Algo 1097-70SS - PTT (push-to-talk) handset for VoIP phone

The 1097-70SS is a push-to-talk (PTT) specialty handset for Avaya secure set 1120SA and 1120SS series telephones. Using original manufacture's equipment, the handset's talk button assists to control background noise and privacy while maintaining the integrity of the telephone's security features. The ergonomic design eases fatigue and provides maximum comfort.

The 1097-70SS PTT specialty handset permits normal transmission of voice and background sounds to a remote party only when the talk button is pressed. When the button is released (normal mode), the handset microphone is disabled, securely muting the transmission of speech and background sounds while still allowing the remote party to be heard.
