Great battery for T520
I've had my T520 since early 2011 and am on my 3rd battery, my 2nd Total Micro one. I had no more trouble getting the TM battery to last two years than the original. Secret is to use the Lenovo charge setting for "extended battery lifespan." I sleep the laptop all the time, reboot about every two weeks. I charge it about twice a week and get about 4 hrs runtime. My T520 has 4G RAM and a 1 TB SSD. These are fine batteries.
