Fit (almost) the bill
I got this cord for a wall mounted tv, to reduce the clearance required for the tv power/cables. In this case, I went from about 1.75" clearance to the wall, to about 3/4" - perfect. The only thing to worry about here is how deep the socket in the chassis for the power is. In my case (Samsung tv), the socket is about 0.100" deeper than optimal. The cord still works, but it doesn't seat as completely as you'd like.

If you can find a better deal, BUY IT.
Installed a 32" tv on the wall in my bedroom, and this saved me from re-wiring to install an outlet behind the tv...extension cords are a no-no with wall mounts, but this fits the bill.

Right Angle Plug is the Right Solution
I put my printer on a pull out drawer that need very little clearance on the sides. The printer had to be put in sideways and the regular power cord would not fit. This made my printer fit and my wife happy that the printer was hidden!

Exactly as described in the item heading. This is a 6ft long power cable with a right-angled IEC C13 plug. This is the standard power connector used on desktop computers and many other types of modern electronics (stereo systems, TVs, etc).
The 90 degree right-angle bend in the plug makes it possible to push the electronic component closer to the wall.

A solution for ugly power cords
I use these cables with small lcd monitors that I have and they make it easier to locate the monitors where I want them placed. The cables are clearly of high quality and function perfectly in my environment.

I exchanged the factory power cord on an Epson Workforce 600 printer with this cord in order to "squeeze" the printer into a cabinet. This style of power cord reduced the overall product depth by almost 2 inches.

i had a flat screen mounted to my wall and i couldnt space it far enough from the wall without having the power cord scrunch up against the wall...and after a while the cord started to deteriorate from the strechting of whatever...so this cord was perfect and now it doesnt even touch the wall.

A Perfect Fit
Used this longer cord for a hidden cord application on a wall mounted flat screen TV. It would have worked better if the plug on the appliance end had been rotated 180 degrees, but I guess you can't have everythng Other than that this worked perfectly.
