Rated 5 out of 5 bymariner1 from DisappointedThe use of "carbon paper" type printing of in-coming faxes is highly unsatisfactory, poor legibility and short "use-life." Mechanically, it works fine, but the printing is unacceptable and is not cost effective. As the subject title states, I'm extremely disappointed that an outstanding company such as yours marketed such a lemon. I have been using your laser printer for several years now with good results.

I had this product for five years without problems and when the electricity returned, it didn't work. I went out and bought the exact same fax machine again. This one works just fine and it even has the energy efficient star on it. Thank you for a great product.

I was so pleased with this purchase, that I bought other Brother products that have made things easier like the QL 700 label printer. Found both products easy to use and I will stick with the Brother line of products

Rated 5 out of 5 byJDB7 from Brother Fax 575This fax machine works as described, the only problem I have with it is when you are sending multiple pages, it will often send 2 or 3 at the same time while scanning them through...so you have to stay and watch to make sure they all go through properly.
