I would pay 50% more for this product.
I use it in my garage to charge all my cordless batteries. I love I can charge specific ones without plugging and unplugging different chargers. Just flip the switch. Save a lot of time and frustration. Can use one switch to turn off and on all the chargers at once or each individually. What could be better. Nothing. I would pay 50% more for this product. Exactly what I wanted.

As Close to Perfect as I Will Get!
I recently built a partitioned-off tech corner, in a room with limited connection to a 15-amp breaker. With the amount of electronics currently contained in a small space, I needed a way to ensure no shorts or popped breakers while connected to a standard dual-outlet receptacle. Cue the Tripp-Lite individually controlled surge protector. This strip has eased my mind as I have a fully loaded strip, but need only activate each item as necessary. Keeping everything a switch flip from power has removed my need of unplugging and plugging in all day every day.
I will most likely be purchasing another soon.
If I had to say one thing that would have been a nice to have... Up near the "always on" receptacle, it would be nice to have two "always on" USB ports. I know Tripp-Lite has strips with the USB ports, but that would truly make this individually controlled strip second to none.

Don't a bad storm get you and THEN you realize you should've spent some time looking into a proper surge protector. We lost our refrigerator because of this. Now everything has Tripplite protecting it.

Essential to my aquarium setup!
Using this with equipment for an aquarium (with a separate GCFS adapter at the wall plug in point). Love that you can turn each plug in off or on individually, and that there's one that you can't (just in case there's something plugged in that you absolutely don't want accidentally turned off).

Just What I Wanted

Very good to be able to connect / disconnect power from selected devices as I come and go. Good for aquariums/reptiles
Functions as intended. It's a unique product because each outlet has its own individual switch. I like it because the outlet switches are recessed, so if you have something with a large/chunky plug (such as power adapters, it doesn't interfere with the switch. There aren't many products out there with these features!
I use it as a kind of "power station" for all my aquarium/reptile heaters, lights, filters, etc. So far it's been a great solution -- especially because I often have to turn certain things on/off while other things need to stay running. It's also nice because it keeps all my plugs in one place and easy to access.

Surge Protector with Individual Outlet Switches
The Tripp Lite Eco Surge Protector TLP76MSG has one always on outlet, 6 outlets each with their own on/off switch, and a master power switch. It also has a lifetime warranty. When one of the switches failed after several years on my first unit, it was easily replaced under warranty by Tripp Lite. When I needed a second unit, I purchased the same model from Dell.

Electronics use power just being plugged in. Touch it. If it's warm it's burning electricity. I don't use some items for over a week, what a waste! I'm closer to a 4.5 than 4, as my only real issue is that the always-on outlet remains engaged when the main surge protector power is off. I'm unclear whether the surge protection works on that outlet? Otherwise, works as expected.

Prior to getting this surge protector, we used a 6 outlet surge protector where all of the outlets were controlled by a single switch. We were constantly reaching under the table to plug something in or to unplug something that was not being used. Now we simply leave everything plugged in and flip a switch. The seventh outlet is always on making it ideal for something that doesn't need to be unplugged when not in use to prevent wasting energy. We use it for a table lamp.

Love the indvidual on/off buttons
I am currently using this product to protect a very expensive laptop and monitor. I love the individual on/off buttons as it allows me to keep my laptop plugged in as I use it more hours than the battery stays without having to unplug it when I am done. Using on my kitchen counter. Attached to wall below wall outlet with super velcro (doesn't budge at all and no holes).
I like the 'always on' outlet for my clock radio.
Use with several kitchen appliances and chargers for my Kindles, etc. Leave the chargers plugged in and turn off individual outlets.

I have multiple devices all plugged into the 1 power bar.
The devices are independent of each other but in close proximity thus 1 power bar needed.
The advantage of this power bar over others is that each plug can be independently controlled so that only the devices I want powered on can be turned on. I just put a small label with each plug so I know which plug is for which device.
In this way I can 1) only turn on the devices I want on thus preventing any conflicts (ie. 2 devices into 1 TV), 2) reduce power consumption since only devices I want to use are actually powered on 3) flexibility in that I can use 1 power bar for up to 7 devices, 4) Safety in that all the devices are surge protected

Two of my wisest purchases EVER.
It's handy having seldom-used devices (printer, DVD player, burner, etc.) remain plugged in, while still avoiding any and all wasteful trickle charges, which used to kick my electric bill up at least $4/mo. Plus having the ability to completely turn off power to most devices each night by hitting just the main switch on each strip.
I use one TLP76MSG for my entertainment setup, leaving the TiVo plugged into the "always on" outlet so it won't try to set itself up from scratch each morning. I use the second one for my computer setup, with my Mac plugged into its "always on" outlet to avoid the battery drain that a complete lack of power would cause.
In just over a year, my TLP76MSG power strips have already paid for themselves. Power exactly when and where needed, with no waste. Perfect!

Exactly what I was looking for.
This product fits my needs perfectly.
Using on my kitchen counter. Attached to wall below wall outlet with super velcro (doesn't budge at all and no holes).
I like the 'always on' outlet for my clock radio.
Use with several kitchen appliances and chargers for my Kindles, etc. Leave the chargers plugged in and turn off individual outlets.
Great idea. Works great. Protects my devices. Nice price.

Power at your fingertips
It took me a while to figure out why I had trouble at first with the suppressor. My monitor seems to be the problem. I have to follow a sequence so all attached devices power on properly but the monitor is the last to switch on. Too much typing to describe but I got it to work properly and I am well satisfied. I went through several suppressors before I found one that will work the way I want it to work. But this is a good suppressor, and I would definitely buy it again.

Great product-seperate outlets are wonderful
I trust Tripplite for all my surge protectors. I love the fact that I can control the outlets and the always on outlet is wonderful for the phones. The 6-foot cord allows for flexibility of use. I purchased 3 of these.

Awesome product, awesome warranty.
Not many surge protectors come with individual switches for every outlet on it. The ones that do definitely don't come with a lifetime warranty. Customer for life that's for sure.

I would certainly purchase this product again.
The original surge protector I'd ordered had a few issues but Tripplite customer servive couldn't have been kinder, or more concerned. They replaced it very quickly with a new one which has been working great. I like how it's possible to turn off electricity to the individual plugs, saving energy and perhaps the need to unplug cords between recharging. I don't have a large amount of electronics but feel confident that this surge protector will guard against the power serges, which seem to happen quite often in this area, and electrical storms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tripplite products and their awesome customer service. Great company.

J utilise cette barre pour alimenter plusieurs chargeurs de batterie indépendamment. Je n ai plus à débrancher les chargeurs que je n utilise pas.je considère bon le rapport qualité prix.je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi le maître interrupteur ne contrôle pas complètement la barre.
