Works great!
Works great. Just what I needed. I am able to charge my mac laptop with it since it has an extra usb-c slot therefore I can use the others for what I need. Also has a slot so I can use my different mouse and keyboard.

Get this handy adapter
My first adapter went missing and I tried to go without for a few months and it was no fun. Couldn't connect to my monitor. Couldn't connect in meetings. Sometimes you don't realize how amazing life is until your adapter goes missing. Maybe you never had one? Then you, my friend, are in for a treat.

Reliable and worth putting few extra dollar
This USB-C digital AV multiport adapter from Apple is the most reliable one out there in the market. It has three ports; 1 USB C , 1 HDMI and 1 Standard USB port and is lightweight too.
I have used other adaptors earlier but this one turned out to be the most reliable one.
This adapter also has a charging port which I tested while watching a video. The Macbook Pro charged fine with the Apple charger while you work.

Pretty good product. Use it everyday. Definitely adds buffer between adapters to the point of unreadability if another adapter is used with it.

Apple Adapter purchased by CDW

HDMI over USB-C
Adequate Quality adapter. In Typical Apple fashion, it just works. Had a user who needed to connect to an HDMI display, purchased this, and it works as advertised with his 16" 2019 Macbook pro. Keep in mind, Intel Macs with thunderbolt 3 ports only support one real display per port no matter the dock or accessory you purchase (Unless its displaylink)
