This sucks
Why did you send me a receipt printer with no printer port? Now it's some lame plus power thing and you don't tell your buyers that it won't connect to our computer. Maybe you should have included a cable that will work with the new port. Just a thought.

Easy to setup, drivers are not great
The driver package is kind of a mess. The model numbers for these are all over the place and their product description between them are not great. Once you get it working they are fairly reliable over usb and very reliable over parallel or serial.
