This is not a complicated product, which makes the review easy. It works every time and I rarely need to replace them after years of use. If all you need is a way to extend simple USB devices like a keyboard or mouse, look no further.

The perfect solution for us
I run tech for a house of worship and we have been using a PTZ camera to broadcast our services on Zoom. The folks in charge wanted to move the camera to the back of the sanctuary but the computer & audio equipment needed to be at the front. Since the camera is using USB I need to find a solution. This extender and 150' of CAT 6 did the trick. It was the perfect solution for us.

Works as advertised
Great product. We use it to extend mice from the front of a lecture hall to a controlled laptop on a tech table at the back of the hall during high-turnover medical conferences. 40+ speakers per day in multiple rooms and this is one piece of gear that doesn't struggle at all. Will keep buying it until something better comes along. And this isn't the only TrippLite product we're using.

Great to have more USB plug-ins
Use this on computer to add USB devices and have them ready all the time. No more unplugging device so I can use USB port for a different device.

Tripp-Lite's solution saves the day
At our church we had installed a NVR in support of our new security solution during our remodel project. As we different have the room to locate the NVR in the front office or the cable I decided to locate in a rack located in our CER room which was close to 60 feet away.
I tried one extended USB solution after another without success, they would work with a computer fine but not our NVR.
I then turned to your product and using your wall mounted rack in our CER, and many other UPS systems in our church and regret I didn't obtain your product first. I tested the USB over CAT5 Extender Kit with my sixty foot CAT5 cable and it worked great, then ran the cable and everyone is happy, also purchased another set as a backup.
Thank you for making all type of solutions as I used your large AVR in support of braille embossers I supported over thirty years prior.
