that someone would pick up and help you out.

The printer does pull more than one paper at times but it hasn't caused a jam. Cardstock prints easily. I gave it a 4 because it's not a super fast printer and occasionally I have to reprint because what I printed smeared.

It was extremely helpful to have physical copies of lecture slides, homework,etc. It was also very useful for scanning documents for work (which also shifted online). Overall, it has everything I needed for college and work.

The only thing I’ve had an issue with is I have to restart my printer each time I want to print over wifi. Also wifi range isnt great. Other than that this printer was perfect for size and price.

I especially appreciated the compact size of the printer. However, I gave it an overall 3-star rating due to the insufficient setup instructions. The instructions were minimal and lacked important details. I had to Google HP for more detailed instructions for setup, scanning and printing. I would recommend that HP improve the setup instructions for this printer.

It's also nice looking and fairly easy to use. The only challenge I've had is consistently getting the wifi to connect and to get it to scan. The startup process was not intuitive with many iconed buttons, but once it gets going, quite pleasing. I would recommend!

I live in New York City therefore space is very limited and this product comes in handy. The pop of sea green was the number one reason that caught my eye. Also, I love how i am able to do cloud print; printing from my cellular phone . Moreover, this product is so light weight that i can pick it up with one hand. Thank you HP!

Finally had to call HP Tech to find out that you can not set up the printer on a 5G network. We were able to switch back to the 5G network once the printer was set-up. Several hours of my time that I will never get back for something that should have been a plug and play device! Otherwise it's a great little printer I bought for traveling. Also the price of the printer dropped in half just days after I made my purchase.

I love the instant ink program so I made sure to get a printer that can use it. I love this printer specifically because it’s compact and also a very pretty aqua color that matches a lot of the other crafting supplies I own. It works just as intended and only took 30 seconds to set up the printer as well as set it up for instant ink (as it came with the cartridges) I do not own any photo paper as of yet so I cannot attest to its photo printing quality but it works perfectly for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good, but slow Overall I like this printer, setup was easy and it’s easy to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is SLOW. I was not expecting for it to be so slow printing the pages. But It does the job and the scanner works good.

I have on at least 2 occasions (I lost count) had to pay customer service to re install only to have it not work within 24 hours. My previous HP printer was great. I had it for several years before needing to replace it. I regret buying this and will likely not buy another HP printer based on this experience with both customer service and the printer. Just awful

Rated 5 out of 5 by from issue every single use doesn't print on photopaper I bought this at the begining of the year for school. And i must say is is more stressful then school its self. I yell at this printer so much my neighbors probably think im in an abusive relationship.. Which I am, with my printer. It will never just turn on and print, i have to powere cycle a couple times for it to work. It likes to error out then right away, then start printing again from the begining on its own, wasting all my paper and the very expensive ink (I m guessing this is a money ploy for their ink delivery service.) I have printer photopaper from my last (good) printer. and this printed lines that didnt even adhear to the paper ( even though it says it prints photos, which is the reason i opted for this one) as we speak my paper will not print and after 30 mins of dealing with it again, I have decided I will throw it in the trash.

I purchased this printer to replace a much larger wireless printer and was specifically looking for something that had up-to-date features in a smaller size. This one checked all the boxes and had a lot of good reviews, so I went with it and I’m glad I did. it was super simple to set up, no problems at all and I really like that I can use an app on my phone to print from anywhere. Even better is that it looks good … It has a low profile and doesn’t take up much space. Very happy with it and the price is great for all it does.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from disappointed. I received it about a week ago, Thank you. Tho, I thought thus was an All n One printer - has no scanner. Only works thru an internet wepsite... I need something that works from just being plugged into the wall outlet. The old HP all n one I once gave me the option of printing with or without internet. I have internet l, but don't care to go thru any website. When I can't use a new product, I usually give it away. This time I thought to toss it in file 13. I am home with injuries, so can't shop in stores. HP like HP products, but thus one isn't for me. Be safe and stay well, All.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would not scan I set up with help from the online tutorial. I could print from my phone and computer but could not scan. The 3755 could not read that there was paper in the feed (even though it would print with the same paper).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Unfortunately, I have been unable to figure out how to run the printer. Someone else set it up for me, however, I was unable to follow her instructions after she left. (She no longer is in town). Also, when this was purchased on line, I did not realize it came with ink and the sales person asked me if I wanted ink and I said yes, only to find out it was not needed. I am sure this would be great for someone who has more knowledge than I, however, for me, it is money down the drain. I need a very simplified printer. I do not understand your instructions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I bought this a few weeks ago to use in my college dorm room. Once I finally got it set up to my HP laptop after a week of trying, it works great but is a little slow. I had to ask our technology guy how to set it up and he kept it for a week as well as my laptop until he could figure it out. In the end we found the directions don’t help set up the printer, but it is good quality now that it works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect printer I bought this printer about a month ago to be able to print props for my teaching online job. It's been so easy to use! I can pull up things from my iPhone and send it straight to print. I also love how compact it is, since I don't have much space for a printer. It prints beautifully & easily. The price was great & I love that I can use HP Instant Ink with it. It is a simple printer, so not a ton of features, but it works perfectly for my needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null It's a great little printer! I love that I can print directly from my phone (technology is amazing). Printing quality is pretty good and it's a very convenient size (doesn't take up a lot of room). Also, the ink pricing is one of the more reasonable I've come across.

I chose this printer for its size and features in order to take it on trips so I wouldn't have to trudge to the hotel lobby in order to utilize their printer. So far it works ok at home but I couldn't get it to work with just the USB cable. I had to do wireless and it's now ok. I just hope I don't have to go through the whole wireless thing each time I am in a new location. However, I'm optimistic.

I'm gonna save some poor soul out there a headache and an ulcer (i.e. I had some tech issues that HP didn't help with and I figured it out so I'm here to help ya) For slow (like slothy slow) printing/guzzling of ink: 1 - go into the printer settings (click the window button on your computer, move up to settings, click devices, then printers & scanners, then click the HP printer, then click manage, then go to printing preferences and change your paper type to plain paper. For whatever reason, this printer defaults to a higher quality of print, which then guzzles the ink. Therefore, we just took care of TWO issues other owners have had. You're welcome - did that better than HP Customer Service (*boom*) Preface: When printing a document, mine would always cut off the bottom margin of the page, and it hit my OCD nerve so I was ready to jank that bish up and throw it out. Luckily I just drank more coffee and played around with settings. 2- When you go to print, change your paper settings to A4. Not sure why that worked, but it did. Suddenly my margins DO exist! Hopefully this helped. As far as print quality, it is pretty decent, the colors are vibrant and crisp. I will probably end up taking this one into my classroom to use because it is super lightweight and seems pretty portable. I am thinking about upgrading to a larger printer with a better scanning function though (maybe an envy?), I haven't figured out how to make the scanning on this one work better than my previous epson. (I would still be using the epson full time if they offered an instant ink program, I think I do prefer the epson but as a teacher, I desperately need the ink supply...) This gets three stars because Cons 1- a pain to figure out why things are happening that should not be happening right out of the box (margins, that ridiculous printer page default that takes forever) 2- scanning function is awful (shrinks it down...but why, though?) 3- Customer support...geesh. 4- It only holds like 10 pages in the feed. So few pages. 5- Doesn't always push the page all the way out and starts printing on the previous page AND the new page (The heck is that all about? Caused me to waste paper and ink!) Pros 1 - light weight and portable 2 - print quality is actually pretty decent and crisp 3- Once you change the settings outlined above, print time is pretty decent 4 - Instant ink! 5- My setup was very easy, I was printing off it within 10 minutes of pulling it out of the box 6 - the app! I can print from my phone and laptop in different rooms 7 - it's not as loud as my epson

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Disaster of a Product Plug it directly into your brand new HP Pavilion and print, right? Wrong. Software is so "friendly" that it finds a network, and routes your print jobs to it, and you cannot find the print job anywhere. Or it just sits there showing itself to be on, but no reaction to the print job you have just sent to it eleven times from 2 feet away over a direct wire connection. A nightmare of a product, a shameful, annoying disaster of a purchase. I hate this printer and/or its software. You will too. Unlike HP I will guarantee it. There is no troubleshooting worth anything and no help available in any form. I pity the purchaser of this product, and deeply regret having bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from dj3755 I purchased a new printer for my daughter and expected to sign her up for the instant ink program which I have used for a couple years now and thought it would work well for her. But to my dismay the Desk Jet 3755 printer wireless feature could not be activated despite help from a "certified hp technician" who was hard to understand and seemed more bent on selling a network firewall system I decided not to buy than on solving the setup problem. Apparently, because the wireless feature couldn't be activated, the instant ink sign up couldn't be completed. Very discouraging after wasting 3 hours last Saturday morning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works better with Windows than the MAC I use this with both the MAC and PC. It works much better with the PC. However, the scan feature was really difficult to figure out and with the MAC I had to download an entire app to scan, while with the PC I did not. I'm not real crazy about the way it scans by pulling a page through the top slot in the front, it is usually crooked. Once I got it working it works quite well and I like the small size for home printing. Switching back and forth between the MAC and PC can be confusing though.
