Strong, flexible and incredibly useful
I looked for a strong and flexible arm for 2 of my monitors and Ergotron was one of the only companies that had exactly what I was looking for. I cannot say enough about how the LX Dual Stacking Arm has met all my needs.

Best monitor arm in the business.
This is hands down the best monitor arm mount in the game. I have this setup in my office and at home, one setup is holding dual 38in widescreen monitors, while at home it is holding up dual 34 inch monitors.
The micro-adjustability of the arms is just unmatched by competitive products. Adding in the laptop stand was a nice touch, unfortunately I have no use for it with my setup.

This is a solidly built mount with one glaring problem. The pole is not tall enough for two 24" monitors. The bottom monitor sits right on the desk while the top monitor has zero clearance, had to stress the mount to get the top monitor above the bottom one. It is pressing hard on the bottom monitor with mount stretched. The pole needs to be 6" to 12" taller and this would be a five star mount.

Superior design, Sturdy, Easy setup
This is the second Ergotron dual monitor stand we've purchased and we are very pleased with both (we added this one because we needed our monitors to sit higher). The setup is very simple and straight forward. Once installed the monitor positions are easy to reposition, yet they remain in place once moved to a new position. This feature is what truly makes this stand impressive. You don't need to make adjustments with a tool to reposition a monitor, you simply move it with your hands and it stays... simple. This is a solid piece of equipment that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an adjustable dual monitor stand.

Dual Monitor/Dual Stacking
Ergotron products are top of the line. Their mechanical designs are robust, stable and very well balanced. Ergotron produces the only product that I have consistently found to work as well in practice as they look in print. I use both the LX dual stacking arm and the HX Dual monitor arm in my business and will purchase these for customer systems without hesitation. Bravo Ergotron for setting an example for others to follow!

Sturdy, Versatile, Easy to Install
I used this arm to mount two 24in monitors and the system handles them exceptionally well. This is definitely a heavy duty system. You can either mount the base through the desk or use the clamp that is included. It also has a laptop tray option to mount a monitor and a laptop instead or two monitors. The arms are a little stiff to move at first, so it's important to adjust the screws properly with the allen wrench that is included. It does take a little trial and error, but the arms move freely after all the adjustments are made. I like the fact that is the unit is sturdy and not flimsy at all.

New favorite monitor stands
I was impressed with the engineering, ease of installation, and usefulness of the arms in aligning two 27 inch monitors. Sadly for me, my desk was too close to the wall to make use of them and Ergotron was quick to take them in return. If I ever get a chance to re-buy them, I won't even look at others.

Great for working at home
Easy to install, easy to reposition. Using as monitor + laptop setup for working at home (27" Dell P2720D + ThinkPad T480s).
This kit includes the laptop mount and tray, so there is no need to purchase anything else.
The arm joints can be stiff to move before anything is mounted. However, once things are mounted, the additional weight makes them much easier to move.

Quality, Excellent, Worth its Price
Although I was initially skeptical about purchasing a $300+ monitor mount, which is around the same price as both of my monitors, I can safely say that I have no complaints with the product. The instructions to set the mount up can be slightly confusing, but once you figure it out, the monitor mount is seamless. As other reviews have mentioned, initially moving the arms was incredibly difficult, but once your monitor is attached, they become much easier to use and move around. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for the best dual monitor mount that is worth its price and more.

The design of the product
The design of the product is good and the components are high quality. The unit came with everything needed to install including tools. I now have several Ergotron products in my workspace. Since I spend so many hours there each day I appreciate having the quality and flexibility that Ergotron provides.

These are very well made. There is a channel in the arms for cabling. Very clean look. Perfect for grommet hole installs as well as every other setup. It came with so much hardware I would be hard pressed to find an install where it WOULDN'T work. Top notch. We have them in a side by side setup but the users can drag them wherever they want. After you have the screens attached, then play with the spring adjustment at the end. Find the sweet spot (easy) and your users can move them to whatever height and it stays.
