4-port KVM switch. Installation is easy- no software needed. Rugged metal case. Screwdown connectors for a secure cable connection. Standard ServSwitch cabling for convenient setup and distances up to 50 feet (15.2 m). Use a PS/2 keyboard and mouse to control PC/AT(r) PS/2 and Apple(r) Macintosh CPUs. Keyboard/mouse emulation eliminates the possibility of CPU lockup. The small size makes it ideal for desktop use. LEDs indicate which CPU is selected. Switching is a snap- just use front-panel buttons or a keyboard command. Are you the kind of person who has the Beatles and Stones on random shuffle in the MP3 player? Like cats and dogs? It's not that you can't decide between vanilla or chocolate rather you just want both options. If you're that type of person you probably bounce back and forth between a PC and a Macintosh(r) jammed on your desktop. Need room to move and groove? Then reclaim your workspace with a ServSwitch(tm) Jr. MP. It's the multiplatform solution that will get that keyboard monitor and mouse off your desktop. The ServSwitch Jr. MP enables you to access up to two PCs and two Mac(r) CPUs from a single keyboard monitor and mouse. That gives you room to work at your desk again. Best of all you don't break the bank! Although the ServSwitch Jr. MP is a desktop switch at an economical price we didn't skimp on quality. The switch is housed in a sturdy metal chassis and features all the details that made the BLACK BOX(r) ServSwitch family famous. Switching is easy- switch between CPUs via either front-panel push buttons or simple keyboard commands. Because the switch keeps sending each CPU the keyboard and mouse signals it expects there are no emulation-related CPU lockups. And if a CPU should lock up for other reasons a keyboard/mouse reset feature enables you to reset both pieces of equipment without having to restart the computer. Because you plug your keyboard monitor and mouse directly into the back of the unit you only need to buy cables to connect each of your CPUs. And with coax cables you can make connections to CPUs up to 50 feet (15.2 m) away.
