Not delivered
I made a purchase a month ago and has not been delivered. USPS states a tracking number but is waiting for the shipper (Crucial). I will be calling on Monday as to why it has not been shipped yet.

I would buy this product again.
Bought a hard drive to upgrade my desktop. The hard drive wouldn't work correctly. Sent it in and it was replaced! Great customer service. Thank you!!

Extremely GOOD SSD !!!!
I an owner of all the capacities of the BX500. (2 × 120GB, 250GB and 2TB). This is my 4th purchase of the same SSD series drive (the 2TB one). Extremely stable disk. No errors, no flaws since 2019. None of the had any issues.
Crucial is one of the most trustworthy SSD manufacturer (after SAMSUNG)

Yes, it was plug-n-play baby...
Wanted speed over 3TB spinning hard drives that take way too long to boot simple operating system.
5 seconds to boot instead of 35.
Size allows for more of the mess of cabling to hide away.
These drives don't get as hot as spinning hard drives.
eSATA SSD definitely is the way to go.

I felt obligated to leave a review (something I don't normally do) because of the other person who left a 1 star review instead of just contacting customer service for help. If that person had to 'follow instructions' to install a simple plug and play hard drive, I have a feeling that it likely could have been something else that could have caused damage to the drive that this person ignorantly blamed the drive. I had an issue when installing mine at first, but after doing some troubleshooting I fixed the issue myself (I have 4 drives wired up to a custom case linked to my motherboard), so it turned out there was nothing wrong with the drive in the end.
Anyways, I purchased my Crucial 2TB drive back on May 4th and have been using it to store all my Steam games. It gets used almost daily and I have not had a problem with it yet. I run 4 SSD drives in my setup, 2 of which are Samsung 850 EVOs which I also like. I went with the 2TB Crucial drive because of the price and I honestly can't detect any noticeable speed differences, so I'm happy about that. As far as reliability goes, I'm only 3 months in, but it's been running smoothly and considering it's covered for 3 years, I'm not worried.
This is a great card to use for extra needed storage space.

Fried as soon as installed and started updating.
Installed everything correctly, followed steps. Started doing windows updates and the hard drive fried. The computer was unable to detect it and the flash drive with my recovery on it was lost and erased in the process - this flash drive also fried.

Could not use the software available to migrate my old drive (which is really nice to use) because my drive was too bad. New drive is quick and working well.
