I specifically asked before I bought the computer if I could add to hard drives. The sales rep said yes. After 5 hours on line with Dell, he is wrong. I will return the computer and I wasted over 10 hours on this

Not what I expected
Preordering was advised this was a loaded SSD with OS and software and upon receipt it isn't.

Faster and Better
Well I noticed right away after my installation of my ssid that my pC was behaving much much better and faster. No more freezes. Quick start ups. So couldn’t be happier

Huge Improvement Over HDD
Easy to install. The older hard-drive was noisy and appeared to be working all the time for no apparent reason. This SSD was a huge improvement. The computer works faster and is quiet. I will never buy another computer without the SSD in the future. Only difficult part was installing all the information/operating system on to the SSD - used Macrium Reflect free software to do that which worked well.

Doubled the Storage Capacity
Doubled my storage capacity from the 256GB SSD originally furnished in the Inspiron 7375 so I am very happy with that.

Outstanding support
Great service. My C drive was full and it was not intuitive my laptop could handle a larger SSD but I got a great tech who answered promptly, new my model and recommended the specific SSD I needed. She forwarded the link, I placed the order and the next day I had the hardware that solved my problems. It can't get better than that.
