I buyed the case for protection, and it do what i espect.
Its feel safe and secure.
Hewever, its seems that only the guys who like the Industrial looks are be served.
Choice by color, ore some girly touch would be a thing that wil upgrade this stuff.

Great product. I had an issue with the rubber band that holds the case tight in the back. We called and it was immediately replaced. Meanwhile, my Surface Book can now be used properly without worrying about dents or scratches. And those I had before the case are now hidden!

I have a Microsoft Surface tablet and used the UAG cover - saved that piece of hardware many times. The cases are rugged, long-lasting, aesthetic, and worth every penny. Please, make a 15 inch model!

Perfect protection for my Surface Book2
Received in reasonable time (considering the international expedition), the packaging was good and intact, the protection fit perfectly to my SB2, a light bit thight, but I guess time and heating will make it more comfortable. The pen lodging on top of the screen presents holes differently from what was signaled as a problem.The detaching system is well preserved by the protection and not difficult to perform at all, I feel really satisfied by this product. Adviced!

Ordered the incorrect case and they swapped no problem. You need 2 hands to re-attach the tablet to the keyboard because the case gets in the way, but other than that it works good.

I used your case on my Surface Pro 4 and i loved it. i was quite surprised when i saw there is no option for the 15 inch Surface Book 2. I would love to buy a quality case form my Surface Book 2 15 inch.

Great product.
Good job figuring out how to make one product fit with both bases (performance base and regular).
You already fixed the pen holder that I used to have issues with.
One remaining issue is the rubber strap going across.
Rarely detach the screen, but do use computer daily (opening and closing). Strap appears to only last about 1-2 years. Seems to keep breaking where it crosses over the hinge and seems to get pinched over time and wears out.

This laptop case offers excellent protection and an improved hinge cover system that makes removing and replacing the screen easier. Better yet, when I let them know that I was having trouble with my power button when the case was on, they immediately initiated a replacement with a brand new case. No sweat. They made this process painless. Great job, UAG!
