Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent photo printer This Epson SureColor P800 has kept on going strong, 2 years following a tornado that ripped off our roof and dumped at least a gallon of water inside the unit.I stood it on it's side for a couple months, and figured it was a goner, but before I took to Goodwill, plugged it in. IT PRINTED!! And it still prints as good as it did before the tornado!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Profiles out of whack Bought the printer about two weeks ago and it was frustrating to try and get a decent print with the supplied profiles. After wasting almost all the ink in the supplied ink cartridges, wasting paper and time.I'm an experienced printer user, printing for the last 10 years with Epson 3800 and Epson R1800.I would expect better from EpsonMedia type: GlossyMode: Off (No color adjustment)Photoshop manages colorsPhoto paper Glossy.I need the printer to make my living, I'm a photographer. I'M UNABLE TO PRINT WITH P800.I would expect better from Epson !!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Worth the Bother I have to constantly re-establish my wi-fi connectivity to the printer overtime I try to print. The printer will not print when I have it connected by usb cable to the printer. I am so sorry I purchased this junk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good! I bought this printer a little over a month ago to replace my old 3800. Everything is working beautifully so far. Hoping it stays that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely Monochromes I bought this as a refurbished printer from Epson. I have not had a decent printer for about 10 years as I am primarily a darkroom guy, but my wife developed Alzheimer's and as such locking myself away for hours at a session the darkroom was not longer an option. I studied digital printers for years on end and examining the the prints from these devices by other photographers I knew well. I finally settled on the Epson SC P800 for a number of reasons, but the mainly the monochrome image quality seemed superior to all others, even professional labs faired worse. Only problem I have had seemed to be with signal pollution when used wireless, this was eliminated by employing a usb cable. This printer, though perhaps now out date, is a great printer and easy to set up and use. Also old film shots can be resuscitated and printed easily on the SC P800.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect for its segment I am super happy with this printer. It produces top quality images yet is affordable for the everyday man. I think it is trying to position itself as the upper echelon of the non professional segment even though its results could very easily be put on display in a gallery.
