Tripp Lite 1400VA 940W UPS Battery Back Up Tower AVR 120V USB is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Expensive but functional. Used to protect computer network electronics. The previous OmniSmart had died. Don't know how long it had lasted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable performance We have 4 of these now hooked up to computers and associated lab equipment. They are easy to use, reliable and a reasonable price as compared to other similar models. I highly recommend these UPS units.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliability has been 100%. Our neighborhood does not have a great track record with power interruptions. My OMNISMART 1400 has responded every time, and has saved us from data loss, and damage to some expensive computers, printers, etc. Makes for great peace of mind, especially when we travel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I really like the extensibility of the system and we were able to work with their support team to do some nice integrations between Intact and our Association Management System. They were also very helpful in importing our old document scans from our previous system. Being able to pull metadata from our system to tag documents is great. I only have two small issues. One is the application user interface. It doesn't seem to have been updated in some time and doesn't use windows theming. It just doesn't look as polished as any newer application. The other is some of the terminology for categorizing and storing documents. Once you get past that it is a breeze to set up and administer.
