This Is One Of The best all in one printers I have ever owned. it was very easy to install, the cartridges were very easy to pour into the printer as well. I love how compact it is and it is not bulky at all. it fits very well on top of my desk. It’s a very professional printer and works very well for a business that prints a lot as well as a family home. It Is also very dependable. It has ready to print black or color pages when you want to print. The design and touch screen are just outstanding. Having the app on my phone Also makes everything easier for me. You also don’t have to worry about the ink running out anytime soon because it will last a very long time. I totally recommend this cannon printer to every one who needs a printer!

In my business, I have to print and scan all day long, sometimes large stacks of documents. This printer has a 50 sheet tray for scanning and will even scan 2 sided documents in one pass. It's also capable of printing 2 sided and making 2 sided to 2 sided copies. It has 2 different paper trays, so you can load one with letter and the other with legal sized paper. The ability to fill the ink tanks instead of buying cartridges will save money in the long run. There are even view windows on the front of the printer to let you know when the ink is running low. And you can fill up any time you want (as opposed to waiting for a cartridge to be out). The printer has the ability to hook up to your Wifi or be directly wired. It has a pretty decent 3 year (80,000) page warranty. Overall, it seems to be a high quality, durable printer. It's a great option for a small office that does a lot of volume. Highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Borderless Printing I cannot below there is absolutely no borderless printing on this printer. Now I have to return this thing. The quality of the pictures I printed are no better than my old OfficeJet Pro from 10 years ago. The only difference is that there is a border where as the OfficeJet Pro had none. I guess I'm going back to the OfficeJet Pro. Can't believe it. Overall I like the trays and look of this printer better but that is nothing compared to the fact that I have borders now. So sad to have to return this but that is essential for me.

I like 6000 pages with black or in ECO mode 9,000 pages, 14,000 pages with color and ECO mode much more. It does double-sided scan and print. There is setting so if you use cheap plane paper (20lb) it doesn’t absorb into the paper if you’re print double-slide. Definitely recommend this printer. Very easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Work Horse in the Office This Cannon all in one printer, scanner and fax takes all the work and puts it into one machine. I use this machine at home for my small business needs, it prints high quality documents and photo's, scanning in documents is also a breeze. It holds 600 sheets of paper so less checking on paper supply and more on printing. This machine is very easy to operate and setup took me no time at all, it comes with the bottles of ink and the top of the machine opens up to load the ink cartridges one at a time. With the ink filled it will print 14.000 pages with color and 6,000 pages with the black ink. The control panel has a touch screen and will pull out with 2 different settings for the right angle.

I had never used a printer of this brand and the truth is that it seemed to be of very good quality. it is all in one you can print, make copies, send a fax, etc. everything you can imagine, it also comes with its ink cartridges, it has very good quality in the images it is fast and efficient, it has a touch screen, it is very modern you can install it very easily , wireless connection I like it too much I recommend it, you won't regret it.

Set up was fairly easy and quick to do. Also the refillable ink tank is a great idea so you don't have to buy a cartridge you don't need. The little windows in the front is a great idea to let you see which color is in need of a refill. This printer holds lots of paper so you don't have to keep loading paper. Also prints on cardstock, photo and envelopes. This printer is very versatile.

The scanner is perfect everytime. The printing is accurate fast and thorough. Did I mention low cost factor per print? It does take up a little more real estate , but it's well worth it. Canon is the best when it comes to printers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow!+++ I'm very happy with this All-In-One printer. I love how compact it is, yet holds a great deal of ink, as well as 100 sheets of paper. Set up was clear and didn't take too long. The touch screen is pretty user friendly, easy to navigate. I like that you are able to refill the ink yourself with the bottles of ink, rather than the cartridges. And the print quality is pretty good - clear, crisp text, as well as vibrant colors when printing images. I also love that replacing the ink isn't going to bankrupt me - they are very reasonable. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Cannon Maxify GX7021 Wireless MegaTank Small Office All-in-one printer!

It has a touch screen control, wireless connection and holds up to 6,000 pieces of paper. Very easy to hook up and operate. I would definitely recommend this printer for your small business needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CANON MAXIFI GX7021 will not power on. This was delivered today. Fresh out of the box, plugged in, and it will not power on. I repeatedly followed the troubleshooting instructions to no avail. I could get no support, and the only support was from some chat group that wanted me to pay for support. Very poor product and worse support. I do not have time to deal with these defective products.

I have a Canon color laser printer that works very well that was about half the price of this Maxify GX-7020 upfront, but laser printer's replacement cartridges are VERY expensive! The replacement ink for the GX-7020 seem much more reasonable to me. I have the GX-7020 connected wirelessly to my iMac, and I did not have any issues doing that (also, to my iPhone and iPad). I did have an issue with the iMac finding the scanner but an internet search found that I needed to allow the scanner utility to be allowed by the iMac's firewall. Once I did that, it worked fine. Scanning and printing have been without any issues. I like that the GX-7020 has both duplex printing AND duplex scanning. While searching other internet reviews of this MF, I saw one reviewer suggested printing a test page everyday to keep the print head from getting clogged by dried ink due to low usage. I've been doing that so far and every day the test page, which I download from another internet search, prints flawlessly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not print borderless! :( If you're looking for a printer that has an option for borderless printing, this isn't the one for you. I discovered that after I bought it and spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with Canon tech support. Very disappointed! Otherwise OK but shocked that borderless printing isn't an option on a printer advertised by Canon as great for photo printing in their specs. We really need it and are now stuck trying to figure out work-arounds.

The printer is a compact and multifunctional for small office work that require Fax, Scanning, Copy, and Print. Setting up each of connection type that is quite straight forward for default configuration to start immediately. However worth to notice different variation of configuration for each type of activity is allowed. Handles everything you can throw at it! Excellent in home, education, and even enterprise environments. The wide range of connectivity options is unparalleled, and so is the ease of use and intuitive interface. You’re able to get it set up and running within 15 minutes, and you’re guided through every step. I can print simply by sending an email with a document attached, straight to the printer. It has the advertised area for scanning and does a quality scan. It also faxes with ease. One of the last large glass printers on the market. Great price for so much power! This wide format printer is just what we needed for my spreadsheets. It has two paper trays and will accommodate up to 11" X 17" paper. It also has a document feeder for those multi-page scan jobs. Also, the feeder can handle envelopes and card stock. Have had good results on printing on double sided docs. Would recommend this printer to anyone who needs or wants a top of the line versatile "All-In-One" oversized page printer. We expect the savings in ink to pay for the printer pretty rapidly. One tank refill costs about the same as one ink cartridge, but holds probably 20 times as much ink! This will also be great for all the crafters who use the cricket this is a great printer for water slide images.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Printer The best printer I have used, I have gone through a few printers in my time. The biggest problem is always adding ink in the printers I have used this is something you don't have to worry about with the Canon 7021 I have been doing a lot of printing in my home office and I haven't really put a dent in the ink supply. Probably gone through 400 pages of printing and even done 5-8x10 photos which came out looking real nice and the tanks have barely moved in the viewing window, wireless printing is effortless and works fantastic on the network. Setup was a snap easy only 5 minutes and I was printing. Filling the paper drawers is very easy, no more fighting to get paper loaded into trays and if you fill all the paper trays you will have 600 prints you can print. The digital screen for options works flawless your copy, print, scan are easy to get to there is even an option to print your own notebook paper or graph paper, staff paper and a few others. Printing is fast and pretty quite and doesn't shake around like an out of balance washing machine very smooth printing. The size is nice does not take a lot of room. Double side printing is quick the output of prints is high quality colors are fantastic, really like this printer and enjoy using it.

I went with this Canon Maxify GX7021 because Canon is a great brand that I trust and I was drawn to the very cool features of this printer. Like high paper capacity, easy to fill, bottled ink, mobile printing, wireless and so much more. It works like a charm and I connected my MacBook to it so I can print off whatever I need. I would absolutely recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy ONLY if you have PLENTY of patience I bought this printer about a month ago. I have had my home business for 43 years and gone through several printers. This printer is the MOST AGGRAVATING-to-use printer I have ever had. Let me list the aggravations: #1. It turns off regularly unless you are printing every few minutes. Then you forget it's off when you hit print on your computer. So then you realize it's off. You turn it on. It sits there for so long that you finally hit print again because you think it is not ever going to print. Then it prints your document twice. #2. In the spirit of "recycling" you want to print something on the back of a used sheet of paper. So in order to put the paper in the cassette, you have to push in the tray that catches the printed page. Then you have to remember to pull out the tray again or your document goes flying to the floor. TERRIBLE engineering. #3. This is the ONLY printer I have ever had that has you put face-down the side of the paper you want to print on. Needless to say I have had to reprint many documents until I finally got into the habit of putting the paper in face down. #4. When you open the cassette to put a paper in that you want to print on, it asks you if you are sure you want to use that cassette. So you have to hit YES every time. (And don't forget to pull out the paper catch tray!) #5. When telling it to print 2 copies from your computer, it will sometimes print right away and sometimes it hems and haws and then FINALLY prints. And then it hems and haws again before it will finally print the 2nd copy. Don't try to print anything in a hurry. #6. And oh dear Lord - when you want to set it up to print double-sided, there are TOO MANY steps to go through to do that. And the words SIMPLE and DUPLEX? Really????? You have to scroll through the entire screen (which, by the way, is so small that you almost need a magnifying glass to see it) to get the place to tell it you want 2 sided. #7. If you happen to be printing or copying a document where the margins are small, you can forget it. It will short you on one end. When copying it, you have to put one end upon the little glass frame. Sometimes that will work but most of the time not. This tells me that it doesn't properly print an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet. GRRRRRRRR #8. I have no idea why - I haven't figured it out yet - but it will decide on its on to print 2 sided when you have NOT programmed it to - AND in your computer you have 2-sided printing OFF. Out of the clear blue it will print 2 sided and ruin your document so that have to reprint it. #8. It constantly tells me the printer is off-line when it is not. I can go on and on about the aggravations that causes. So, finally, let me say, if you are a VERY patient person and have plenty of time to deal with all of the above for it to print, then go for it. However, I have contemplated throwing it in the creek that runs through my property and just going to buy an HP that I had for 7 years and never gave me a minute's problem until it got OLD. I suppose I need to attend a class on how to use this supposedly simple printer. But I don't have time because I am still waiting for it to print my document. I will also say that the reason I gave this printer 2 stars and not 1 is because SO FAR, the print quality is decent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need a updated model that fixes the flaws with the output tray size. I type a lot, I bought it July 28, 2023. It's been 4 months since I've been actively using it. I've already printed 8900 sheets. I'm printing from Windows 10 operating system. 1. It prints very fast if you select standard quality and turn off silent mode. But then the sheets jump out in a scattering and then it is difficult to collect them in a stack. If you turn on silent mode, it produces even stacks, but it prints slower. 2. this is the biggest disadvantage: the tray where it stacks printed sheets is very small, it fits a stack of at most half an inch high. And if you don't put the sheets away, they scatter all over the floor. So there is no point in having a large feed tray if you have to go to the printer often anyway. 3. The scanning program is very bad, worse than Epson's. It is impossible to scan a document to pdf in good quality, there is only a mode to save in standard quality, but then the compression algorithms severely spoil the document, because jpeg compression is applied and artifacts are visible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durability sticks for this price ! I bought this in July 2022 @ $700 , In November 2023 the print head failed. Past the 12 month warranty. Option to buy a print head that cost over $250, not an option because it was not available anywhere. Very expensive boat anchor now. Internet has lots of similar reports. Durability is not there....I had printed 2700 pages when it failed.....far from what Canon puts in its expected life cycle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Specs are wrong: no Legal size in cassettes The specs for the GX7021 are wrong. Neither cassette 1 nor 2 can load Legal size paper. Cassette 1: A5, B5, A4, Letter. Cassette 2: A4, Letter. The specs should be fixed immediately. Also, the Canon provided install procedure fails for Fedora 36 Linux. It is possible to install the printer on Fedora 36, but it requires Linux sysadmin skills.

However, it is unusually slow and unreliable to wake up and start printing when I send a print request from my phone or MAC. Also, it almost uniformly defaults to the rear paper feed, when I specifically select tray 1 or 2. This results in further delays, as it gives a "print error -out of paper" as I do not routinely load paper in the rear tray. Slow? Defaulting to the wrong paper tray when given specific instruction otherwise? Help! There is no help and no resource to assist. All the help available is basic, rote repetition of the initial instruction to follow the written directions.

That's no longer a problem with this printer! The Maxify all-in-one prints pages much faster, and the ink cartridges last forever. Would recommend!

The Canon Mega Tank is just that Mega I don’t see me running out of ink anytime soon as it holds some nice sized ink bottles which it comes with I think that is such an issue with printers and ink running out way to fast and often and this should be cost effective in the future.This is an All-In-One printer Copy,Fax,Print,Scan so this is the perfect printer for a small office or home I have a small office which I now have it set up in but before I took it my son and wife needed things printed and it was honestly so easy to set up and even easier to print wirelessly as my son used his IPhone and it found and connected flawlessly.Printing was fast and color was crisp and sharp.My wife wants to try the photo print editor from Canon.It has two front paper trays which I like and the LCD front screen a very helpful.The Canon Mega Tank All In One is a perfect addition to any small office or home and I can’t stress enough how easy it was to set up including the ink bottles was a breeze to install with no mess.

Finally a printer that has great print quality with the options to print black and white or colored that does not cost an arm and a leg. The printer has all the functions that an office printer needs from copying, scanning ,faxing plus duplex printing and many other options. Great investment for an office that does want to print and not buy expensive laser/color cartridges.

The LCD touch control panel lets me easily customize the settings. The ink was easy to put in each chamber with no mess. It holds a large quantity of ink so it will last a very long time. I like that I don’t have to buy ink cartridges. It is a nice compact size so it doesn’t take up a lot of space on my desk. This printer will scan, fax, copy and print with ease. It is excellent quality and very dependable. The printing is fast. I really like that I can print from my iPhone. It has two paper trays that will hold up to 11”x 17” paper. It also has a document feeder for multi-page scanning. Can also use the feeder for envelopes and card stock. Prints double sided as well. I know it uses ink but I feel like it will last forever compared to my previous printer requiring ink ever 2 or 3 weeks. This printer was very easy to set up and even easier to connect to 2 different computers. I would say setup will take you about 30 minutes including linking your email. My favorite feature is the ability to scan invoices and have them delivered directly to my email. Not only will this keep you more organized but will speed up most other work with its quick and easy fax/scan copy features. No matter what I say I promise you will be even more impressed after you try this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice Quality! I am replacing an older model Canon printer with this one. This bigger and up to date printer is very nice. I got it hooked up pretty quickly. I had a little trouble getting my WiFi to connect but it wasn't the printers fault. I have an office that is open to the public that I do a lot of paperwork in. I have to have a dependable printer at all times. Well, this printer is it. This printer is so much better than the older model. This one has all the bells and whistles. This one prints in both color and black ink. My printed copies are super sharp. I love that I can copy drivers licenses in color. They look so much more readable. This copier sends out copies so much faster that my old model. I am able to print 100's of copies in just a few minutes. I know my clients are happy about this. Now they are in and out of my office quickly. The machine itself fits on my printer stand perfectly. The design and look of it screams quality. It is very easy to switch back and forth from color to black and white copies. At a touch I can tell it what size I want my copies to be. I can make my images smaller or larger. I would totally recommend this printer to anyone that runs an office or just needs to have quality copies at a quick speed with lots and lots of options.
