Live web-based training sessions make it easy for your staff and system users to learn how to use the many features in your Mitel Pure IP Unified Communications system. Eight seats in Mitel's System Administrator course and sixteen seats in Mitel's web-based, instructor-led end user training course are included in your ShoreCare Enterprise Service agreement.
