The Ink is Way way overpriced
I don’t believe I get over 100 pages, if even that. HP runs customers off with it’s high priced ink. One set of the XL cartridges costs more than a brand new HP-70 Series printer with ink. $40.00 would still be overpriced, so shop around for efficient printer. No way do I get near 300 or even 200 pages, and 100 is a maybe. I have had HP products since 1976 and feeling disappointed right now.

All color cartridges 902
The color cartridges do not live up to capacity expectations or HP measures. I get nowhere near 300 pages from these expensive cartridges. Quality, on the other hand is very good -- while they last.

Rarely use color
I very seldom print a color document and would prefer to use only black ink. I mostly print/copy black/white documents.

When I first purchased my HP (WiFi) printer, I continued to order ink cartridges from another supplier. Then, suddenly those would no longer work, and the supplier told me it is because HP did an update for their printers that prevented the use of non-HP cartridges. I was angry because the HP cartridges are more expensive and the off-brand worked as well. Now I am forced to pay higher prices. I will probably replace my HP printer with an Epson or Canon printer.

Better then buying in store!
It was so much cheaper to buy our ink straight from HP, than getting it at a retail store! The addition of fast and free shipping made it perfection! Will definitely continue to get our ink this way in the future!

Defective cartridge
My printer takes 4 different colored cartridges. I replaced all of them at the same time. After replacing them , I went to the feature which shows me the approximate ink levels. It showed all were full except for cyan. This showed low ink level, replace soon. Explained this to HP customer service. They are sending me a free replacement. Thank you HP.

Too easy
I ordered ink cartridge direct from HP and it was too easy! HP monitored my ink level, sent me a reminder and ensured it was a perfect fit. Ink cartridge came right to door and HP even sent a postage-free return envelope for old cartridge. The whole order process couldn't hace been easier.
