Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great wired headset This headset came just in time as my previous headset was starting to become staticy. The thing that impressed me about this headset was it's comfort. It has soft faux leather earpieces that fit nicely against the ears. You can easily mute and unmute yourself by moving the mouthpiece up and down. When you're in a video meeting a red light displays on the right side earpiece so passersby know not to interrupt. My only word of caution is that this headset is pretty large and doesn't seem to adjust down in size, so this is definitely an adult headset and not meant for a child.

The zoom age doesn't quite work in open office spaces, so these headphones make it easy to plug in to a virtual meeting and drown out background noise. They are very useful and offer crystal clear sound quality.

I can raise and lower the volume when needed. The headset set is noise canceling, so no more yelling at the kids to lower their voices. I like that the headset cups around my ears and stay in place as well. They work absolutely great. I love that they're stylish and sleek as well. Very appealing.

Easily folds up and the ear pads are very cushiony and comfortable for longer wear without earlobes hurting. The C type adapter is amazing I can easily plug it into my phone too when needed

I was skeptical at first because I was looking at a Jabra headset for 130 but figured I would first try this headset as it was half the price and I could always return it if it did not work out. Save your money and buy this headset. It is awesome. Comfortable and very functional.

I felt they were somewhat uncomfortable top have one for long periods of time. They have great sound to them, but the microphone is a bit annoying to have on there as well. Overall, they would be great for a short call.

She also said they cancel out background noise which is great for her work. Absolutely a great find!! Love them

Allowing to be hands free has helped me so much stay efficient at work and get the job done. They are comfortable on my head and do not hurt my ears.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great voice quality and effective Noise cancellation My husband works from home and he switched to The CA Essential USB Headset HS-2000 for his calls because he was seeking headphones with effective Noise cancellation and great voice quality. These headphones are lightweight , adjustable and comprise of Noise Cancelling Microphone which works great for Remote work. The ear cups fit snug and are very convenient. The voice quality is very clear and bass is Great. I have used it multiple times to take zoom calls and I appreciate the voice quality and the convenient swivel ear cups that are padded for extra comfort. The USB plug features mute light indicator. These headphones connect to almost any device because they include USB A plug and USB A- USB C Adapter (which is a big PLUS). I recommend these headphones for crisp communications and effective Noise Cancellations. They are reasonably priced and provide Value for Money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sounds great and so comfortable! I have been using the HS-2000 for several months now and am so happy with it. I typically can't stand any headsets because they all hurt my ears or pinch my head but I had never tried an ON EAR headset. The HS-2000 is so soft and comfortable and the headband padding makes it so I hardly notice I'm wearing anything. It sounds great for all my calls and the music I play all day in the background and everyone I talk with says it sounds great on their end too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

But when I travel I don’t have the room to pack multiple headsets. This one does it all I can do gaming, my zoom calls, and when I’m not working I like watching YouTube videos in TikTok

They are a good size and very comfortable, and they sound great for all around purpose I listen to music and they sound great. I use them for my zoom calls and they work flawlessly. I use them probably six hours a day and they’re very comfortable to wear

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as it should This headset does it’s job. I use it at work on high call traffic days. It doesn’t have any bells or whistles. It is a solid, basic headset. It was easy to use with my internet phone system already in place. Good for video chats as well. The sound was good and I asked a colleague what she thought of how I sounded and she said very good for a headset but it did pull in some background noise. It is comfortable to wear. It’s pretty durable. Sometimes, I yank at it to get it off my head if I’m needed away from my desk and laptop and it has held up well.

But I find myself using them throughout the day for my homework and remote learning as well as watching videos and listening to music. I even use them for gaming. They’re not as good as my $250 gaming headset but they do pretty darn good for gaming too

I was pleased with the sound quality. I could hear everyone clearly. It did not sound muffled or echoey like some headsets can. Also everyone heard me clearly when I used the microphone to speak. I would definitely buy another one of these when I need it.

They do a good job blocking out noise and voices around you and I love that they are very comfortable. You can wear them for a few hours and your head or ears are very comfortable because they're lightweight. I was impressed with sound quality and everyone seemed to hear me well through the mic. Easy to use and easy to wear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphones These USB headphones are very high quality and comfortable, even when you have them on for hours at a time your ears never get that sensitive to the touch feeling like other headphones will most of the time give you. The microphone has a very smooth feel to it when bringing it down to start talking and once it is pushed up it mutes itself, there are 4 buttons on the same side as the microphone the middle button mutes the mic during games, right side button turns up the volume, left button turns down the volume whiles the top button skips the song which makes it very easy to listen to music while still being immersed in the gaming world and not have to click off screen to skip the song or go to your settings and mute your microphone. The ear-pads themselves however are one of the most comfortable ear-pads I have used and on top of that these headphones are plenty affordable and would highly recommend them to anyone who is gaming or even just watching videos, working at home, or in the office for short or long periods of time at once.

Lol but many of the meetings I am on the other participants are remove so we do meetings remote. I needed a comfortable headset to wear to be able to engage with. These headphones are great! I can hear perfectly, it does not cause any uncomfortableness on my ears and everyone can hear me when I speak. I have been using these for a while and do not have any complaints.
