The DAT 72 is available with a choice of SCSI and USB interface. Tandberg DAT tape drives are easy to use and easy to install, customers can benefit from out of the box to backup in less than 60 seconds. With capacities up to 72GB of compressed data on a single cartridge at speeds of up to 23GB/hr (assuming 2:1 data compression), the DAT 72 is the ideal drive for the SMB.
The Tandberg DAT drives are compatible with industry standard, multi-sourced DAT media. To achieve the best reliability, Tandberg DAT branded and qualified data cartridges are recommended.
