Great Printer
We Purchased this printer to replace an older impact printer model that was not working properly with our software. Easy installation and it is slightly smaller than the older model, which help because we have limited couter space. Works great. CDW shipment was timely and customer service very helpful

Beware if you are using Web print and SSL
WARNING!! calling this printer through https generates an error. They have a self signed cert and all browser generate a error that the site is not secure or has virus. Epson does not have a solution and ask that the customer buy and install there own cert. BAD solution

Thrilled with the printing speed
Our company is all about the customer experience including the speed at checkout. This printer is a full 5 seconds faster than our current TM-T88III. So with this TM-T88VI and a few other tweaks we'll have customers zooming through checkout.
