What a WOW!
I had a very old APC BackUps Office we used to use on a old desktop, I'm talking about 10+ years. Well I asked my wife if I could use it for my laptop, thinking about several outtages that seem to be increasing. I was thinking... boy, it might power my laptop longer, having just the adapter to power. So I drug it out and cleaned it up some and started to try and use it, but the battery was dead and I had no hope APC had a replacement battery, it being so old. I looked at several stores without luck. I got online and went to APC's site and typed it in. WOW they had a replacement battery, ordered. Now it's like new. Thanks APC!

Replacement Battery
Battery came in 2 days following an on-line order. It took me less that 2 minutes to replace the battery. Although more expensive that buying a battery from a second-source retailer, the service and ease of replacement was worth the extra charge. I recycled the old battery at my local auto garage.

Love the Size
I just received my new BE450G battery backup and I really like the smaller size. My last backup lasted for 11 years with only 2 batteries before it played out and I am looking forward to many years of use with this new backup.

Keeps from throwing away a usable APC
Depending on needs, the replacement battery from APC is a good alternative to keep a usable power backup system running without having to upgrade to a new one. It works great.
