Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullGood product, seems reliable so far, if they made some small changes it could be 5 star worthy. So far I have little complaints with it. It has a small fan so maybe not best for an office, but you get used to it too.Only things I can see to fix are:It would be nice for some settings if you could set some outlets to not be on UPS. It does have ability to dump loads though with time and battery levels so you could probably just use that.Because of the fan I'd say it's more geared for server rooms or IDF closets than like an office. It's not that loud though even full speed when it is in UPS or charge mode. The top of the unit does seem to get the warmest even with the fan, you could set things on top of it, but that may not be the best idea. I'm sure they have some reason for where the fan is, but heat rises so perhaps the next version that would be something they may want to look into.If these few things were changed I could see giving a perfect score.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI have a chance to put two of these in place for a SMB. They are being used to protect a couple of their servers, and they did quite well while I serviced the place. Once a week I would go in and test the batteries, during the year I saw no degradation. The 5P is a pretty wide range of power, I think ours were around 1500w apiece. Good units.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid UPSObviously well made and compared to the cheaper UPS machines we've been using they excellent.Went from 6 minutes to 32 minutes before shutdown with the same equipment plugged in.I'm trying to figure out how to use the software for monitoring them and setting up an auto shutdown and having a little trouble but that's probably a personal issue. I'll figure it outA little pricey but worth the extra cost in reliability and longevity
