Smart, fast and efficient
Its one of the best for home office and small business, its very welly built, fully loaded with features and one of the best printer have used till now.
Built and Looks: Neat and good looking, designed well noiseless prints. Little bulky though however considering printers are not moved often its fine!
Performance: Setting up was a cakewalk, the software is very user-friendly and loaded with features with shortcuts and quick print/access options. Less then 10mins to setup. Prints are very high quality and super fast on my wireless network, its an all in one which has auto document feeder for scanning and also USB printing options. Has a inbuilt paper tray also which avoids awkward paper display like in most printers. One to recommend if you are looking for a high performing home office printer.

Initial out-of-the-box.... Great. Solid and well packed. Brother Utilities a bit of a PAIN...
Had to reboot multiple times... load. reboot... but worked out OK, except for NOT being able to use PaperPort! I will connect with support to solve.

BROTHER QUALITY
I bought a MFC-J4110DW over five years ago and decided it was time to upgrade. Very happy with BROTHER. Found no reason to change. The new MFC-J5340DW is everything I was looking for in a multi-function printer. Excellent speed and print quality. Would have liked the possibility to scan recto/verso but that is reserved only for the top of the line.

Great machine, expensive cartridges
I work at home and my company provided me with this machine as a replacement for the MFC-J5830DW. I need a machine that can print on 17 x 11 paper on occasion. To me, the machines seem virtually identical, except the cartridges for the MFC-J5340DW are about twice as expensive and not as many vendors carry them. While this machine prints fast and has great quality for business use, I would rather highly recommend the MFC-J5830 due to economy of use instead. It is the best machine I have used over the past 30 years.

Amazing Printer!
This is perfect for all your business/ work needs! This printers is all in one.. you get printing, copying, scanning , and faxing. I love how it’s all wireless so you can connect it to your wifi and do Mobil printing! The design is so nice, looks perfect for your office.. it’s not to heavy either. It is easy to use and has been a great addition to my working needs!

Fancy features and brilliant colors
I haven’t tried all of the features yet. There are some fancy connectivity options that I would probably never use, because I am old. But young people are would probably be very excited about them, like connecting to the phone, etc. I am really impressed with the brilliant colors. They are so vivid and gorgeous. And printer spits out pages so fast! Wow my old printer feels like a dinosaur by comparison. I like the size of the printer too. It is not too huge, which I really like.

Perfect for a home office
I got this for my home office, and it's a great option for everyday printing, and scanning, I had no trouble setting up this printer. It works great with my Windows 10 laptop. I took this out of the box and followed the quick startup instructions. Connecting with my network wifi took seconds, and It immediately found my network.
This is one of the fastest inkjet printers I have ever used. The print quality is exceptional as well. I love that I can print from my phone or laptop very easily and quickly. What is really great is that the menu on the LCD screen allows one to choose cloud accounts to save scans, including Google Drive, Dropbox, OneNote, OneDrive, and others.
I’m very pleased with this Brother printer and would recommend it. Especially if you have a home office and need to print things.

Super easy to set up great addition for our family
This printer was super easy to set up. It’s always hit or miss to see how the user interface is for setting up devices like this to our home network. Super easy to set up and both my Mac our mobile devices and my wife’s PC all connected very seamlessly. Now that my daughter is getting into fourth grade she has a lot of things that she likes to print so this gives her some independence as well. It’s still a little early to tell how long the ink lasts as that’s always the biggest concern and a driver of cost over the lifetime of a printer like this. But so far our whole family really enjoys this addition.

So when i first saw a picture of the printer it looked nice and i liked how it looked so i got it. Once i received it i didnt realize how big it was gonna be , but its big still nice and it prints fast no lag like my old printers have been best part is it came right around the time my old one broke

If you're looking for an all in one printer that is absolutely exquisite, look no further! The MFC-J5340DW is exactly what you're looking for! You can copy, scan, print and even fax when needed. The printer prins up to 28ppm and is so quick! You'll get your large print jobs done in a snap. As for printing, you can even do double sided printing and letters. With a cloud connection as well as Wireless and Ethernet connectivity, you can choose which is best for you. You can fit up to 250 pieces of paper in your new printer! I highly suggest getting this printer if you need something to care care of all your copy, print and fax needs!

Fantastic Printer
There have been many situations over the last few years where we have been handicapped by not having a printer readily available to use. We finally pulled the trigger on this one and are very happy that we did so. Super easy to use and the quality is great.

Nice features in a smallish package
MFC-J5340DW inkjet wireless all-in-one printer is does it’s job well.
I used to run a 2 man small business operation. It provides just what we need an all in one. The fast automatic duplex printing (2 sides without manual flipping) helps us to keep down both cost of printing and the clutter brought by 1 sided printers. It has a pretty deep paper tray looks to hold about half a ream of paper (250ish?) sheets.
My one issue is ink vs laser. I think that comes down to if you need color not. If you need color, ink is the way to go. If you will print a ton of black and white, I would recommend you go a laser all in one direction.
Nice little machine overall. I’ll keep using it, and you should too if it fits your needs.

Quick set up
This is a multifunctional printer, scanner and fax machine. It has 2G and 5G WiFi Network capabilities. The app seamlessly allows you to connect from a phone or tablet and print as well. Comes with an extended 6 month warranty. It is not very loud when it prints and printing via across the network connects very quick. Definitely worth your time.

Quick printing. Great quality
What a change in the speed of printing. Even in color. Really happy with the efficiency and quality of this printer/scanner. I haven't used the fax capabilities nor do I think I will. The only caveat is the printing of 11x17 files. It can only be done one at a time. Same for envelopes. But everything else, works amazing and with great speed. Really happy

Great for a home office
I got this about a month ago when I was looking for a new printer when my old printer broke on me . The printer is way faster than my last printer . I like that you can get a app on your phone so you can print and scan from your phone.

last week . I was so excited to unbox this beauty! I used the included instructions and downloaded the Brother Mobile Connect app . Super helpful information for putting this printer to the test. It has a ton of great features like Print, Copy, Scan, Fax making it versatile for home office use . Top of the line technology . Super fast and great quality prints . The touchscreen offers ease of operation . It has a lot of room in the paper tray. Built in 256MG memory . Wireless , so you can print from anywhere. Quality made , efficient printer and a great addition to my home office .

Multifunctional for easier multitasking
This is a great multifunction printer for those of us working at home or for a small business owner. You can send jobs either via a wired connection or wirelessly from your phone which is very convenient. Of course you can print, scan and and make copies (pretty quickly I might add but you can also fax! I don't do much faxing but it definitely came in handy when I had to send secure documents to my doctor's office. Comes with everything you could need, including the line to connect to a phone jack for faxing.

This thing is awesome
I picked up this printer as i needed something at home that was convenient and my only other printer we already had was a dinosaur. At first glance the ability to print straight from my phone is new to me, and god what a wonderful ability. Easy to set up, ink that isn't super expensive, and even a fax hookup should the need arise

Exactly everything I needed and more!
This has got to be the best all in one printer I have had the pleasure to use! Simple to hook-up and use, installation was truly a breeze. Prints are quick and come out crisp and dry to the touch as soon as it's done. I would easily recommend this to everyone in need of one.

The best all in one printer i have ever had!
The printer is by far the best printer I have ever used. I wanted to try out everything on the printer to see how good it works and everything works amazing! You can download a app on your phone and print from there or set it up on your computer though WIFI. Which is awesome all in its self. I also like the fact that it is everything you need for all my business projects. I like that it also has a fax machine its hard to find these days. The ink is amazing it prints out better than any other product I have used. I like the fact that when you take it out the box it test everything out before it tells you its ready to use. Overall one of the best products I have used in a long time.

The best printers
This is my second brother MFC. I love these printers first of all. I've been using them for work for 15 years and their quality and flexibility makes them the best for the job. Apart from producing great print results the flexibility to copy fax and scan very easily makes these things so great. Apart from that it is very user friendly. Would definitely recommend to anybody who has printing needs.
