I just wish they offered the same level of protection without the "Tel" (or "Tel/Cable" on the similar model) for those of us who are cord-cutters but still want to protect our equipment. (Yes, I know there are higher-end Tripp Lites that would do it, but this form-factor works.) Support was great at walking me through the best option for my needs. And I LOVE the fact that it now tells me when it no longer protects, so I'm not either keeping one too long or throwing out a perfectly good one because it's 5-6 years old!

The Tripp 12-outlet unit is the best COMPACT answer I found on the internet, and at a reasonable price. I'm using this plus a bunch of 12-inch power extension cords to connect all the big-footprint power supplies to the Tripp. The power protection is fine, but capacity was my issue.

Product feels solid, and aesthetically helped make the cords around our television much more organized. I do not need the built-in RJ-11 protection; ethernet protection may be a prudent product upgrade in the future with fewer homes requiring home phone service.

I read alot of reviews and did some research and read that this was a trust worthy brandt; you want to buy a durable surge protector and not cheap out. Other than the green/red light lights that are on, the surge protector works great under my desk!

I have this hooked up to my standup desk, dual monitors, laptop, lamp and phone charger. It is reliable and stable. I do recommend this product, I'm glad I bought it and would buy it again.

Three years ago, after two modems fried in one week, a savvy tech person advised me to get a surge protector for the incoming phone line, and my third modem has lasted three years so far.

Electricity cutting on and off for days. Circuit breakers cutting on and off. None of my electronics suffered any damage. Love the new one that has 12 outlets. Saves me from buying another as most of my entertainment electronics are in same area and have to only use one outlet now.

I used it in a AV installation with a Tripp Lite 8ru cabinet - and its simply the best. The spacing of the outlets on one side allows multiple power brick to be plugged in - as well. 12 outlets and a 90 degree plug with easy mount holes on back makes this one the best. All Tripp Lite products are superior to the competition as it's nothing but Tripp Lite products for me and all my installs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Surge Protector An outstanding surge protector - plenty of plug-ins - love the sliding plug-in covers - the power cord is long enough to reach 99% of outlets - the actual protection is excellent - the price was just right. I have only two nits to pick: 1) the plug end of the power cord is oriented at an angle which makes plugging it into the wall awkward in some installations, and 2) the body of the unit is a bit wider than I would prefer, making it difficult to fit my wire management system. Idea: include small lugs with holes on the bottom edge so the unit can be secured with either screws or zip ties. Overall, I'd buy this again and recommend highly.

This hub has enough space for my switch, modem, gateway, access point, hue bridge, and all the little home automation hubs modern life has tossed at me. The wider sockets are great for the pesky ac adapter that don't play nice. I love the plug covers that protect the socket from dust and debris. I'm going to order another one for my PC system.

I have three other Tipp Lite protectors, and after comparing the warranty and level of protection I chose this 12-outlet with room for transformer blocks. I now have all my home computer and entertainment equipment protected by Tripp Lite.

I always have a free opening when I need to quickly plug something in, and with Tripp Lite's guarantee, I am always confident any expensive electronics plugged in are safe, even in storms.
