This product was the same price and shipped on the same day as Amazon. I received my Color Ink Cartridge on time. Now my Black Ink Cartridge was three days late. I have had the tech people take over my desktop and perform their service but it only lasts a short while. Also the cartridges run out quickly. This is a brand new machine. This also was an issue with my old HP printer. I thought it would be gone now. I use HP paper as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cartridge dri out when not in use for while. I dont have a problem with your ink it works well but the cartridge dries and then will not print. I had to buy the new cartridge because the double ink one has now stopped printing and its still full. the black quit working altogether and says its not installed correctly but it is. I have taken it in and out and i have tried cleaning the contacts on both cartridges and yet they still do not print. The color only lightly prints and not all the colors. I have tried all cleaning techniques the machine offers. it just wastes paper and color ink. I am beginning to think that is what was intended as this is not the first time this has happened and i had to replace good cartridges because they dried. I will soon have bought enough ink to buy a new printer. I think i will try another brand this time. I have purchased 5 HP printers over the years.

My printer is printing very poor quality. I need replacement Tricolor and Black cartridges asap. It's been everyday for a week that I've tried to contact someone. I had to drive to Walmart and buy the exact same ink I ordered from HP, and that one worked. I will never order anything through their website again.

For some reason past ones have lasted an average of a month, and I wonder if the quality control is terrible and I just got the bad cartridge or this really does not last.

That one lasted for maybe 12 prints. What a waste of money. I should return everything and continue to have Office Depot do my printing. They are cheaper and their printing quality is better. What a disappointment

Color is good though. I would recommend this cartridge to a friend but not my HP 7855 Envy printer!

Lasts ok, except one time when printer said ink was still there, but it would not come out. Had to stop to take out cartridge to get ink going again. Finally gave up and replaced. Have no way of knowing how well it lasts compared to other makers. The first set the colors were not so great, but subsequent cartridges have been fine. Just wish ink were not so expensive no matter who makes it.

I bought a new HP printer, the Envy series and the ink that came with it, the tri color was OK, but the black faded out after a little more than halfway through the cartridge.I used the cleaning tool and it seemed OK until the next time i used the printer and the black was faded out again. I always print out a test page every few days to keep the ink from drying up but the black still faded anyway.I installed the new black cartridge a few days ago and I'll keep checking it to see if it fades out too.

After doing this several times with the same result I removed the defective and replaced it with another new one which works fine. I am now stuck with a brand new ink cartridge which is no good. Will you replace for me? If so do I have return the defective one?

Went to go and use it today, and now the printer is reporting the cartridge is empty and has to be replaced. It’s finnicky, doesn’t like to respond the my devices a lot of the time, randomly prints things and stops halfway through only to reprint halfway. I use so much ink bc the printer sucks so bad. I had a presentation that I needed 30copies of. Ink ran out (new cartridge) part of the way through but yet after cancelling in order to change the cartridge, it wouldn’t cancel, proceeded to print pages 1-10 wasting ink and paper like no other. I think This printer wasted 2 cartridges by screwing up my printing projects. Also, slowest ever. In short, waste of time, money, paper, ink and patience. Avoid this product!!!!!!

The print quality is just not good - my old machine was was well worn and still had better copies. 2. The machine goes to sleep and I have to turn of power and turn it back on again to get the machine to work. We don't do a lot of copies, maybe that has something to do with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Received in 3 days The actual package was a small bubble bag that had been smashed at least once. The box of the cartridge was also smashed and damaged. Fortunately the actual cartridge was not damaged. Suggestion: ship your cartridges in small boxes, not bubble bags. Amazon and WalMart use boxes and no issues. Smart to add the better packaging to protect the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to install and easy printing. I haven't installed this cartridge yet, but the offer on HP online and the fact in the cold weather it could be delivered the next day helped so I can immediately have a new cartridge on hand to replace without interruption.

I love hp Printers I just wish I had my big photo printer it was great for photos

It is constantly out of alignment and we have to remove the ink cartridges and reinsert them each time we print. Sometimes that doesn't even work. I am not a fan of single cartridge color as when you deplete one of the colors, that cartridge is finished. It is impossible to find someone to work on an inkjet printer and even worse to try to get HP customer service. I know this will not be published, but I cannot find any other way to express my dissatisfaction!

I have been printing black and white and when I decided to print in color, the printer inform the cartridge is low on ink. I didn't even finished printing out my documents because the color ink was low. It doesn't make sense for the color cartridge to be low on ink on the first try! Has never happened before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from INK CARTRIDGES DON'T WORK I ordered a single black 64 cartridge and a double 64 (black and color) cartridge through Walmart and installed them and nothing is printing. The last cartridges I used worked fine. I'm frustrated because I have to print my Income Tax Forms out and get them in the mail. Please help if you can!
