Wrong cartridge
I went into HP site and put printer name and number and asked what cartridge I needed. The site brought up Hp63. When I received it, it would not work. I went to my local print store and found out I needed HP65 XL Paid more at store but it works. I had already opened the cartridge and inserted into printer (it fit) so couldn't return. Sent back in spent cartridge mailer.

Printer good, automatic ink program BAD
I'm very happy with the printer. However, I also signed up to have automatic shipments of ink when the supply runs low. When the color ink cartridge ran low, they sent me TWO replacements. I have still not replaced the original cartridge because it still is not out of ink, but hp has been sending me alerts to replace the original cartridge -- with the messages coming every few minutes. This morning, when I turned on the computer I had to delete 45 of these messages that had accumulated overnight. I'm still trying to find out how to cancel these automatic shipments. When I buy the ink cartridge myself, I don't get bombarded with reminders!!!

I've bought this printer ink from HP's website for 9 years. That's how long I have lived on an island with NO office supply stores! Costco and Walmart are the only large stores on the island! So running a small business from home was powerfully hard until a friend turned me on the HP's website. I received my supplies, on a small island FAR from the lower 48, overnight! The COLOR (not black) cartridge from my most recent purchase from you ceased to work. I maybe got 12 copies using color before my printer indicated I needed to change to a new one. This has NEVER happened before.

Terrible INK usage in my Office Jet 5258
I don't print a lot - -but with my HP Office Jet, new a couple of months ago, the Black Ink, not really empty, QUIT.. I replaced it with a large Black Ink -- Print?? NO.- .as the 3 color ink, hardly used at all, also had to be replaced.!
I judge you asked for my review when you noted that the returned "color' was nearly full..

worse cartridges ever
I have made several attempts to align the cartridges without success. I had to put the old one back in, realign them and then had to purchase new cartridges at the store. I will never shop for them online again. Now I have to figure out how to return them. I have never had a problem with HP cartridges before. This is the first time I've ordered them online

Color ink for printer was somewhat defective
I bought black and color HP ink cartridges. It took 10 for me to get it and I only got the black do had to call and speak to a supervisor who immediately sent me the color and I received the next day. I put on my printer and the color was very light so I had to Google to fix that and I did. So a little disappointed. The people I spoke to were great just the service not so great. Will stick to Walmart..

I have a great deal of brand loyalty towards HP products. I have purchased HP computers, HP printers, and HP printer supplies for years. HP products are simply the best and their customer service is excellent. Around the first of the year I purchased a new HP Office jet 3830. This printer seems to be quite economical in the amount of ink that it uses. I also enjoy using the remote print feature. I did a lot of printing in March and I need more ink and paper and placed an order on March 31st. Along with the 63XL black and the 63X Standard color cartridge, I order two reams of paper to avoid having to go to a local store. HP’s online ordering process is quite user friendly. I received the order in 10 days which was longer than the usual three to four days. HP did keep me informed as to the status of my order. I received an email stating that HP was experience a surge in internet orders due to the pandemic and asked for my patients. I appreciate them keeping me informed. Again, they always give good customer service.

This is the second Tri Color that I had to purchas
I bought one colored cartridge and it was faulty, I kept it in case it was my printer.
Ordered another and it worked so it was obviously bad. The box had not been tampered with so I don't know what the problem was.

Don't Like Bundled Color Cartriges
I would prefer to have 3 separate cartridges to save myself money. However, I realize this is less revenue for HP.

I always use HP ink because it comes out of the printer that never smears or run. I didn't know until I was ordering the difference. There is a generic brand but it only prints 1590 pages. So I was glad to find this out just wish the color was a little cheaper but since I don't use that too much so it evens out. It is also easy take out and put in.

I purchased these two cartridges to have on hand because the printer shuts down and won't operate until they are replaced. My last HP printer had a grace period where you knew they needed replaced and had time to buy before it actually stopped printing. The HP products are good quality, are packaged well, and arrived quickly even during these slow delivery times. I especially like that they send you an envelope to recycle your cartridges.

I purchased a color ink cartridge on 10/21/2019. I print color infrequently. Since I did not catch the problem with this cartridge prior to 30 days post-purchase (I infrequently print in color), I was unable to return this purchase because I was past the 30 day return policy. I purchased a new color cartridge on 12/23/2019 and was told I would receive a $10 credit for this purchase. This has still not happened. The new cartridge is awesome.

We purchased a new HP printer after our HP printer finally died after 12 years of faithful service. We adore the new one and the new cartridges (#63's), as they are almost the same as the old ones (#61's). NOTE: We think the reason the old one died is because we bought generic cartridges to save money. I guess the old expression is true, "You get what you pay for"! Never again will we purchase a generic, but we learned to only purchase OEM HP cartridges. The good thing that came out of this experience was the new printer, as now it prints with absolute beauty, and to bout, by wireless!, has the fax ability. is so so quiet. and is such an improvement in every way to our old trusty HP, which we once again LOVED so very much!

I hope to save money on expensive ink cartridges by applying for HP Instant Ink. HP Ink cartridges, all ink cartridges, are pricey. Using Instant Ink will hopefully get me the ink I need at a monthly fee that will, overall, be less expensive for a year than buying a years worth of cartridges at the normal price. If my math is right :).

Why do you EVEN sell the standard ink cartridge. It lasts almost NO time. I ordered bkack and tri-color by mistake and it didn’t last any time at all. Save the packaging and just sell the XL version gor cheaper!

Yes I save my pennies and bought the HP 63 tri-color .I had no choice BUT to purchase this cartridge. It is the only one I trust that fits my HP Envy 4520 printer

Easy Removal and Replacement
This is probably the third or fourth cartridge set I've purchased for my two printers and while the usage and quality is as expected, I am very pleased with the ease of removal and replacement of the cartridges. I honestly cannot think of any method that would be easier or less complicated .

Instructions were miss leading
Following the instruction on the printer called for a new ink cartridge, however the printer doesn't work, can't be repaired at a price less than a new printer. Printer was only used a year before it failed. Not good quality.

Why so expensive?
My color printer has two cartridges, and replacing both of them costs more than the printer did. Printer ink always seems like such a rip off, and the fact that HP offers an “ink subscription service” doesn’t help this impression. It is hard to believe this is not intentional by HP Inc.

I own an hp laptop and printer.

I bought my printer, which had the original ink cartridge....I was only able to
Ring, oh, I think about 20 pages before the cartridge needed to be replaced. Of course, I know this is so HP can sell more cartridges...
The new cartridge holds much more in volume, and after 2 months, is still printing.

Very few prints from last color cartridge
I may have gotten about a dozen high-quality color prints before the low ink warning light came on and the prints started showing low ink. Not very much for the price of the cartridge and not in keeping with my past experience. I'm going to write it off to a bad cartridge and order one more. After that, it's on to another brand of printer. Each new HP printer seems to be lower quality than the last. If my 15 year old one which I keep for a backup had a scanner and was wireless capable, it would be my current printer.

When I originally bought my HP Printer, it came with Black and Color Cartridges. It wasn't time to re-order, but I wanted spares. My current color cartridge is working fine. No spaces or gaps when I print in color. I would buy this cartridge again.

I love the color HP Tri-color Original ink cartridges give. I make cards for all my family members' birthdays and other special occasions and frequently receive comments about the beautiful color on my cards. I ordered ink a few days ago. It arrived on time with next day delivery. The ink fit but the my printer did not recognize the ink. When I removed it the file with small dots had been removed. I cannot able to use my printer until I purchase more ink and I am concerned that I may encounter the same thing again. I have not been able to call customer service because I have health problems and have not felt like calling. I have bought ink from HP for my printers for many years. I have never before had a problem, with ink nor anything else I have ordered. I fell as if I just got a defective ink but the problem is the cost and time involved without the use of my printer. I would still buy HP Products and HP has always taken care of me as a customer.

The ink is fine while it lasts. I may go 2-3 weeks between uses. The new ink cartridge that I reply 2-3 weeks ago has frequently dried up & in need of replacement. Canon ink cartridges can go years without need for replacement.

I don't print every day or even every week and I find that these cartridges dry up long before they are empty which wastes my money. I also find that at times my printer doesn't recognize them as genuine HP cartridges and I have to reinstall. the alignment process works only half the time on the first try. The actual print quality is actually very nice if you can hang in there through the frustration of getting them to work.

I've been buying HP ink for my printer since I bought it and it's quite old now but still working perfectly. I find it does well with the HP ink and I have tried the "recycled" ones and sometimes my printer rejects them. I just wish I could get a cheaper price!!

Worked, but why didn't the old one work
I had to my mother in assisted living. As part of that I brought her fairly new HP printer home as she can no longer use it. I set it up in my own home office without problem except no color would print. Black printed fine, but no color. I used up several pages of paper and ink trying to diagnose the problem, the ink cartridge appeared to have ink but it would not print any color, only black. So, I bought a new tri color cartridge. After installing it, now the printer prints in color. That's great. Until the same thing happens again I guess. Problem is, I don't use the printer much, so sitting idle, the ink drys up in the cartridge and becomes useless. In the past I've thrown several inkjet printers in the trash because of this problem. I bet there must be millions of inkjet printers in landfills all over the world. What a waste.

This printer always needs repairing(software) every time I try to print something. I hate this thing with a passion! To top it off, it will not accept any ink cartridge unless it is an HP cart yet HP has the nerve to ask you to send back the spent cartridge. What a joke. This my friends is what GREED has done to this world and it is a crying shame. I really miss the simplicity of my old DELL printer.

Not enough
I bought this combination HP and was thrilled since I had used my old HP for many happy years UNTILL I discovered that I am spending $26 PER month on ink when I am only printing less than 20 color pages. NOT HAPPY

Ink is great, but Unable to use printer fully.
I’m unable to use printer only through my phone, I’ve yet to be able to set printer to my PC. If this is not resolved for me, I will have. I choice but to purchase another printer. It will not be an HP printer.

Wish I could use it
I ordered the ink with a printer. Well I have yet to receive the printer so I have no idea how good the ink cartridge is or how long it lasts. Should have bought something else.

Ink Cartirdges
Stores here are completely out of this hp "number", so I ordered direct from HP. I dislike using computers, I check my e-mail MAYBE once a year, and I disdain polls. But this seemed simple enough. And the consumer rep who spoke to me on the phone (as mentioned I do not do computers to place orders, just my land line) was very patient and helpful and, from her home, she jumped through whatever hoops, creating passwords, making user names and whatnot, to place my order for me. Needless to say, I was very impressed with HP's CS department, and her in particular/

I printed something off it had 68 pages and it says the cartridge is low. I understand when I use color it will go fast but I just put new cartridge in Thursday after receiving them in the mail and I purchased on May 3rd something is wrong.

The only way !
After using a couple of different printers, I will only buy HP printers. Period. I have found that using non HP ink cartridges are a foolish economy. The quality and pages per cartridge are exceptional. HP printers and OE cartridges are the only way !

I always buy HP cartridges, and they work well. My last two developed a problem and wouldn't print, but HP sent replacement cartridges quickly, and they are fine. I will continue to buy them because of the good service.

don't print
my printer says its full but no color ink is printing, i trouleshoot the printer settings and evrything is fine. Something must bewrong with the cartridge.
