Excellent balance between price and performance
This printer / scanner copier is small and inexpensive. There is a touch screen for settings and performing operations such as copying. It's wireless is easy to setup; after setup, it can print from phones and tablets as well as computers. It prints photos with true to life color tones and excellent color saturation, due in part to the 5 different color cartridges (there is also a 6th cartridge with black ink for common text printing. Scanning is easy and has good resolution. Very pleased with this purchase.

It was easy to set up, but the top lid keeps falling off. The clips that the top is hard to reattach. If doing much copying this will need to be handled with care.

Good printer, everything as expected.
Printer arrived with no damage, was easy to set up and wirelessly connect, and has been working well. I saw another review mentioning the top coming off but I don't think it will be a problem unless you're heavily using it for scanning.

Fabulous Color Printing
I was looking for a MFP to replace My PIXMA MG7720 that died after almost 5 years of flawless performance. I am an amateur wildlife photographer, and my wife and I show Great Danes. We take lots of photos daily.
I need to scan/copy documents from time to time, but the production of high-quality color photos is what really gets me excited!
The PIXMA TS8320 was a little time consuming to set up, but all went well after a few blunders. The quality of the photo prints is magnificent; better than the MG7720. I probably should have given it 5 stars, but one feature annoyed me. It only has one internal paper tray. If you alternate between photo paper and 8.5 x 11 letter stock you must change the paper in the tray each time you switch. The only other alternative is to use the external "back" document feeder.
Nonetheless I am thrilled with this printer, and I highly recommend it to others. I should add that owners of Canon printers are foolish if they try to save money by purchasing non-Canon ink and photo paper. Genuine Canon ink and photo paper works as a team with Canon printers to give stunning results. Don't sacrifice quality to save a few dollars.

Imperfect paper feeder
I’m returning this printer because the paper feeders don’t work. Every time I fill the bottom feeder with paper it gives me the message that I didn’t load it right...over and over and over. I gave it the message to use the back paper feeder and it completely ignored it and gave me the same message about not feeding the paper correctly in the bottom tray. I tried over and over and it just frustrated me so I’m sending it back. I had another printer like this and it had the same flaw.

Good quality, bad interface.
It works well and quality is good. The set up was extremely painful for me. Nothing told me when to set up the wifi. You can't finish installing until the wifi is set up, but it isn't clear in the instructions. I have set up a few printers, so I was not totally ignorant of the process.
The other inconvenience is the printer shuts off by itself so if I want to print I have to walk to the printer to turn it on and wait for a minute so the computer can read the status before printing. It sounds minor, but it is really aggravating. There needs to be an on/off switch on the computer software.

Great Printer-Ridiculous set up
It took 6 hours and a call to support to set this printer up. After it was online it performs great. It prints spectacular photos and all works great. The set up website it a joke. I downloaded the exe file at that site and fter it was download and unpacked, I kept getting error messages that it didn't contain any info and to check my internet connection and try again. I tried many times with the same results. I tried with Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge, all the same. I tried the cd that came with the printer. Clicked on autorun and it takes you to the same website that has no info. Talk about a frustrating situation. The next morning I called support and after 23 minutes on hold I got in touch with a tech. He had to send an email with links to set up software as well as scanner and photo printing software. This setup is a real joke. The printer is great after it is set up, however.
I have owned 5 Canon printers and they were all good, but I'm on the fence about buying another after this situation!!!

New printer for my Wife
Bought this for my wife, she loves it. Read previous reviews and it seemed difficult to set up, but it was the printer she wanted. I ask her how the setup was and she said, " I'm already printing family pictures as she was setting on the couch." I said, "setup was hard?" She stated it was very easy as she still was printing wirelessly from her phone, the setup was easy if you read the direction. I laughed cause I always say, read the manual which I think those other reviewers must not have done. Great purchase, can't find any in stores now, and Canon has great customer service and repair.

A great value, very capable, printer
This is my second Canon printer, and I use a Canon digital camera. I needed a printer that was very good for photographs up to 10 x 8 size, as well as printing letters and greeting cards, and this offers excellent quality at a reasonable speed. Once I got used to which side up for paper (which has some differences from my earlier printer and remembering to click which binding edge for two-side printing, I'm having no problems. The wi-fi connection with my iMac and iPhone works perfectly. Maybe I now should update my camera to one with wi-fi capability. I whole heartily recommend this printer.

In LOVE with this printer! We've been using this printer non-stop since the day we recieved it due to remote/distant learning. I love the fact that you can choose double sided printing & copying - any way to save paper is a bonus! Pictures look clear and come out looking exactly like they do on your phone/camera. Ink levels seem to be holding on good so it's not wasting any ink or running through it too fast.

So far, so good
So far, so good - I've only had this for 1 week. The set-up was easy and I've been able to print from my computer without any problems yet. I have not tried to scan and it looks like I won't be able to feed very many pages at any one time, i.e., the feeder is limiting.
The print quality for documents is very good. I have not tried printing a photo yet, but have high expectations.

Very good for $100
It almost suits all my needs for now. The scan quality is definitely not what I hoped for, especially for an all-in-one that is geared more towards photography and such. The ink runs out incredibly quickly also; I've been printing documents in greyscale and somehow Im half out of magenta- and Canon cartridges are far more expensive than the brand I switched from. But for the discounted price, it's excellent overall.

Missing One Feature.
It's been a very long time since I've bought a printer. I did a lot of research and landed on this one. The only thing I don't like about it is when it prints, it opens up - the front panel opens, the tray pushes out, like it's going to take off. But when it's done printing, or turns off, it doesn't pull the tray back in, or put the front panel back down. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could since it's such a trivial "dislike"

Indian Call Center Trouble
Printer was excellent. The only problem was downloading the printer app. I used the address for the web page that came with the instructions but it directed me to an Indian call center. I almost allowed the person from India to take control of my PC but luckily I terminated the connection. It is not Canon fault but be aware that some Indian website is hijacking your download app. Thanks for your time,

The Canon PIXMA TS8320 is one of the best buys on the printer market. Improvements have been made over earlier models. It is easy to set up and operate. Canon Pixma TS8320
I had another Pixma that printed well for the price so I purchased the TS8320 as a replacement when the other had a print head problem that was not worth repairing. The TS8320 was very easy to set-up and has a fairly small foot print. As with most inkjet printers, the ink cartridges are somewhat pricy so you might want to consider a laser printer if you print a lot of pages.

I bought this not even two months ago. I recently got it out of the box and started using it. The paper trays weren’t reading right. Now it doesn’t print anything and says it’s offline. I took it to the store and they won’t help because I didn’t buy the protection plan. I have not been able to talk to anyone on how to repair it. I’ve always been loyal to Canon but now I’m moving on to another brand.

I really was ready to love it...
I bought this 10 months ago. The first 6 months, it printed amazing pictures. Then the color and quality of the pictures went down hill. I thought it was the ink drying up, so I bought new ink and the picture quality got worse. Called technical support, went thru the cleaning and deep cleaning motions, was told to let it rest for 24 hours and see how it prints the next day. It was printing WORSE! The scanner never worked, but I really bought the thing because I wanted to be able to print pictures.
The printer is still covered under warranty (for 2 more months so I'm getting a replacement, but I'd really rather switch to a completely different brand at this point. I had my last Canon for 10years, so this is a big disappointment.

Worst Printer ever
I bought this printer not quite 2 years ago. It has been made so cheaply that the plug that goes from printer to a socket falls out several times everyday. The metal prongs are so short that the plug will not stay in. I literally had to hold it in with my fingers so the plug did not fall out. Now, the plug fell out while I was not printing and I cannot find which plug will work. So the printer with scanner is virtually useless. P[LUS, the printer ink is terribly expensive and needs to be replaced constantly. Save your money. Find another printer.

Image is almost everything
Well it does have a certain fragile plastic feel, but the quality of the image, especially for the price, is outstanding.

Pain in the A******
Like who make printers with so many issues just to get started in 2020? I'm beginning to think these companies do this on purpose to induce stress. For over an hour I've been trying to get this printer to print but it gives me an error message that I can't find any information about online or in their manual. " And before that, it took 30 minutes for it to locate my wifi network. I went online to find a support # and there were over 30 depending on the type of device or product I owned. It was way more than necessary to choose from, making this more stressful and complex. Finally, I call and the operator sends me through to a recording that tells me it will be about 34 minutes before I get someone. Like I said Pain the a**********

Error 1003:
A couple of days ago, I gave this product a 4 star review which I now regret. Yesterday, while printing some documents, it started giving me ERROR 1003 which means the paper tray had ran out of paper when the tray is actually full. Whatever I do, I can't clear this error, very disappointing.

Terrible software, printer build quality feels cheap
I've owned this printer less than 24 hours and it's immediately getting sent back. Other reviews have mentioned the software being a pain but I figured it was just their misunderstanding on how to use it properly. Wrong. I've been using printers for almost 20 years, this was by far the most difficult to setup. Constant error messages, couldn't access the wifi even after multiple restarts, still can't get it to scan from the control panel. Every single part of this printer feels like it's about to break. The printer quality doesn't make up for any of the above, if it was outstand then maybe but it's really not. Basically there's nothing good to say about this product. Getting my money back will probably be the best part of owning this machine.

So Far A Winner!
Good from start to current time. Shipping was fast and printer arrived in good shape. Setup was simple. I especially like the separate photo and letter trays. It allows me to quickly switch from printing documents to small printed photo's of great grandchildren. It appears to be a bit heavy on ink usage, but I do like the automatic ink ordering whenever it gets low.

Difficult to Use- I Really Dislike this Printer
This printer is difficult to use. It often gives out erroneous error messages, and then does not allow you to over ride them. It drives me crazy. It can take me 30 minutes or more to get the results I want, and sometimes it never really prints what I want, how I want it. It is very fussy about what type of paper goes in which paper input. My Canon MG7500 was much easier to use, and more versatile, but that died after after a less than 4 years.
On the positive side, it does print great photos.

WORST PRINTER I'VE EVER OWNED
First of all, I've owned nothing but CANON printers for the last 25-30 years. They have served me well during that time. Fast forward and my last printer was a MG7720(? loved it, but it just wore out after a busy career. I used that one, because of space constraints. When it died I needed another forward feeding and exiting paper path, but no MG's were any longer available, sooo, enter a TS8320.........what a truly stand out piece of junk ! I have had an unending multitude of different, frustrating problems. The latest and worst are constant paper jams. The printer is still under warranty, but I dread getting getting the same, miserable replacement.

Terrible product
Have NEVER been able to get this to work. The amount of drivers and plugins and configuration settings required to print from this thing is unmanageable. Mine will constantly say it is CONNECTED to the wifi, but no chance my laptop will recognize it. Canon's support is a MAZE of help manuals with no accessible phone number or chat. Absolutely terrible product. Don't buy it.

Great printer
I bought this printer after my mx922 died after 7 years of heavy use. Setup was a breeze. The printer is much quieter that my other printer and is fast and efficient. Colors are excellent!

Great Printer/Scanner For Price
I purchased this printer about a month ago and I am so pleased with it. First it doesn't take all the room on my desk the Canon PIXMA M922 took and it does the same Job for near half the price. It prints beautiful pictures and CD/DVD's. I print many CD/DVD's and I am surprised how beautiful it prints them. I highly recommend this printer and give it an excellent rating. I found none of the negatives in some reviews to be true. I find nothing wrong with the quality of the printing.

So far, so good.
Set up was relatively easy. I had a few issues, but once I reviewed the information Canon sent they were solved. Printing is flawless. I haven't printed photos or scanned documents yet.

TS8320 review
This is not a printer that gets heavy use in our home, so it hasn't been fully tested. So far it's been excellent

Printer and features first impressions
Great looking printer, seems to perform well. I find the paper tray difficult to operate - the paper positioning is tricky/sensitive and I frequently have to readjust it several times before it feeds correctly. Also, the tray is very cheaply made and not very sturdy. I haven't yet figured out how to print envelopes on this.
Display controls are good and installation was generally okay. I need to use this printer with a computer that is not connected to the internet and this was initially rather difficult as the CD enclosed did not automatically install the software so that the printer would work, but with some file transfers and a few trial and error efforts, it turned out okay,
I don't yet know how well the ink cartridges will do as I haven't had it long. The printer sits quite close to a heater and cartridges dried up prematurely on the last printer I had. I don't really like that there are so many cartridges to install and track. Please simplify!!!
Better yet, make a standard cartridge for ALL Canon printers. Please.
