Not the best, but is Good
I bought this printer because of the scanner feature and the ability to make copies, de thing that I don’t like is that if I sent something to print from my cell, it won’t calibrates the size, only full size either letter or legal size.

Good printer. copies clear and neat.
Bought it a month ago, and am satisfied with the print quality. The reason I gave it 3 stars is cost of toner cartridge. The one in the unit lasted about 2 weeks before it showed ink was low. New cartridge cost was $94.00 plus shipping and tax. Outrageous!!!!

Horrible product- Do not buy
1. There is connection error with ink cartridge all the time 2. The printer app is horrible, now it is not allowing scanning etc and printer disconnected all the time. It was working for a while at least.

Great features for a competitive price
I bought this device 2 month ago. It is easy to use on different OSs (Windows, Mac, Linux) both for printing and scanning. Configuration is easy and straightforward within the drivers and also using the built-in web interface. Double-sided printing is great. One thing I miss is that the ADF cannot handle double-sided documents which can be handled for scanning, but can be a pain for copying.

Probably a good copier, but hard to set up
I bought this because I have always liked Xerox. I wanted a simple, basic machine that would copy and print. Setting it up was impossible. No instruction manual. Just a page of pictures basically telling you how to unpack it. There was a disc with it, but nothing that made sense. I finally admitted defeat and went back to my old Brother copier. Xerox you let me down.

disappointment for the scan function
When I made my choice I was looking for a multifunction printer with 2-sided printing and scanning. I did not find in the technical specifications the clear mention that it does not automatically scan both sides of a page. I was also very disappointed with the scanning software which is very poor and the information on the website for customer support is poor and ambiguous. I wanted to return the printer but the distributor I bought from has a cunning policy and I was not able to return or even replace it with another model that meets my expectations. In conclusion, a sad experience with the XEROX product .....

Jams more than it doesn't. The tray won't accept more than a few pieces of paper at a time. The manual feed function is a joke. I'm sure I bought a lemon because it has definitely put a sour taste in my mouth for Xerox products.

Printing and scannin OK but I don't quite trust it
Bought it a couple of months ago. It took two half hour calls to Xerox in the U.S. to persuade mybrand-new printer to accept drivers and retain print and fax settings. It now works OK as long as it is left in sleep mode, but if I switch off at the mains for any reason, when I fire it up again I get a variety of status error messages - "Reinstall toner cartridge", "Unable to enter sleep mode" etc., etc. Mechanicals may be OK but electronics seem flaky. Control panel is trickier to use and less intuitive than on any previous printer. It does the job - for now - but doesn't inspire confidence for longer term reliability.

Printer does the job-management interface hard
I have been using this printer for the past 2 months and I have had no problems. The biggest challenge that I’ve had is being able to change the name of the printer so I can find it under that name when I printer wirelessly. The interface is not easy and searching documentation I was unable to find a way to do this. This the 4 stars.

Piece of Junk
I have had the misfortune of having purchased the above referenced piece of junk. There are several issues with it, that you have notice of because just I have called you about it several times as I imagine other people have done too, but I will list them below for your edification. 1. I write because this printer kicks itself off my computer - as in the "Xerox Print and Scan" app does not show any printer. 2. The only option available is "add a printer." 3. When I run "add a printer" the app goes thorough the motions but no printer actually shows up on your euphemistically named "Xerox Print and Scan" experience. 4. So I used the control panel and created a port and selected "have a disk" for software. Guess what, windows looks for an *.inf file which, hold your breath, XeroxSmartStart_1.9.12.0 is NOT. 5. I call your I DON'T support customers phone number, and, drumrolls, "your product is out of warranty" please pay us if you want us to install the printer for you - I suppose a driver that actually works comes with this additional price? 6. Oddly enough, if you use the default driver in windows, it automatically installs HP drivers. 7. I run my own business and I have spent 10 hours in the past 3 days to without success to fix the above referenced Junk. Pictures are worth a 1,000 words, so I attach pictures that show you the junk you sell.

Great multifunctioning piece of equipment!
We bought this machine a couple years ago for our small office. All of the functions are easy to use. There are little extra things, like a special function to copy Insurance cards easily, that are nice to have. I would recommend it to any office.
