Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wrist monitor needs improvement I have not had my watch long. Less than a month. When I charge it, I have to “mess” with it to get it to measure heart rate. I don’t really know what makes it start working again.
Date published: 2022-03-03T00:00:00-05:00
Rated 5 out of 5 by from not an accurate fitness tracker The heart rate monitor and calories burned is not accurate (when compared to a chest strap tracker worn at the same time for comparison. The alerts to move or relax seem very random. I'm not pleased with this purchase and don't recommend to anyone that they spend money on this product. Good features are the small size and leather wristband.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is beautiful and works great It takes some getting use to after having the Garmin dive watch. But I like the smaller and lighter feel. It also senses when I have started walking and automatically sets the walk program I really like it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great watch I live the appearance of my Lilly but admit sometimes it is hard to read messages.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice way after help how to connect to yoga record I called for help as yogs did not connect and they programmed my Lily. Now like the way it records.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing I bought this item less than a month ago, and I’m not happy with it at all. The touch screen never respond, and it freezes. I do like the look of it, but it doesn’t work well at all. I am very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not have a lock I love Garmin smartwatch this one is my 4th watch over the 8 years. My last watch was Vivoactive 3... which I loved however it was not holding a full charge for the day. My first Garmin was the Vivofit in 2014.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I FEEL CONNECTED. IN CONTROL. This watch has me connected to my Insurance company and the medical information apps this phone provides. The information gathered by my watch is transmitted to my insurance company via Bluetooth and being monitored is comforting for me at this stage of my life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable Great battery life. It sits on my wrist without any discomfort. Still trying to figure out how to set notifications from my phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Size is great I've had other Garmin's and loved them. I'm finding the Lily difficult to navigate. I can never find the activity icon, twice I almost called for help (911) accidentally but caught it with literally 2 secs to spare. I truly wish it had a real button as the imbedded one on the scy doesn't seem to respond most times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not So Good No clear instructions on how to use this thing. You learn by pressing random things…somehow I activated all my emergency people and I set off an alert to find my iPhone. Later, I couldn’t figure out how I did this.
Date published: 2021-12-25T00:00:00-05:00
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great but one major complaint. I love this watch and all it's features, but my biggest complaint is that it does not have stand alone built in GPS. It's a Garmin, that is the main feature your company is known for. If I were to get abducted on a hike, and the kidnapper tossed my phone, as they probably would do asap, it would be nice to know my watch could still send out my coordinates to my emergency contacts. I love the modern aesthetic designs. I would love to see even more colors and choices and interchangeable accessories. Otherwise, I love this watch. Thanks for making it smaller and more feminine than other smart watches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the size!!! Finally a fitness tracker made for my petite wrist. It packs so much into this tiny package steps, heart rate, oxygen, and more! I do miss the floor tracker from my previous model but all in all… I love my Lily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I expected more Not great. I had an Apple Watch before this one but it would die so quickly so I wanted to try garmin. I chose this for the style as well as the perks. It isn’t great. I would return but I threw the box away. I’ve had it a few weeks now so I’ve adjusted it to fit my life but still not working out. Oh well. It tells time and alerts me when I need to hydrate. I wish it were better for tracking workouts and calories.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very, very disappointing! No blood pressure! No Oxygen level! The cheapest bracelets can show these two, but Garmin Lily not. Stupid lies like Stress and Body battery are invented to pretend that the device is monitoring something, Impossible switch from F to C degrees for weather (even if is reading from my iPhone with Celsius set up). Very, very disappointing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not like the watch is a big disappointment. It is almost impossible to see the clock face. It never is seen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice You have to turn off too many things to get the battery last on my other Garmin VIVO active is a lot better I can have a lot more things running the battery still last for five days but overall Garmin last longer than any other watch as far as battery is concerned

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first fitness tracker I did not want a watch that functioned as a phone or music listening devise and this is it. Straight-forward tells time and tracks activity. Stopped wearing wristwatches ages ago and trying to get used to having something on my wrist all the time. Seems it drops out periodically and not sure why but it appears to be after charging. Yoga tracker -- I do chair yoga so it doesn't quite track the activity. Have had to use the "other" activity to track my housekeeping and gardening activities. Not sure how accurate that is. But, I'm not tethered to my phone all day nor is there any monthly fee so this works OK for my purposes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not like I do not like this watch. It very seldom shows the time when I look for time. The minute hand is so light that it is hard to determine the time when I can see clock face.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Discolouration I received this as Xmas gift and within 4 days noticed the watch sides and back had turned from a lovely white to dirty brown! Now not even a month of wearing it it looks awful!! Not happy at all!! For what it cost it’s disgusting!! Iv followed all cleaning advise and it’s still discoloured.. very unhappy customer!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this watch I am very happy with this watch. It’s a smaller fave which is what I was looking for and can look dressy for work. I did have to order an additional larger wrist band as the one it came with barely fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great, could use a few more activities I have been thinking about this purchase for a while and I am glad that I did. It doesn't look like a smart watch, which I think look clunky. The only drawback that I can find is that the number of activities to record your exercises is limited. No yoga function.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely an upgrade I got this for christmas and I am enjoying it. I do find that the face gets stuck on a feature and I have to let it go to sleep and then try again. I do wish the watch was a little more sensitive or intuitive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for small wrists I wanted a fitness tracker mainly for counting steps throughout my day at work. I have smaller wrists, so I didn’t want something bulky. Lily met those needs perfectly! I don’t use the notifications feature thus, the battery lasts about 4 days. I do wish the screen “woke up” every time I turned my wrist to check stats but, it’s inconsistent. Sometimes it’s difficult to navigate in general. However, it’s not a big deal since I don’t have a need for a lot of the features. I do enjoy the app! It’s interesting to see my sleep patterns, stress level and “body battery”. I also enjoy having the weather feature at a glance on my wrist. Overall, I am pleased that my husband ordered this for me as soon as I told him I might like to have it. I would recommend Lily! On a final note, the leather band is holding up so far but, I have only had the Lily about one month. I do not wear it to shower or get it saturated for any reason. I have read other complaints about the band not holding up well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great watch, would like better syncing & display I really like the look and lightness of the watch. I wish it had better included displays but I can probably download more. I don't like that it defaults to switching the display off - would rather it stay w/ the time always on. I like the extra feature but unfortunately Garmin's sync between devices kind sucks. I have a fenix 6 as well which is my primary watch. Both of these can do the sleep tracking and body battery, but when I move to the Lily during the day garmin stops tracking body battery which makes absolutely no sense at all. You also have to always put on your primary watch at night in order to get sleep tracking even though both watches have this feature. The activity start/stop on the Lily takes a little getting used to if you are used to a fenix as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice watch I got this for a Christmas gift which had asked for. It’s a great watch but the problem is I’m 64 and when I’m running cannot read the screen. I wish it were bigger. I suggest if you need reading glasses don’t get this watch. If your using it for a fashion accessory I would recite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still trying to learn the basics I received this watch for a Christmas gift. I was attached to my Versa for nearly two years. It was easy for me. The verdict is still out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not consistently work I really wanted to love this, i upgraded to a Garmin from another smart watch/fitness tracker because I wanted more. I've had it for a little over a month and it just randomly stops tracking at various points of the day. Just stops. Sometimes it restarts after 1-5 minutes and sometimes you need to plug it into the charge (even though it's fully charged). Very frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Software Update The watch freezes up if I use the activities feature. I have to reboot it which means plugging the watch in when I get home. Very frustrating. Thinking of returning the watch if an update for the software doesn't come soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dead after 2 weeks I bought this 2 weeks ago, and now it's trash. Never been wet. Never been dropped. When I plug it in, I see a white triangle, when it's not plugged in, it's dead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3rd ones I got this 2 months ago. First one was failure (when activities start, stop working or just turned off for no reasons) so they swapped it to new one. But 2nd one had a same problem so got 3rd one now. Hope it works properly this time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Lily! I have had Lily for a week and love it! It is not bulky on my wrist and is super cute which is my favorite part. it also has all of the health features i was looking for, and more!! i bout the fitbit versa 3 and had to immediately return it because it was so bulky, and bought the garmin lily instead. so happy that i did!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Many known bugs with no solutions After 2 days of using my Lily the gesture control stopped working, from the first day the touch screen was sporadically responsive (working only when tapped 4-5 times hard), the sleep tracking is wildly inaccurate and the battery life is haphazard at best. So disappointing.
Date published: 2021-09-28T00:00:00-04:00
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and works fantastic! I bought this watch because when I go out or want to look nice, my old Vivosmart HR4 just did not go with the overall aesthetic. I wanted to keep tracking my fitness and general information, but wear something prettier. The Lily is not only beautiful, but so functional. I love how user friendly it is, the battery lasts about 5 days, and it's overall just a great addition to my fitness tracking life. The connect app doesn't really easily switch between the two wearables as easily as I'd like, but overall a great purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I think its pretty good! I like how simple the setup is! It records everything and helps improve my health. However, some things I would change is changing the "gender" question to ask for your sex instead, or to include an option for those who identify neither female nor male. I would also like this product more if the charging input was not as specialized, so if i forget the charger, i can just use my iPhone charger instead. Overall, great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted but could not connect to iPhone I wanted a small profile device with steps, sleep and heart rate and this filled the bill…but I could not get it connected to my iphone 11 and the Garmin Connect app. I walked through all the troubleshooting but could not get it to work, so I returned it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Watch This is a great watch. Lots of features. Small and dainty, so it's an attractive accessory. My only complaint is that the band breaks down pretty quickly. This is a consistent problem per other reviews. Otherwise, this is an awesome watch. Very very pretty, with tons of great features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Lightweight I bought the Lily to replace my Vivomove HR. I liked the features of the Vivomove, but I have tiny wrists and it was too big/heavy for me. The Lily is perfect! The leather band fits my wrist perfectly (which never happens). It is lightweight, attractive, and helpful. The only thing I wished the Garmin Connect App did better is give me more control over what kind of notifications get pushed to it. I have several messaging apps, but they don't seem to correlate to "text messages", only the Messages app does. So, I have to allow ALL notifications, just to get the ones I want. Not great. It would be nice to have a more granular control over what comes my way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely design, screens not tested for older eyes I love the physical design of the watch. The smaller size makes it much easier to wear all day. The digital screens and features are not tested or useful for older eyes. I cannot see the displayed numbers during my runs as I don’t run with reading glasses. Please create useful health information screens for older users with larger font options

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Battery Life! My Lily will easily last 4 days on one charge! I find the information more accurate, and love how it can tell when I am stressed or have been extremely busy at work because it will tell me to take a break. You are unable to change out the bands, but the quality makes up for the one minor con.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Challenging I bought this several weeks ago and have been trying to learn the features, researching all the manual information, but have found some questions lacking answers. I am frustrated that it often will not activate and light up when I try to check the time, even though I have used the suggested arm motion or even tapped the screen several times. My steps have not been counted when pushing a cart when shopping. I have been disappointed as it wasn’t what I envisioned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good I bought this about a month ago after reviewing the MANY similar health tracking devices. I like the features that it tracked (heartrate, sleep, stress, water intake, etc.), feminine look, color options, and water resistance. I also like that I have the option to sync it with my phone, messaging, texts, location tracking, etc. So far its working very well and the battery lasts for 3-5 days; charging is easy. The pulse ox takes up more battery but for me, that is worth charging more often. I feel that the body battery score is hard to understand and am often unsure if its really updating. I also feel I dont fully understand how it calculates body battery and stress even after researching. I wish it was easier to add activities of my own (not pre-loaded), especially restful ones like meditation or massage since I think those should decrease stress score. I also wish I could add a 'note' on the calendar, to track a particular stressful event at the time it happens. The band could be more comfortable and says not to take in water often so that decreases the benefit of water resistance of the tracker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from disappointment I have been surprised how short the battery life and how low brightness i have to use to make it work longer, i cant always see the time quickly i must be moving my hand vigorously for it to work or squish the screen a few times which is frustrating. I bought it because it is a well-known brand and it was a bad decision

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Lily Got this watch for Christmas. Love it. I have a metal allergy and can't wear most watches with metal backing. This is perfect and on top of that it was inexpensive and provides all the functions of other more expensive smart watches. Battery lasts forever....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great daily wear! I've been wearing the lilly for a month. It does well for daily wear. I would not recommend it if you train daily. I wear it because it's light and easy to navigate meditation and track stress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Watch I wanted a fitness tracker that looked professional and the Lily fit the bill. I liked the light weight, classic watch look, overall simplicity of the Lily. Pro: I've worn it to the gym during lifting sessions and while it didn't offer me the option to add weight, it was surprisingly accurate when accounting for the exercise. People didn't even know I was wearing a fitness tracker because the watch face and design looked so classic. Con: It doesn't track sleep. The single button touch screen can make operations clunky. Also, the watch face doesn't always turn on when you turn your wrist, which can be frustrating.

It is a beautiful watch and looks sooooo much better than my fitbit, I can finally keep my watch on at work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great I really liked the look of the Garmin Lily and the round watch face. But disappointed that swiping didn’t always work from one screen to the next so had to really tap on the face. If you accidentally get on to the activity screen the only way out is to start, stop and delete the activity or else that screen stays until this is completed. Would be good to have a “back button”.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just perfect! I wore Apple Watch for years and never liked the look or feel of the watch. My husband is an athlete and Garmin is his product of choice. While looking to replace my Apple Watch, I found the Garmin Lily. I can’t be more pleased! I have smaller wrists and the Lily is so comfortable, lower profile, great style, and has everything I want a smart watch for. Perfect for someone who wants a fitness watch that isn’t clunky or uncomfortable to wear. I am a basic at tracking fitness and this is perfect, there are many options from Garmin, Lily is perfect for my needs and super easy to use. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stealth beauty that does more than it seems After lots of research and debate, I switched from a Garmin fenix 5s to the combo of a Lily and Forerunner 255s. The Lily is my everyday watch when I'm not working out. I looks professional and is super light on my wrist. But it still tracks all the things I need day to day, and I can even have it track a quick bit of exercise if it comes up unexpectedly or I don't have the FR255 with me. I was able to find additional bands online and change up the look, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent watch I purchased the Lily just over two weeks ago. The watch is attractive and comfortable and works well. The only thing that I find very frustrating is the touch response time to get your screen active. At the price point the watch should not take multiple taps for the screen to activate. The lift to activate rarely works so you have to use the touch to view your screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and stylish I purchased The Lily Classic Edition cream gold bezel with black case and black band. It is a great smartwatch, and I love the variety of features. I enjoy wearing it because it looks like an actual watch; unlike the typical smartwatches out there today. The only issue I have is that the background of the screen makes it difficult to view notifications. I have to constantly adjust the angle just to read anything. I would recommend a darker color for the background.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this watch!!! I bought this watch after buying several cheaper watches that looked like this Garmin. All of the others I had to send back due to either 1 or more features wouldn’t work or worked but not correctly. Every feature works on this Garmin & work correctly. The size of the face is perfect. I have small wrists and most smartwatches I have tried are too big and are uncomfortable on my wrist. Not this one! Look no longer buy this one!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty Lily I bought this to wear to my son's wedding. Just didn't think that my 235 was appropriate with my dress. It served it's purpose. I am still trying to get used to the operation of the watch as I don't wear it on a daily basis and of course I haven't read all of the instructions. I do like it for more dressy occasions and will wear it for everything that my more "athletic" watches would be inappropriate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Honest Review after 2+ months: it's life changing The Lily Classic Edition is my first smartwatch. I've had it since mid-March, and it has honestly changed my life. The daily statistics have made me much more attentive to my fitness and wellbeing. I'm competitive - mostly with myself, and I find myself working harder to match or beat the previous day's activity, intensity, sleep stages, stress levels, etc. When my watch alerts me that I've been idle too long, that I need to take a break or stretch, I do it. When it asks if I want to add to my hydration log, I drink so I can add to it. It validates me, and I feel better about myself because I am better - and this watch is the impetus behind that improvement in many ways. I bought the classic edition with the leather strap because I don't want this to look like a sports watch. My experience wearing a Movado watch with a leather band taught me that it's not a big deal to sweat while wearing it. I wore it all the time, and I sweat a lot, just as I am doing now with this watch. When I need to get a new band, I will. I love the classic look and style of this watch. The battery lasts plenty long, and I'm motivated to keep it charged because I don't want it to miss a thing. I even bought an extra charger to keep in my car. It charges quickly. It's also durable. I wouldn't suggest beating it to test that theory, but I have hit it playing some pretty aggressive tennis, and it's has sustained no damage at all. I do have a screen protector on it. It's comfortable and lightweight. It looks nice, and although it was hard to give up the Movado I loved and wore for 20+ years prior, after one day with the Lily, I never looked back. I have no regrets at all.

To Amazon’s promotional discounts (thank you!). Garmin’s first Smallest smartwatch/fitness tracker to date -loved it! Features not less of general health tracking include heart rate …to workouts …to the more advanced blood oxygen, energy levels, sleep, stress and more. Smartwatch features include notifications, connected GPS, music playback controls …and widgets. A not common but an essential feature for some is the emergency contact response also the find my device mode. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing battery life I thought I upgraded. I’m still not sure if I will keep it. I had an Apple watch and the battery life on it was horrible. But when I misplaced my phone, it was so easy to find by just ‘pinging’ it on my watch screen. Garmin watch doesn’t have that. Another thing, I hate that I can’t just tell my watch to set a timer or a alarm. I have to open the options to do so. And very little options to change the screen layout. All in all, I am not impressed and I want to go back to my Apple Watch. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful watch I love the look of the Lily Garmin. It is dressier than my Vivomove. I have been disappointed with the temperature not staying on the face. I sync it and get it set up and the next time I look it has a ?. This aggravates me. I have tried to troubleshoot, but I have not found a solution. I like that I can add hydration on the watch itself. I like having multiple face options I have only had it a short time and hope to learn more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I bought my husband a forerunner and he was very happy with it. So I decided to buy the Lily for myself as it looks much nicer to wear everyday. I didn’t realise that it did not have an inbuilt gps which for the price is really disappointing. It also does not track the activities correctly eg. I went for a walk today which it recognised at the start then halfway around told me the activity was starting. On the phone it tells me my distance in k’s and on the watch miles. Wish I hadn’t bought it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fairly disappointing For being a fitness watch, I’m having a hard time getting it to track anything useful related to my fitness. For example, after I connected to my phone and started my walk with a double tap, I found after 50 minutes, it somehow didn’t actually track the walk… this has happened many many times now in the two weeks I’ve had the watch. Subsequently, it doesn’t track any intensity minutes if you’re not tracking an activity. I ran up and down a sled hill with my kids, but since I didn’t track that as an activity, it doesn’t track it as intense. I’d love to ask for a refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the style I received this as a Christmas gift. There are a couple things I would change if possible. I wish one of the activities was a stationary bike. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Setting needs to be at its brightest in the sun I was exciting to use the watch for the first time today (12/31/22) on my first run in a long time. I was bummed to realize that I couldn't see or set my activity bc my low brightness setting was preventing me from seeing the Activity setting in the sun. I couldn't see anything but the watch's background face. I was hoping that it would self adjust but it doesn't. The brightest setting naturally drains the battery faster. I love the look but I'm not sure if it will work for me. We'll see at my next run.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stylish Tracker I have been using this for about two weeks now and I love it! Has just about all the features I want and need (though I do wish it counted floors climbed). I like having my phone on me so I didn't need it to BE my phone. If you are looking for a smartwatch that allows you to leave your phone at home, this is not for you! It is purely a fitness and wellness tracker. The display is fantastic, it's clear and easy to see indoors and out. If you want GPS tracking for you workouts, just keep your phone with you and the app open. The charge lasts for about three days for me. I check the time, distance, use the breathing exercises ect. quite often and have the display motion sensor on medium. Overall great watch/fitness tracker. Looks amazing and does the job. Wish I could give half stars because I'd rate it 4 1/2. A half star off for lack of flights climbed and being a little pricey. Worth it for a fitness tracker watch that doesn't completely dwarf my wrists. Would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed I was very excited about this watch and I will say the looks and size were exactly as described. The smaller frame is ideal for petite women. However, I was unimpressed by the technology of this watch. I tried to track a bike and it left me canceling the bike half way through. Then after only 20 minutes of biking the battery was completely drained (from 100% at start to 14%). I do not find the watch to have great graphics, software or to be user friendly. The customer service as well was not great. To return this watch I was never given an order number. So tracking that down was a challenge then once I submitted the return I also had to pay shipping fees. Overall just not impressed or happy with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm in Love!! This watch is exactly what I was looking for - it's small enough to not be overpowering on a petite woman like me, it tracks all my daily activities and is a fantastic way to keep track of my day with the twist of the wrist. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great watch for small arms! I did a lot of research before selecting the Lily. I paused a little over the cost but wanted a leather band and thought of all of the devices I have thrown away and decided to get what I wanted. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful but not functional I loved the idea of this watch, great design, sleek and small. I love that it looks more like a watch than most smart watches. The problems come when you actually try to use it. The display only turns on 30% of the time when I twist my wrist to see it. And that’s with sensitivity on high. It doesn’t allow you to track more than a handful of activities, and is a pain to connect to your phone before recording a workout. After all that, it often records my activities wrong. Went on a 5 mile bike ride, it said it was only .54 miles even though the GPS was on and it mapped the whole ride. The battery lasts 2 days at best if you aren’t recording any activities or using it much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not What I Had Hoped I got the Lily for Christmas as was really excited about it because I live the three Forerunners that I have and was looking for something to wear to work that was a bit smaller and looked more professional. First, it would not complete setup when logged into the website - I could only do it through the app. Second, it didn’t easily switch on by flicking your wrist or tapping as it was supposed to. I thought maybe the battery had died and plugged it in to discover it still had 43%! I also walked with my husband and found it was almost an entire mile behind what his Apple Watch and my Forerunner said. So disappointing. I was really excited about it, but decided within a couple of days that it had to be returned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works very well, lots of features. The heart rate, sleep data, stress, body battery, calorie counter and pulse ox are very useful. The app is very functional and easy. The watch helps you to improve health issues by observing hydration, steps, sleep hours etc and increasing good habits. Sleep info includes deep and REM sleep with graphs. The step counter misses steps if your arm isn’t swinging, as on a treadmill if you’re holding on. I have to mentally add steps to the total. It’s a pretty watch, I have the grey and light gold classic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the watch needs updating? I was very excited about this new watch, with all the features. I've been using it for 7 months already. But I've noticed that it doesn't work correctly, needs to many touches on the screen, sometimes it doesn't read my exercise, specially when swimming. Had happened many times before and I wonder if it needs to update the system or if it needs a visit to the workshop. Otherwise, love the color, screen, activities, features and materials, the band is very good.

The app was was what made me take the suggestion more seriously and within days I ordered the Lily Sport. I will NEVER go back. It is so easy to stay dialed in to what my body needs and where I'm at. I love the look. It's comfortable. As a professional, I do wish there were more band options but that's not an issue with the product. The product itself is gold.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lily Garmin Only had for a day! So far so good. Superior upgrade from another well known manufacturer. Pretty design was concerned it would be too small a watch face but it’s still large enough to see the various menus. Has a lot of features tells you what you’ve got on for the day once configured with your Apps. Recorded sleep accurately. Step counting seems generous but your stride can be changed. I have the rose pink which is a subtle pink with a rose gold trim. Hoping the watch continues to impress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Liked my other Garmin better The pins in my multisport Garmin watch broke off so I thought I’d try the Lilly model. Wish I hadn’t. There’s no internal GPS which is a pain but the biggest problem is I get a screen triangle which I now call the screen of death. Just locks up the watch. Last time I couldn’t clear it so had to totally reset all settings. Not impressed. Watch is only 8 months old.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice! I have had an Apple Watch since it was rolled out, but it doesn’t look classy when going to upscale functions. The Lily watch was a gift for my birthday. I like the look, but the band is very small. It’s childlike small. And changing the band seems problematic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful watch! I have finally upgraded from a previous forerunner 35 that I bought in 2021. This is an amazing light watch, with a thin band that is comfortable! The Garmin user interface is very friendly also. I love the body battery and stress scores too. I plan on using it for my yoga classes. It looks very much like a regular fossil watch but is sporty and chic. I think it will last me for many years. I hope Garmin continues to make Lily watches. In more colors please!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love….but I just got this, got it all set up and I’m really excited to use it. I’m only giving it three stars because it’s not been successful at notifying me of new texts. I’ve done all the research in the manual and nothing works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful watch I have a very small wrist. I had a “knock-off” smart watch but it was too large and square. The silicone band didn’t hold it close enough to my wrist for heart rate detection. My husband did some looking and found the Lily. It has a beautiful design, smaller face, and leather band and still does all the functions I want. I just wish there was a way to add horseback riding to the exercise function. I’m nearly 70 and ride several times a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Many concerns Since I am not computer savvy, and reading the huge owners manual, I find it difficult to understand many features. Answering the phone...I click on the correct icon and it just hangs up. I had a FITBIT that was much easier to track everything. I wanted the Lily for specific reasons and find it very difficult

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing birthday gift. Let me preface by stating that I have been using the Garmin vivomove HR and vivosmart active for the last 4 years, with NO issues besides cosmetic with the vivomove (still works but band needs replacing) and some issues with the vivosmart but still mainly cosmetic until last year when it started burning through its battery and detecting movements that weren't there. Given that it had been a few years and the vivomove had served me well, I decided to update with a new Garmin! My parents ordered the Lily for me which aesthetically is beautiful and delicate. Its perks, however, end there. Within a month of gentle use (not wearing during sleep or workouts) the touch screen completely stopped working. It also gets stuck on the activity screen when it automatically starts, and stuck on the charged battery screen after unplugging, often for hours. I was on vacation and I forgot to turn off my alarms, and it was vibrating for a half day until it died as there was no way of using the touch screen to deactivate. It seems like Garmin sacrificed all functionality for aesthetics, which is unfortunate as it is only appealing its form and functionality and is quite average if using only as a timepiece. Given the short amount of time since purchasing, I expected replacing the issue to be a breeze. However, I was sent a link to replace the item that simply would not work and sent me in an infinite loop of product support. Then the rep tried to have me plug in the charger to my computer to reset, however I have a Mac Pro which has no usb port. So now I have to wait for them to send a USB-c cable to see if the reset will work, although the screen obviously just doesn't work at all. After years of being a dedicated customer and recommending their trackers to my followers, fitness students and fellow runners, I can no longer stand by this brand or their products and will be sharing accordingly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cute watch, not great battery life or tracking I got is about a month ago and it is a very cute watch and I’m kind of glad I did but, the battery life dies within a day, it doesn’t properly track your steps, whenever I start an exercise, like a run, it always ends up picking up my run halfway through it. I am least impressed however with the shortness of the battery life. I’ll put it on at 100% and by an hour later it’s already at 90% or less, typically by the end of the day it’s already lost half of its charge which bums me out. Probably the worst watch I have had battery life wise, but it’s a very cute watch on my wrist and if you just want to use it for a watch that is fine, but not for being Active.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What I was looking for I wanted a fitness tracker that tracked my steps and heart rate. But I also wanted something that looks more like a traditional watch. This watch meets those requirements. I have a small wrist (about 5 1/2 inches around) and from the photo, this watch still fits my wrist. I charge it every 3-4 days. It is not as responsive as I wish it to be when I move my wrist but I don’t mind tapping the screen when it doesn’t wake with my wrist movement. I would like more options with the display of an ongoing activity- for example I prefer seeing my heart rate as the main display during a workout instead of the time. This watch meets the requirements I’m looking for, so I would recommend to someone looking for something like a Fitbit but with a nicer look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the slim band! I really like smart watches that look like proper watches. I want the convenience of tracking serious activity with strong GPS in a slim profile. And I dislike thick and/or wide faces on watchbands they’re great on rugged terrain but when typing at work they can really aggregate my wrist. So I was excited to see the Lily (I love the aesthetic!) and cast aside my Apple Watch for it. Amazing battery life compared to Apple and love that it’s slimmer than Apple. I also completely adore the soft narrower leather band option! I find it so much more comfortable than silicone for daily activities less than 2 hours. For that slim profile alone I’m willing to live with less functions but if there were upgrades, I really wish it had more functionality like HRV tracking. If it had that and and a quick way to swap out a sports band, I’d be smitten! One small thing that’s embarrassing, the graphics around “morning” and “goal met”. I haven’t figured out how to make the graphics go away yet and socially it is something that gets poked fun at, makes the watch seem less serious and more like a weight loss program tool. But, I’m sure Garmin built in a way to turn it off, I just haven’t found it yet…

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Look! I also have a Venu but needed something I could wear out and the Lily is exactly what I was looking for. It is smaller and more elegant while still having all of the tracking. I have already received a lot of compliments and people are surprised that it is has so much. It took a few moments to get used to not having any buttons on the side but it is flawless now. i do not have good eyesight, so I had to adjust the setting so I can see the screen in the middle of the night. With that, I have noticed my battery does drain faster then my Venu. One minor complaint is the time it takes to charge. It is a different set up from the Venu, a clip, and it seems to take longer to get to 100%. one more call out, you cannot turn it off. I have had no problems with this so far, unlike my Venu which I need to turn off every other month.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Consistently challenging I have now had the Garmin Lily since December. I’ve had to reset it roughly every three weeks. It begins by working, pretty effectively, then at about week to it barely registers rest & my body never increases above 40. In the sleep, tracking, I find useful. But, as I said, by week two or three, I no longer seem to get any rest in sleep according to the body battery. Even when, I have a good night’s sleep and feel good the next day. I have experienced two times where to watch has shut down on its own & stopped working for half a day even though it was charged. I really wanted this watch to work effectively. I love the features & what it is suppose to do. Unfortunately, I have been consistently disappointed & frustrated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn’t work… I bought a garmin lily and love the size, shape, design and lightness. The watch fits me perfectly as I have small wrists. I love the soft but strong leather strap and the fact that it looks like a watch. In fact I love everything about the Lily except for the fact that it doesn’t work. It is fully charged, but won’t let me scroll through the menu to turn on blue tooth so the app can’t find the watch and pairing is not possible. I’ve despaired, struggled and tried everything I can but the watch won’t allow me to scroll through the menu I just keep getting a blank screen or a message showing an attempting pairing which always fails. Reluctantly sending it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice size for smaller wrists, but not the best I've had the Garmin Lily for almost 2 months and waited to write this review in order to give this watch a fair shot. I switched from the Garmin Forerunner (which I love) to the Lily mostly for style and size purposes with the understanding that I would be losing some features on the watch. The Lily is a much better size for my wrist, which is appreciated, but I find the screen to be very frustrating. 1. I'm not a fan of the inability to change the design on the face of the watch. Perhaps I missed this in the description but I would've chosen a different Lily had I realized the face design was permanent. 2. The touch screen is both too sensitive (taking a shower with this watch on constantly activates the screen and it tries to start activities, or the stopwatch, or even the find my phone feature!) and not sensitive enough (I find that I have to tap the screen numerous times for it to actually turn on when I want to activate it for any reason) 3. You do not have the ability to pause a workout session and go back to it. If say you go to the restroom while you're at the gym, the watch will automatically save the workout after a few minutes and you have to start over again. I do appreciate that the watch is smaller and more stylish. It is low profile you can wear it to events more easily versus a larger Garmin watch, but it might be that this watch is an expensive accessory that only comes out on special occasions and I go back to my Forerunner for the daily activities. Bummer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mostly good Had to do a reset because it kept saying body battery was a 5 - even after I purposely rested. Same for stress. But, it is pretty like a real watch. Should give me credit for all intensity minutes without selecting an activity first. It did say my biological age is 14 years below actual age so that’s proof I’m pretty active. The watch bands don’t all match the face and can be hard to get on and off. Not sure I will buy another smartwatch in the future because it actually causes some anxiety. If I do, it will likely be another from the Lilly line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish but confusing It does not track steps accurately on a treadmill. There must either be a fix or let users manually update. The app is very confusing, but I hear it's getting an upgrade. There should be the ability to track intermittent fasting on the app. It's not hard, basically a glorified timer with reminders, but I have to get a separate app to do that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just alright It's a beautiful watch. It just lacks alot. I didn't realize because (I don't recall seeing anywhere on the listing) this watch couldn't use the connect iq app. The text replies are not useful and can't be edited, the band just doesn't fit my wrist. It's either not tight enough for the sensor or so tight it's leaving indents all around my wrist. I tried it on the wrist bone, slightly below. No where will it fit correctly. Im 5'3 and 112 lbs for reference. Also less than a month after getting it, I see that the lily 2 is released and offers contact less pay . Would have rather had that feature for $50 more and maybe could have found a way to get the watch to fit. It's just really sad. It's my first nice piece of tech/jewelry and I really am struggling to enjoy it. Again, it's a very very beautiful watch and perfect size watch face for someone with smaller wrists as it doesn't look weird and huge like some other watches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's OK I had to exchange a Garmin Vivomove which was a great watch with lots of functionality, for the Lily as the Vivomove face was too big for my wrists and hurt to wear, it's a man sized watch face with no options for a smaller watch. The Lily fits perfectly, but I no longer have the functionality of the sleep score, and the responsiveness of tapping the screen is spotty. It's decent, but needs work. It's not worth the cost
